BEEVET was a bright spot on a bad day when our Boxer wasn't feeling well. We were very worried something serious was happening, and they got us in quick and did the necessary steps to determine (and rule out) the issue. Everyone was so friendly and we appreciated the upfront communication regarding cost at each step. Emergency situations are not cheap, but we feel the prices were very reasonable. Plus, there was no pressure to do anything we didn't feel was necessary. Our Bandini loves them too! So glad we found this gem :)

Our family has been taking our kitties to Bee Vet since 2013. Our 16 year old cat, Versace, recently passed away & Dr. Zimmer came in on a Saturday to help. We are beyond appreciate of Bee Vet & the compassionate care we receive.

Caring veterinary practice. They always present all my options and help me develop a plan that is best for my animals.

Boarded our two puppies for one night. Staff was unprofessional and took about 50 mins to get our dogs after signing all the paperwork. Lady at the front desk told us, “we don’t know how much longer”, With an attitude. After 40 mins. Helped everyone else out while we were there first and waiting before anyone got there. Also, the dogs did not get out of the kennel for awhile from first glance, as they went to the restroom as soon as they got out. Staff didn’t not even know how to handle any of the dogs properly. First, time experiencing this. Please train your assistants first how to manage the customers as there were three of four of them running around like they never had a busy Saturday. Would not recommend…

Dr. Boerner and the supporting staff could not be better. The manor in which she delivered a diagnosis for my pet, along with suggestive treatment and management plans was so empathetic and overall considerate of costs associated with each. Her demeanor is comforting and gentle, making the experience for myself and my pet not overwhelming. She is clear in instructions and easy to communicate with. She has returned my calls multiple times after hours, showing how much she genuinely cares about her patients. The staff are also incredible. They never forget a follow up call to check in after appointments and always relay information to the vet when I have questions or there are updates. They work hard to keep everything on schedule and appointment times prompt. You're greeted with a smile every time.

We had a big scare with our puppy on Friday and it was already close to 6. We tried contacting poison control with no success and our usual vet (and many more in the area) said they were closing soon and they wouldn't be able to run tests/monitor her... We decided to drive far away to a 24/7 emergency service but seeing it was almost an hour away I decided to give it one last try and contacted beevet... They were amazing since the moment they picked up the phone to the moment we left with our puppy safe and sound. They ran emergency tests, were very quick in giving us an analysis and quote, very quick to treat our puppy, always friendly and communicating with us the current status, and very honest with the payment as they removed stuff from the original quote that they didn't end up having to do. I loved the experience and our puppy did as well. The next day we immediately transfered both our puppy and our cat from our previous vet to beevet.

The doctors and team here saved my baby boy’s eye! After my dog was attacked on a walk and sustained trauma to his eye, I brought him here for emergency care. Even though they had their hands full with multiple other emergencies at the time, they were able to work my dog into their schedule in a very timely manner. The doctor and everyone on the staff were extremely nice, and the communication and level of care was excellent, with multiple follow-ups to check on my dog’s condition after treatment. We were very concerned he may lose his eye, but thanks to the doctors and team here, we are now hopeful he can make a full recovery! I’m so grateful for this amazing team of animal care specialists and highly recommend their services to anyone with furry family members!

Highly recommend BeeVet!! The staff was exceptional compared to other vets I have been to and took great care of my sick dogs.

The staff at BEEVET were very welcoming to my two furbabies for our first visit - and gave great service, despite the social distancing restrictions. I feel it was a great decision to bring my kitties here - Dr Boerner radiates love for pets, plus Tayler and everyone who has talked with me have been flexible, understanding and informative. i cannot believe I have waited this long to post a review but it is about time. We have been a customer of Dr. Chow and Beevet for 15 plus years with many good times and not so good times. They have treated our family with the utmost respect and professionalism one could ever expect. They have handled major injuries, the sad times of humane euthanasia, and now a new puppy. They always follow up with even the most routine visits. Our dogs and cats appreciate Beevet and we highly recommend them.

In the middle of the worst snow/ice storm & cold temperatures that Austin has seen in 25+ years, these guys found a way to be open for emergency cases allowing me to bring in my very sick German Shepherd. You have no idea how relieved I was to find a clinic even open (my regular vet was closed with no forwarding service). Kudos to the entire team at Beevet for their dedication, professionalism and follow up. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Dr. Boerner saw my Syrian hamster last minute and was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Great experience! 10/10 reccomend.

These folks are absolutely amazing. We have been taking Odie (cattle dog), Millie (chiweenie), and Penny (calico cat) there for a loooong time and will probably never take them anywhere else. All of the techs are very well mannered, and I cant say enough nice things about them. Odie always seems to enjoy his boarding time as well. I highly recommenced this place.

Everyone here is so kind!! Not only have I boarded one of my dogs here and had an amazing experience, one of my chihuahua’s (5lbs) fractured her knee falling off of my couch and they took exceptional care of her! I am so thankful for the entire team!!!

My pets get the best care here!! I’ve never had a group of veterinarians, vet techs, and receptionists that all show and give so much care to my dogs and cat. They are probably one of the best here in Austin.

I went here for the first time with Lily (my chihuahua) a couple of weeks ago. Everyone was so nice despite the social distancing and really gave me a thorough description of Lily's treatment options over the phone. Dr. Boerner and Kasia were really great and so nice! They really are considerate when it comes to your pet's expenses and their health. Also the office sent a welcome card which was so thoughtful!

I called with some concerns about my puppy and was worked in for the next day. Even with the ongoing pandemic and changed procedures, I left the visit feeling assured, knowledgeable, & well taken care of. The receptionists, technicians, and Dr. Zimmer were all amazing! We plan to continue pet care here.

Extremely impressed. My pup and I are so relieved we were referred to BeeVet. Dr. Boerner was extremely knowledgeable and informative. The entire staff was courteous, informative, and made our visit the best vet visit we have ever had. Where all our concerns were addressed. I would recommend BeeVet to anyone looking for the best care for their fur babies.

I am so happy I found Beevet! I'm definitely a micromanager, especially when it comes to my dog child! I call at least twice a week to move and make appointments (which they're very flexible), or just for anything else. They've been super patient and accommodating! I have a bulldog mix who is an absolute gremlin but the staff is always so excited to see her! Even sent a sweet welcoming card. I got my mom to switch vets also, and she's been happy so far!

BEEVET was highly recommended to me and I am not disappointed. I was very pleased with my visit - the staff was efficient and the doctor and assistants were knowledgeable - spent quality time with each of my fur babies. I highly recommend BEEVET.

I called for an appointment for a health certificate for my dog. I got an appointment quickly (the next day) and the staff could not have been nicer. Everybody was helpful and welcoming. I didn't have to wait and everything was handled …

I discovered this Vet during a pet emergency. They took my pet in with no appointment. Since then I have moved all my 6 pets to BEEVET. I've seen several of the Vets and they are all EXCELLENT. Love this place!

I am so happy that I found BEEVET. Dr. Zimmer is extremely caring and thorough. All of his staff are super friendly and helpful. Each time I have been there, they go above and beyond to help me juggle my dog and newborn. I never have trouble getting an appointment, and never wait for very long in the office. Thank you BEEVET!

Thanks for saving my little Bebe! You guys went above and beyond and I really can never thank you enough. I would recommend this facility to anyone I know. They did a great job and made my dog and I feel so comfortable in a very stressful and emergent situation.

I moved to Austin from Houston in May and Dr. Chow and her team have been amazing. We take our French Bulldog and Jack Russell to BEEVET and we always get amazing service. They are open on the weekends and very up front about costs. Dr. Chow has a boxer so I feel very safe taking my Frenchie to see her as she is familiar with bully breeds.
