They absolutely got me in when no one else would. The vet and the staff were so nice. Would recommend going here.

We sent a biopsy for my dog in November. I have called this center 6 or 7 times trying to get the results back so we can schedule to drain a growing (now melon sized) growth on my dog. They will say “we will have the doctor call in the next few minutes” and they never do. It’s been 2 months of trying to get results from them. Going to find a new vet. So unreliable.

I trapped a two kittens from their mother that have been taking refuge under my shed in my backyard. These kittens are hard to determine if they can be weaned. I brought one into the lobby and asked for help. The Vet doctor would not take one minute to look at one of them to ensure it is safe to be away from the mom. Literally two minutes of your time to help a customer that has supported this business for five years. Even if I had to come back a few hours or the next day would be fine but a solid no is unacceptable in any business.

My wife and I have 3 dogs, Darlin', Petey and Hank, and Animal Medical Center helps us take real good care of them. They have streamlined sign-in and sign out, and staff is very knowledgeable and congenial. I do recommend them.

Dr Williams and his staff are exceptional. I trust them with my puppies wholeheartedly. He has cared for my boys for over a decade and I can’t say enough about his professionalism, character, kindness and skill as a Vet. He’s the best in Texas. Gig Em!

Our Vet of 13 years still won't allow customers inside the location. My dogs have high anxiety and it doesn't work for them to be taken from our car. This Vet is great. Very friendly, don't rush you out, and are everything you expect from a Vet. We are now customers of this Vet for the foreseeable future.

The staff and doctors here are AMAZING! They new just how to handle my German Shepherd/ Sharpei 2yr old when she was acting up. Definitely recommend this place.

The Vet is phenomenal! From the staff to the Vet, everyone is friendly, organized, well informed, knowledgeable, and truly care for the animals they serve. They also provide their own private pet insurance which is WELL worth the cost. They accept a payment plan too! I cannot say enough good things about this Animal Medical Center in New Braunfels! Take a look at my happy pups!

We moved to town and needed to board our two large dogs for our annual vacation for a week. The staff was quick with replies to all my questions, and super friendly. We went ahead and brought the dogs in to get updated on shots as we will be using this same vet as our new vet. Staff and Vet were friendly and knowledgable. When it came to the boarding we have never picked up our dogs from a boarding place so happy. Both dogs seemed like they enjoyed their stay (as much as they could have). One of our dogs tore their nail while playing and they called us and let us know right away and they took care of it. Also, since they stayed for over a week they got a bath before they left! So not only did they come back happy but soft and smelling good! Thank you to all the staff who took care of our babies and helped us not worry while we enjoyed our get away! :)

The ladies at the front desk really love what they do! The doctors are also passionate and professional. We 100% trust our babies here and will recommend them every time. Thank you!!

Had to wait in my car due to COVID restrictions, but it wasn't a problem. They took wonderful care of my dog and the cost for treatment was reasonable.

Left my beautiful boxer here, she was well well taken care of found a bladder infection I didn't even know she had. Very appreciative of the staff and everyone that took care of her. This was her first boarding experience and it was wonderful for both of us.

Dr. Williams is the best vet for my babies!! He takes great care of my hounds and it is always a great experience from front end staff (especially Jessica), to the vet techs and of course Dr. Williams! Thank you Dr. Williams and staff! Yall are top notch!!!

I have never had a vet so amazing to not only me, but my beloved Maverick.. The staff are all very friendly and caring. Dr Williams has gone above and beyond for my special needs pup. He’s been there since day 1 when I had no idea about this rare abnormality and he has really shown me that he’s in it for the pets. I now live 4 hours away and continue to travel down to New Braunfels anytime my pup needs to see his favorite DOGtor! The preventive care plans also save a ton of money (especially on exam fees since Maverick is always there for something). I highly recommend Dr Williams and the amazing staff at AMC!

This place is amazing!! They were quick to get me in when I had a sick little doggy and were incredibly caring and compassionate with my situation. I love this vet even if my cat doesn’t lol, they’re super friendly and helpful. Always have had a good experience when needing to take my cat for appointments, my favorite vet I’ve ever been to.
