Very nice staff, not a fan of the drop off and wait in your vehicle but great care given to our pets.

Best Vet was recommended to me by a close friend and I am Very Glad she gave me the recommendation! I wish they had weekend hours/emergency hours but as long as I can get my fur baby Jup to them for a further check up even after an emergency visit, I will feel secure doing so again if needed.

The wait was very long but I was told It’s just one of those crazy days so maybe it’s a rare occurrence. Also, I should have been told on the phone when I made my appointment to call when I parked in the parking lot and that it wasn’t a ‘walk your pet in’ situation right now due to Covid. I started taking my dog out when I stopped an employee and asked if I just bring in my dog to which he replied no and to call their phone number to let them know I was there. The veterinarian was friendly and gave me good information so I appreciated him very much.

This was the third time I used Dr Bob and his team for dental services, this time with a different dog. They worked me in quickly and were cooperative with my scheduling issues.

I’ve just about explained all! Best Vet is the best and you can not go wrong using their service. I would not think of taking Devon anywhere else!

By coming and getting Rainey and Pearl from my car for their appointment…you have made the trip soooooo much easier!!! (They are crazy dogs). Dr Bob always answers my questions and helps me save $! I appreciate all that everyone at best vet does to make sure our doggies are well and happy! Best Vet “IS” the BEST!!!

I love this vet clinic!! Staff are so friendly and caring! Their prices are fair and they don’t make you go for visit unless it’s necessary.

The clinic's exterior may not be much to look at, but after (over)paying at another vet to figure out what was wrong with my cat over the course of several weeks and many vet visits, Dr. Bob identified that my poor kitty was suffering from none other than allergies. Who knew cats could be allergic to their environment, just like humans? (Well, I certainly didn't.) And compared to the other vet, the fees here were fair and affordable, so my cheapest vet visit was also the most successful because by the next day, my sweet little boy perked right up and became his old self again, thanks to Best Vet. Not only was Dr Bob knowledgeable, he took his time explaining the diagnosis in detail and his staff was just as wonderful. Knowing that I was desperate for a second opinion after too many vet visits that didn't really help my cat, the person who answered the phone tried to fit me in that same day. When I was there, the vet tech was personable and took time to understand my cat's medical history and current condition, and after the visit, I received a call from the office to inquire about my cat's progress. I would highly recommend Best Vet to anyone looking for the best care for their fur babies.

Dr. Bob is THE best vet because he gives you honest, practical options and doesn't kill your bank account to save your pet. Staff is always animal lovers. I don't trust my dogs to anyone else.

Service and care exceed expectations. The phone is always answered in a friendly way. Wait times are minimal. Vet techs, phone/office staff and Veterinarians are very friendly, patient and helpful. Staff members are never condescending and really try to work with each situation to care for pet "kids" and accommodate pet parents. Also, the exam fees are very reasonable!

Took my dog Sage here after a bad experience with another vet. Sage is a shelter rescue and can be a little shy, but, Jose, the vet tech was super accommodating to her and she warmed up to him almost immediately. Doctor Bob took the time to explain everything in detail and was really kind and caring. I would recommend this vet to anyone.

Dr bob is great. The female doctor here has poor bedside manners and is abrasive. But other than that I've been coming here for years I love everything about the place. Prices are great the doctors and techs really care. And I feel like my babies are well taken care of.

Sent an email & got an appt next day. They were very accommodating. I was very concerned about my springer Zander. They eased my concern very quickly and took very good care of him. You guys are the best! You are the only ones who made it your utmost importance to see my pets. You didn’t even know, as for I am a new client, but you made it urgent to see my pets when no one else could even try and make it a priority. I highly recommend Best Vet. We have been taking our pets there for 14 years, and we have always had great care.

I felt like I was heard and my questions were all answered which was the most important part. I felt like the doctor took his time and was not rushing me to get to the next patient which I greatly appreciate.

Best Vet takes such good care of my pets, from compassionately handling the end of my dog's life to immediately solving my kitty's digestive issues, they treat each animal like the precious individual it is. They call to check up on us after they've seen us and it always feels like they truly care. Highly recommend!

Most pet friendly vet who cares more about pet than taking your money. Sometimes communication could be better but they do their best.

The vet is great, but man, every call and visit is a pain. Every single time I call, I’m asked to wait on hold for several minutes. As we speak, it’s going on an hour and a half since I dropped my dog off for his appointment. Today they were only 10 minutes late seeing him, but last visit I waited 30 minutes before they saw him. With COVID, you have to wait in your car while they see your dog. I have small kids who have to wait with me, and they don’t have a guest wifi network so they can’t even watch youtube while we wait. Luckily they allowed my son inside to relieve himself after an hour of waiting! Going to try another vet.

Best Vet Really Cares about Pets! Yesterday I had my doggie get her vaccines. The Tech came out to my car, was very kind and brought her inside and they kept me up to speed from Start to Finish on Everything they were going to do for her, and even asked if there were any concerns I had. Trent called Today to check on her to make sure she is doing ok! Everyone I talked to at Best Vet is SO Nice and Caring! Thank You All!
