We love BetterVet Austin. It is so nice not having to take my anxious kitties into a physical office which creates more stress on them. I love that Dr. Kingsley will recommend both eastern and western medicine options. She is very respectful of medical decisions and not pushy whatsoever.

Dr. K and Rachel are the bomb diggity. Wouldn’t dream of taking taking my fur babies to anyone else.

Dr. Kingsley and Taylor were not only professional but gentle and kind with my 13 y/o yellow tabby prince who can be a little grumpy- fussy with vets. They took their time- asked questions and went over the care and action plan. Vet appointments are usually an unpleasant experience for Hans- but he did well and recovered quickly in the comfort of his own home.

BetterVet and Dr. Kingsley were excellent. My cat Pepper is not fond of car rides so having Dr. Kingsley come directly to my home was so helpful. There were no cat carriers, no waiting rooms, no other animals to cause him extra anxiety. Dr. Kingsley, along with the vet tech Tina, were able to quickly complete their exam with minimal stress to Pepper. She clearly laid out the next steps for his care and got back to me very quickly with follow up information. I feel one hundred percent confident in continuing Pepper's care with BetterVet.

Amazing, thoughtful, thorough and understanding. Loved the staff that came to take care of my Princess, and she was way happier than having to go to the vet. Not even a whole hour later she was back to normal. Regular vet visits destroy her spirit for at least a day. Can’t say enough to describe how great Dr. Kingsley and her team are.

My cat Sassy was always a little monster when going to the vet and at times it would take them 5 techs to hold her down just to cut her nails. She does not like the vet to say the least. I really could not stand to see her that unhappy and make it so hard on the vet and myself. I finally decided to check out a mobile vet to see if that would be easier on all of us. After researching those I found I selected BetterVet and Dr. Kingsley. I could not have imagined how much better it would be! They bring the mobile clinic with them and I put her in her carrier and hand her to them! She gets a little vocal walking to the truck but becomes the most gentle thing once inside. She loves Dr. Kingsley and Rachel and let's them do whatever they need to do! She is a very elder cat now but you wouldn't think that by looking at her! Dr. Kingsley says she is getting better with her age instead of going downhill. For a cat that is almost 18? years, it truly is amazing! Very thankful for finding them and making that decision to go home vet care! Obviously costs a bit more but I get discounts on appointments pretty often as well. You will be extremely happy you made this choice if you go with Dr. Kingsley! ❤

This veterinary service was great! My cat is so stressed all the time, I couldn’t put her in a cage. The vet treated her carefully and she was so calm. I will ALWAYS use this veterinarian in the future. I couldn’t believe how easy this was, and I’m so very grateful to the Vet and her assistant.

BetterVet were excellent for us and our Great Dane Scooby. They were patient, explained my dog’s situation and made recommendations immediately and then followed up with hyperlinks the next day to purchase some items. Dr. Fraser and her super nice assistant were great with Scooby and I would highly recommend using their professional services at your home.

I have a very nervous dog who can be quite defensive when he is scared, but the amazing staff didn’t even bat an eye - they were patient and authentic with us and with our dog. Not to mention they seem dedicated to making sure my dog doesn’t need an unnecessary number of vet visits - they optimized everything so that we will only have to seek vet care when it makes sense to us, not when an office is pressuring us.

A Veterinary visit to your home that is less stressful than taking your cat to a regular vet.

We had our first appointment with BetterVet and Dr Kingsley and it was a great experience. We first discussed our cats and their history and after getting comfortable with the cats each was taken from our house to the mobile van for treatment. Both cats seemed to enjoy the team and got their vaccinations and health check up. We then spoke about their diet and maintenance care after the visit. I highly recommended Dr Kingsley and team if you have cats. They are much more comfortable if they can avoid a car ride and be seen at home.

To explain my experience I don't think I'm ever going back to a regular vet office again! I literally just googled Mobile vets in the area yesterday and about several results came up. I didn't even think a company like this existed. I picked this one after reading the reviews & fortunately they had an opening the next day. The cost as well ended up being relatively the same as a standard vet so it wasn't a huge issue. The amount of time I saved today was incredible which is my main point. I didn't have to sit in the parking lot waiting forever the vet to pick up my dog. I didn't have to schedule an appointment weeks in advance over the phone. All I had to do was use their app to schedule. I didn't have to feel like I was just another number. I care about my dog and I actually want to be a part of the health and check up process for her. I can understand why vet offices have these procedures in place especially now when but having professional veterinarian come to you is like being on whole other level of service.

As a homebound senior, their services are invaluable.

Very helpful and honest, even though it wasn't what I wanted to hear. My dog will need to have surgery and she was straight forward about his chances with and without surgery for a good prognosis.

Dr. Kingsley and Rachael were great with my anxious senior beagle! Today was the best I've seen him behave during a vet appointment in years (even with no drugs involved)! Super grateful!!

We love Dr Kingsley and her staff. They've seen all of our pets, from dogs and cats to bunnies, and we feel really confident Our pets are going to get the best treatment possible every time they pull up. They've treated several pets for a variety of things, as simple as checkups to more advanced treatments like operations. They've also come out to us wherever we've lived, whether it's as North as tech ridge or off South first. The only real knock is sometimes it's hard to get an appointment, but they do everything they can to make themselves available to their patients and to work us into their very busy schedules.

If you love your pets! Don’t think twice. You can trust them 100% !! Lyndsey is amazing, she is so knowledgeable and skilled. She can do anything from performing complex surgeries to diagnosing simple conditions. She also has a great team to assist her. She came to see my boy when he was walking super weird, he scared the **** out of me! But she made great recommendations and the price was very reasonable (it was actually less than I thought it would be, since they came to my house on a short notice) I’m so happy to be able to rely on her expertise, it helps me rest assured I’m doing the very best for my pups. ❤️

Highly recommend my Pet's MVP & Dr. Kingsley for veterinary services! I was referred for dental work for my cat from another mobile vet in the area. I'm a cat owner, so mobile services are my number one priority but hard to find in the Austin area. It's a huge anxiety reducer to not have to put my cats in a carrier and drive them to a vets office because they usually require sedation to drive in the car. Scheduling: It was easy to set up a dental cleaning for my cat with My Pet's MVP. I went to their website and filled out an online form, and they got back to me promptly. They were very informative and answered all of my questions via email. Price: They quoted me a very reasonable price upfront for the exam, blood-work, sedation, X-rays, anesthesia, and a dental cleaning at my home. They called multiple times throughout the exam to update me in the process, let me know how my cat was doing, what they recommended, and answered all of my questions. My cat ended up having to have a tooth pulled and they did it the same day, and it cost less than I expected. They accepted credit cards via iPad which is convenient. I'm so glad I saw them when I did, the tooth extraction was long overdue even though my cat is only 4 years old. It probably prevented more problems down the road and helped with pain my cat was having that was hard to notice since it's not obvious with cats. Aftercare: They provide the post-op medications on site which is very convenient, and there are printed instructions. They also answered my questions via text message after they left. My cat is doing great and it hasn't even been 24 hours since the extraction. I'm already planning a dental checkup for my other cat given how easy and reassuring this process was.

Lindsey and her staff has been caring for my chiweenie for 3 years and I would recommend her strongly for you vet needs.

Dr. Kingsley is personable, caring and it's great for people like me who hate to drive through heavy traffic stressing out their dog.

Dr. Kingsley and her assistant Rachel were absolutely amazing! She did a neutering surgery on one of my dogs and examined and did shots on both of them. They were took time to make our pets comfortable and at ease. I will continue to use Dr. Kingsley in the future for our pet needs and will recommend her to everyone!
