Not much good to ANYONE if you are not taking new clients. So stop advertising if you're so busy you can't accept new clients!!!!

Bark Ave. has been a godsend for Zoe. She gets really stressed in the car and I hated leaving her at a groomer's all day. Zoe loves Crystal and so do we and is very talented. Highly recommend Bark Ave!

Well I sincerely was going to try this place but….. I want to thank all of you who left reviews about the rudeness and such. I’ve been dealing with undependability, the last thing I need is rudeness with service I’m paying for. I warned all my friends and clubs about this place. Thanks again for reviewing and warning us!

I used BA for sometime and Crystal did a good job. There have now been 3 and the final issues with communication. You schedule an appointment and leave you hanging when running behind and in two cases not showing for appointment. Today was the latest and I finally was able to make contact after waiting over two hours. Excuse they were too busy. Total disregard for my time. A two second text would have avoided but instead they evidently have so much business they no longer want mine. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism or customer care. Gone for good.

My dog looks amazing. A Bichon has a certain look and I love that she looks like a Bichon not a poodle...nice job, I have used grooming service for 12 years and recommend you give Bark Avenue a try.

My first mobile grooming experience. It's very expensive but my German Shepherd had never been to a grooming shop so it was the best fit for his temperament. Crystal did a great job and my dog seemed very comfortable with her. She did an excellent job getting out all the undercoat.

Crystal was great with my two dogs. I absolutely love her. I’ve had her come out for mobile grooming twice now and will continue doing so.

I'm a mobile groomer myself and I attended one of their classes at a seminar in Dallas. I was extremely impressed how knowledgeable and helpful they were.. and who truly cares for other groomers to become successful and more knowledgeable in the grooming industry! Yay for Bark Avenue!! Woof woof!!!

One of the worst customer service experiences I have had. The owner is very rude and childish. Called. No answer. Voicemail asks you to text her. Texted her. No response. I get a text from her an hour after she left the Google review reply you see below. The text was: "I’m sorry we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, and seeing you already left a negative review, we won’t be able to help you further. Have a good week." Haha. How childish. 2 minutes after she left the review reply I changed it to 5 stars and added the text "changed review since owner replied" I'm glad she showed how unprofessional she is before I gave her my dogs, or business!

I should have listen to these ratings I read but wanted to try. Upon calling about info ,in which yes i was asking a lot of questions about services and prices , she huffed ! Literally I was taken back by the rudeness and therefore will not be using the services. To The lady on the need to be kinder your very rude.

I have an extremely high energy 8 month old Aussie that has never been easy to give a bath. I know this wasn't an easy tasks, but the groomer did great! Nice / Professional / Convenient! I know Kuruma feels much better! - Would recommend.

Staff are all genuinely friendly and helpful. They were able to take my dog on the same day. They did an amazing job on the cut. My giant schnauzer looks like a show dog. They did exactly what we asked for. Couldn't be happier!!

Extremely negative experience with the owner, Brandi. Please, find somewhere else to groom your dog. For one, the prices are extremely high, but I was willing to pay for convenience...as I would imagine you are, too, if you’re reading this review. Overall, it’s disappointing to have such POOR customer service when paying so much for a service. If paying so much, I’d definitely hope to not deal with rudeness.

Now that Brandi owns the place I wouldn't recommend going here. I posted my review and was attacked by her in reply. She flat out lied. I replied in an edit. I'm really sad about this. She could have stepped up, apologized and made things right. Just a bad business owner. Don't expect loyalty for coming to this place in the past. Go elsewhere. I have a dog with special needs, he was rescued and was abused by a former owner. He's very fearful of new situations and things. I searched high and low for a great groomer who would work with him. Robin was that groomer. I'm so sad she left. This place has a new owner. I went in yesterday for my appointment to find out Robin, who I loved, had sold the business for personal reasons. The new owner is Brandi...I'm guessing she's not long for business ownership. The new owner....who wasn't even there, had almost DOUBLED my rates. She never called me to let me know, just waited for me to show up. She didn't even offer to honor the old rates for this visit. I completely wasted a trip. During our conversation, which was conducted via text with one of her employees, she offered to almost double my rates. BUT...I could receive 20% off if I came in EVERY week. 15% if I came in every 2 weeks and 10 % for every 3 weeks. This was her loyalty program Heres the real kicker...I asked if my time coming to the business counted for me to get these rates now, because my current rate was based off of loyalty...she said NO!!!!!!! Brandi is obviously a money person, not a dog person. Take your babies somewhere else. They deserve better!!! I was able to take a screenshot of Brandi's text to her employee with her " loyalty program ", which doesn't apply to customers who are established there already. I posted on yelp and the owner, Brandi, actually replied with lies about me and my pet :( Apparently I also need to reply to the business owners reply. She also a liar. 1. My dog was never banned from another groomer 2. My dog has never bit anyone 3. I was never belligerent with your employees 4. An apology for your poor customer service would have sufficed, attacking me only proves my point. Bad business will equal no business.

I can't attest to this business ability to groom your animal but I would caution against using Bark Avenue because clearly the person running it is a little off. When you phone Bark Avenue Brandi replies by text saying she can't get to the phone. Then all communication is by text, which is fine if you see it. She didn't give an exact time to meet me but provided window of time. Also fine. But when she came she showed up earlier then the time she gave me and again just texted. Not expecting her at any specific time and thinking she would call to let me know i only notice her text 4 minutes after the time she had included in the range of times she would be there. I immediately called....but no answer. So I texted and told her I was coming down but she was gone. She apparently has some huge aversion to answering the phone or making a call. Her explanation was that she follows the law when driving but it makes no sense because she was allegedly parked waiting for me. So after having rescheduled my day to meet her it turned out to be a waste of time. It would have been reasonable to expect her to call you if they are showing up early and to call you if they were going to leave. Maybe she does a good job grooming...who knows.....but she obviously has some sort of extreme phone phobia which probably means something else weird is gong on.

Bark Ave Mobile Pet Grooming is great with animals. Watching her turn furry mops back into dogs is a pure pleasure and the dogs love it. They feel better and they are healthier to boot. Brandi is a pure joy to work with and took the time with me to make sure that I understood how to treat and care for the furry family members. I have seen her work with unruly dogs and teach them how to behave for the grooming session as well as put the effort into teaching the owners too. It doesn't get much better than that.
