Pixee's Paws Pet Palace Arlington, Texas

My family and I experienced a very challenging hardship last year in November of 2021. We were in between living spaces and could not house our fur baby Nikey, giving her up was not an option. I thank God that I found Pixiee's Paws. The staff was amazing. They boarded our fur baby for about a month and also understood our hardship and helped us out greatly, basically a blessing. I loved the cage free alternative, the daily activities which my family and I were able to see her online on video plus pictures that was a plus because we were really missing her. I would highly recommend Pixiee's Paws

I have never had my baby treated so "human-ly". This pet spa is run like a day care; complete with nap time :) My little guy loves going there and has many friends to play with. Best part? He's all tired out at the end of the day

My dog, Marvin, and I will never go anywhere else for our daycare and boarding needs. As a dog dad, finding somewhere you can trust, depend on, and count on for them to treat your dog as their own is a huge concern. This place checks all the boxes. Marvin is always eager to go and worn out by the time he comes home. They have livestream cameras available and send pictures throughout the day. We’ve been using them for months now. What truly sealed the deal for us was when a concern with Marvin came up. They were genuinely concerned, attentively followed up, and made sure we were both cared for. I will never forget how attentive they were. The team at Pixee’s does a phenomenal job. See you next time! :)

The entire staff at Pixee’s are special individuals who are caring, attentive, personable, understand your fur baby’s personality/needs, AND work diligently to maintain a healthy environment for your fur baby. Our Ajax (European Doberman) is now 14 months and a handful. The staff are always friendly, kind, and accepting when Ajax shows up for day camp or boarding. We are HUGE fans of Pixee’s Paws Pet Palace, Arlington‼️❤️

I cannot say enough good things about Pixee's Paws! Our sweet fur baby has issues with anxiety and doesn't trust other humans very often. They were very welcoming and helped him feel comfortable for the 4 days he stayed. Throughout each day, Pixee's employees would text me photos of him playing with the other dogs. And when I picked him up, he didn't want to leave. Lol I highly recommend them and am confident they will give your loved ones the same incredible treatment.

Very understanding of the dogs behavior

Our lab has been to many different daycares but Pixee’s is our new favorite! I like that it is not just a bunch of dogs in an empty room with one person supervising, instead the dogs seem to have lots of different things to see/do throughout the day with more than one staff member watching them. I also love the web cams to check in and the picture updates they text through the day. It is a bit more expensive than other competitors but I think you get what you pay for! Gunnar comes home tired and happy every time :)

I love this place for boarding my Ellie! I worry about her sitting in a kennel all day with only limited play time or affection (she’s a spoiled lap dog) but they love on her and like home and she gets much needed socialization! There’s other places that actually charge you to sit with your dog in a kennel for 10 minutes! It’s as if they’re totally free range here and roam as they please! The pics and updates make me feel so much more at ease, and she always looks content, relaxed and not scared! I will continue to bring my girl here! Thank you for making me feel so much better to travel knowing she’s taken care of!

The staff at Pixee's is awesome. I boarded my Doberman Pinscher for the first time and was pleasantly surprised at how she did. She is a senior and can be non-social most of the time but not here. She got along great with other dogs so my hats off to the staff for bringing out the social part of her. Thanks Rick and Mary

I had to find a place quickly to board Sophie. The good folks at Pixee's evaluated Sophie and took her in. They took good care of her. While certainly unexpected, it was fun that they shared pictures via text while Sophie was there for five days.

Everyone at Pixee’s is great with our little pitty! They are so kind and patient and we love for our Nahla to have a play day at Pixee’s. Gingr has been great with her and she loves going.

If I could put 10 stars, I would! We had to leave our Great Dane to attend a wedding for 5 days and we can't rave enough about how wonderful Pixee's is with our fur baby. They go above and beyond at every level and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. They even made a wedding photo of our pups and I wanted to cry with the cuteness. Seriously, bring your pets here, they will be so loved. Thank you Gayla 7 Cecilia as well as the whole staff for loving our Dexter!

Pixee's Paws is an amazing place. The owners and staff treat your pups like they are their own pups. You receive multiple updates with pictures throughout the day showing how your pup is doing. I've also gone through some training with them and the trainers are fantastic! They have helped me get my 4 year old German Shepard to where we can successful go on walks and she not try to eat anyone else which is a major improvement. They've also helped me train my 5 month old puppy with the basics. What I love most about the training is that you receive follow ups from them asking how the training is going and giving extra tips to help make sure you and your fur babies are staying in track. You can not find a better place for your pets!

We had to board our dog for an extended stay while our house was under reconstruction. Pixee's was very accommodating and flexible when our timeline kept getting extended, and our dog had to stay even longer than expected. The staff at Pixee's kept us up to date with how he was doing with daily picture updates. They took excellent care of our furbaby, and it really made this experience less stressful for our dog and for us. Knowing he was being well cared for in a clean and safe environment and also getting lots of attention and walks gave us such peace of mind. I highly recommend Pixee's for anyone who needs short or long term boarding or day care. We will only be using Pixee's from now on to take care of our dog when we need boarding.

This place is awesome. Very clean and spend time with your baby. I love the webcam where you can see her playing with others. I have found the place where I definitely feel confident leaving her for boarding when out of town.

Staff not very knowledgeable on how to adopt or how to handle new pets .they have an evaluation but of course any pet that is new to a different environment will be nervous but all they do is to lock them in a room instead of trying to …

Great place to board! My dog loves it here. They send photos multiple times each day of your pup which was great. Only a couple of issues. Our first evaluation visit was a little chaotic and it took an hour for me to be able to drop off our dogs. Then, on our drop-off day for boarding I had a reservation to bring our dog in at 7 am on a Saturday. I get there and the doors are locked and I can't get ahold of anyone. They didn't open until 8 so I had to wait, but why tell me and allow me to book a 7am drop off? If I was trying to catch a flight, that could have caused real issues. Luckily, I was driving so it just set me back an hour. Also, after reading other reviews it seems that they have cameras where you can check in on your pup, but I was never told this by anyone I interacted with. My kids and I would have loved to check in on him everyday. Seems a little disorganized, but I really love their boarding style. We will be back.

Couldn’t be happier with Pixie Paws. They go above and beyond with my dog. She absolutely loves it when we walk in and is trying to pull me inside she loves it so much. The staff there is amazing and always willing to help. While we were away our dog needed medicine and was able to pick it up for us. There service is hands down the best service to trust your dog with.

Best boarding facility, hands down. We’ve only left our boxer for the 4 hour evaluation, but even with that, they sent pics, text updates, etc. Our Zeke needs to be neutered, so he’s not suitable for the social play, but the trainer took the time to explain everything, in great detail. I had multiple questions about the boarding/training package, and needed flexibility with our busy schedules. Not only did the trainer talk to me for 40 minutes, explaining the best possible options, she also had the owner call me. The owner promptly called me(within minutes) and came up with a package that meets our needs. We’ve left our zeke at other boarding places, but this one, hands down, exceeds them all.. can’t wait to watch my “baby” on the camera (from florida) next week... it’s the best peace of mind, knowing you can log in at any time and see your “baby” on camera..
