They were a great daycare for my dog but accused me of not paying quite rudely (and in front of others) when my husband had paid in the morning. I told them it was already paid for and well, they never apologized. I felt like dirt so I now take my dogs elsewhere with no regrets.

Our dogs love it here! They always get excited when we roll into the parking lot. This place has an indoor play area so dogs can play safely even if it's very hot or storming. We've had excellent experiences here for both boarding and daycare. Update two years after my previous review: Still taking my dogs here, they still love it! COVID safety protocols have been very good and staff is still as awesome as they always have been.

My puppy knows when we are close and gets so excited. Well worth the money to get your dog exercise and time to socialize with other dogs.

My dog had so much fun here. He is so happy and tired out. Their Instagram is great, they post about the dogs and their new friends.

My puppy, Benji, always has a great time. The staff are super nice and responsive, and you can tell he loves them too because as soon as he sees them his tail starts wagging. He always comes home tired (which is nice), and I don't worry about him during the day because I know he is in good hands. I also like that they post on Instagram so I can see him and the other dogs playing!

I love this place. I had tried other places around town and found that my dog wasnt being properly observed and cared for. I have never felt that way with this place! She's always thrilled to go and starts wagging her tail as soon as we pull into the parking lot and I pick up a happy tired pup at the end of the day. I have also used their boarding service and have had the same experience. They even accommodated me when I had surgery and came to my car to get her. Very professional and responsive as well!

Amazing pet day care and boarding! The owner is a pet owner and her staff are world-class and make all of the difference.

Pup can't get in the door fast enough on daycare days! Staff are responsive, attentive to pups, and kind--special shoutout to Kelly up front for being so amazing. I know pup is in good hands when she's there and that gives me peace of mind.

My dog Minnie is always so happy after I pick up her up from daycare! She doesn't like drinking water from the same bowl as other dogs. So, if your dog is the same way I'd recommed just making sure they drink a lot before they go to daycare! This has worked out for us well and we haven't had any dehydration issues. I love this place, I can relax knowing my dog is in good hands for daycare or boarding. He can be sheepish, but he always goes in confident and happy which makes me comfortable knowing he’s treated well!

I've been bringing my pup here for about a year now, and he absolutely loves it. Whether it's just for day care or for a longer boarding stay, my floof is wagging his tail and super excited to go inside. All of the staff is wonderful, but a special shout out goes to Kelly, Fawne, and Kaitlyn because clearly there are mornings where Obi prefers them to me. They're all super responsive, and if you have questions and are that dog mom (like me), they're great about answering *everything* and giving you updates through the day. Pre-COVID, when we actually dropped them off inside, my dog would low key drag me to the playroom door. Post-COVID, I feel super comfortable and grateful for the precautions that they're taking. Pretty sure we'll be coming in as long as they're open ????

Best kennel and daycare I’ve ever found. They consider my pups to be family! I get regular updates and know my senior girl is in the most caring hands.

Whatever they’re doing, they’re doing right! My very anxious and hyper dog absolutely loves going to day care and boarding here. Because of their amazing staff, I can take trips and go to work, knowing my dog is in great hands and loving life. Since going to day care, my dog is more social with other dogs and she always comes home exhausted from a great day. Also want to note, I love reading the daily sheet that’s filled out every day during boarding. You guys rock! Thanks for all you do!

Me and my dog love Pup culture. Both overnight stays and day care for years. He is always excited to get there, and tired out when he's done. The staff is great. It's on the pricier side but you get piece of mind and the dogs are kept in a nice room instead of a cage.

We've been boarding our dog here for the past year. He loves this place! It does feel a little pricey, but APC's overnight and daycare rates are right on par with many of the other facilities in the area that offer non-private sleeping arrangements (APC has private rooms) and much less air-conditioned play space (APC's indoor space is huge and big and little dogs are separated). There always seems to be supervision in the play areas, and our dog has never had any issues or injuries. Staff will get to know your pup by name and they fill out a report card/condition checklist every day to ensure your pup is healthy and having fun. Highly recommended!

Ok, if you're reading this you are probably big on 2 things - reviews and your dogs well being. I have 3 dogs and extremely overprotective of my dogs so I am big on reviews. I have been taking my dogs here for a year now and we LOVE this pace. Never had 1 problem and my dogs blessed there once a month as well as go to day care. The staff is super sweet, loving and caring. They even do fun posts of your dog on their Instagram! We do the luxury suite SSI they can all stay together and they always send cute updates edith pics when km out of town. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my critters and I didn't take them anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Our pup had fun and was worn out when we picked him up. The reason two stars were docked is because they told us they threw our dogs favorite bone in the trash and gave no clear answer as to why. He loved that bone and didn't touch the new toys left with him. I gave him the old toy to keep him comforted without us. It's upsetting to know his comfort toy was thrown away for no reason.

Everyone is great and treat our pups like family.

Before I was even a customer they helped me out when I just had a question about taking care of my dogs. Good people.

Its a good place to take your dog. They do have an open play area for the dogs to socialize. I rate kennels based on two things: 1st) Does my dog come home banged up and scabbed from fights? NO, my dog was in perfect shape. 2nd) Does my dog want to stay at the kennel? YES, my dog did not want to leave Austin Pup Culture. It's a good place for your dog to socialize and its safe as well.

I've used this kennel for boarding my dog multiple times. They always take great care of him. They also have been good about adjusting to changes in the length of stay or pick-up time as my personal schedule changes. The staff is always sweet and kind. I definitely recommend this place for boarding your dog.

I haven't had any problems so far. I love the attention to detail they provide after each visit. I just don't like that you have to reserve so far ahead for daycare. But I guess that's a tell tale sign of them being popular.
