Loved this place. To keep my cat calm while giving her shots, they had a warm towel ready for her to lay on (worked very well).

We've taken our pet family to Brushy Creek Veterinary Clinic for over 20 years. Considering the number of cats and dogs we've had during those years and that each gets an annual checkup, we're there every month without fail. That adds up to well over 200 visits. We would never consider going anywhere else. Whether we've needed routine exams, dental evaluations/cleanings, lab tests sent to A&M or elsewhere, referrals to specialists, surgical procedures, or the inevitable euthanasia (and a shoulder to cry on), you will not find a more caring and understanding group of people in whom to trust your beloved companions.

Marge and Ignacio helped build a non-existent patient-visit time bridge to help Anna get in to see Dr. Naylor - fast. In short, these 2 staff members helped Dr. Naylor have the ability to do surgery on her the next morning. All 3 of you …

Brushy Creek Vet cares for both my dog, and cat. They’re always very responsive if I email, and so kind during appointments. Their current process to handle visits during COVID is seamless. The doctor personally calls you prior to the visit ending, so you can ask any questions. They are also very transparent around billing costs and provide great detail about services before you make a decision. One last note- their website has some great resources around what to do in case of emergency. I would highly recommend BCV, and plan to continue having my pets under their care.

We have 3 senior dogs with their share of ailments. We have consistently received great care and advice from Drs. Naylor and Leach. They have made our seniors' lives much better. Also, the staff is very helpful and personable.

They dont do very good exams said my dog had 2 ear infections and only gave ear wash took her to a different vet she had 1 ear infection and that vet packed her ears

I think this clinic and all the staff are doing a fab job given the current pandemic times. The techs are always so kind when they come out to get my very unwilling dogs. And Marge and the rest of the staff are on top of doing the phone stuff too.

Brushy Creek Vet Clinic staff are all very sweet, patient, and knowledgeable. They make our pet excited to arrive at the clinic, it is a treat for our pup. During Covid-19 they've also provided comfortable safe processes.

I've brought my beloveds here for over 10 years now, and I truly value Dr.Naylor and his entire staff! Through sickness, accidents, and normal checkups, I've always felt like my fur kids (2 dogs & 3 cats over that time) were compassionately cared for, and I have been treated with respect and professionalism. Brushy Creek has been my vet clinic for 22 years with 2 dogs: Lulu and Rita. Dr. Naylor and Dr. Pratt, while she was there, and the vet techs and every one in the office have provided professional and concerned care. Dr. Naylor had to operate on Lulu's jaw. It was a total success and she was able to eat normally for many years. He also was the one who discovered that she had parts of a bullet in one of her rear legs. They listen to and check out any of my concerns and answer all my questions. They are the best!

I have been taking my pets here since I moved to Round Rock over 25 years ago. I will continue to. Everyone here is wonderful and take excellent care of my pets.

Brushy Creek Vet Clinic has very friendly staff, good pricing and the doctors seem to really care about your pets. I always recommend this place.

Three strikes & we left. First, they don't allow you to order meds online--way cheaper than what they charge. Second, they couldn't fit in our dog to be put to sleep, and couldn't even give me a recommendation or referral. I had to take him to another vet across town to a vet who handled him roughly and made him uncomfortable. Third, I was late to an appointment and the tech said we had to reschedule; that I understand, but when you talk to me condenscendingly, I don't respond well. I don't recommend this clinic.

We have trusted Dr. Naylor with our furry family members for over a decade. They treat us like family. Highly recommended!

They take pretty good care of my cats! The exam rooms are mostly cat friendly, one of my cats just knows how to open drawers. Friendly staff each time I visit, Brenda and Marjorie are lovely with any inquiries I've had. We've had routine exams and some dental work done here. If they've had an exam in the last year and get worms/fleas, you can pick up a de-worming prescription without bringing the cat which is super helpful.
