Horrible place! Ppl portray to be nice but super rude and cant cut hair at all! Patches everywhere and a friends dog caught flees. They dont clean or change kennel once previous dog has left. So dogs can catch flees that way.

Horrible place! Groomers are terrible with cutting. They have patches left all over my fur baby. When asked to get half off in the future thinking maybe it was a simple mistake they denied. I highly recommend you to go somewhere else or you will waste $56

We've had our older rescue dog here quite a few times. The staff is VERY sweet and accommodating. Our last visit we opted to add on daycare for the afternoon--and our dog was completely relaxed and safe in her crate! I would absolutely recommend this business for grooming AND for daycare. (This is especially true if you're not a fan of "group play" with dogs! I would prefer my dog to be safe vs playing with other peoples dogs--and she certainly was!)

Don't take you dog here if you love them . Never had issues with puppy love before Until I brought my puppy . I picked him up he had blood vessels popped in both his eyes . They said it was from “him not liking the bath” however popped blood vessels is caused from trauma to the eye and chocking . Do not recommend

Called in on a Sunday morning my Benji needed a desperate bath & trim. The ladies took him in right away & 2 hours later he looks like a brand new poodle. Thank u ladies for your prompt service. Will definitely be returning.

Love the staff, friendly, welcoming and always accommodating,my fur baby seems to enjoy his visits. I’ve been taking coco to this place for over a year, never ever has he been cut or seemed unhappy. Highly recommend :)

New to the neighborhood. My pups cut was a little uneven, but I’m not the picky type so whatever. The kids who work there are cool and professional. It’s the owner. Just a Lotta off vibes from her. Rude the moment I walked in…You never know what type of day someone is having so I won’t pass judgment. But hon if you ever read this, people always go back for the experience not the product/food remember that. Loved the convenience and service over all. Best place to take your pet for grooming. Our dog Kane, smells good for 3 three weeks after taking him to Puppy Love. That's money worth getting Love for!!

Great place for your pet to get their grooming needs taken care of. The staff is warm and caring. The prices ate very affordable.

Wow unbelievable. The owner was Awesome so freakin sweet and she calm my nerves.After several visits of Petsmarts which had my puppy in the Vet ER several hundred of wasted money . This place is like heaven….Thank you for places like this . All my puppies will be groomed by this location.❤️❤️

I used to love this place, but the last 2 visits were very bad. The last time we brought them, my one dog came home with a busted vein in her eye. I decided to give them another chance, but this time the haircuts were very sloppy and uneven. Doesn't even look like they touched one of the legs. And they gave back one of the dogs and hair was just falling off of him like crazy! I'm not sure what happened to this place, but I won't be coming back.
