Pet Resort in The Gardens Arlington, Texas

I worked here for almost a year and I would not take my own pets to be watched there. I did not like how the animals are left in their kennels for 12 hours without being able to go outside to go to the bathroom. The staff were also negligent, and when I would point out things they were cutting corners on and making things unsafe for the animals, the manager/owner would turn their noses up at it. They didn’t care how things got done, only if they got done. I received an injury while working there and got reprimanded by the manager for getting hurt, which I don’t understand at all. So overall, no I would not recommend this place.

Clean and animals appear cared for but they don't miss an opportunity to charge for services. I came in and toured the facility on 12/29/2021. Every question was answered with "there is an additional fee for that service". The tour guide and I actually started giggling that she said it so much!

Could not love Pet Resort in the Gardens more!! Every single one of the very plentiful staff and managers are professional, thorough, and super friendly. We drive 35 minutes from Lewisville, twice a year as the experience is just so good. The dogs love going!! They love their play time package a lot! Being in close proximity to Dr Farrell is helpful with our Senior rescue.

After evacuating from hurricane Ida and in her aftermath, we had nowhere to board our dog for a trip. We went to DFW-area looking for air conditioning during the blackout and a boarding place for our Doberman. Our Doberman happened to be in heat and that makes it very difficult to find a place. The Pet Resort team made special arrangements to house Callie while we were gone on our trip to Guatemala, which was disrupted and rerouted from NOLA from the hurricane. The place was very clean and the people were very friendly and professional. They sent pictures of Callie each day having her special walks. It’s very difficult to leave your dog for nine days, but they made me feel very comfortable about that!! Here she is checking out our flooded road.

I love this place my dog Daisy is very shy, anxious and fearful that it takes her time to warm up to people. Pet Resort in the gardens was very accommodating and patient with her. It took her 2 temp tests but she passed. Unlike another daycare I took her to here in Arlington that failed her for group play on the first try for showing her teeth at other dogs, which she does when she is scared. I do understand it’s for the safety of other dogs and for Daisy but they also need to take into consideration she is fearful and needs time to adapt. Thank you so much Pet Resort In the gardens foe taking her and working with her fearfulness, I know likes this place as she now gets excited when we arrive.

The website was easy to navigate. It gave the information I was seeking except prices. But it was a good layout.

My vet recommended this place for my little pup. I'm so glad I found them. I had a long vacation coming up so I needed a place for Phofie to stay. They were able to offer me a package that not only boarded my dog, but also offered puppy training. They gave me a tour of the facility so I knew exactly where Phofie would be sleeping. The trainers I spoke with, specifically Mark and Erica, were very informative and made me feel at ease. I was sent daily picture updates of my dog throughout her stay! When I returned to pick up Phofie, they gave me a private lesson that showed what my pup had learned during her stay. Overall, I am wowed by this resort's service and experience! I will definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you for treating and caring for Phofie like your own!

It looks like my puppy had a great time! He had diarrhea and the staff called me and let me know that they took him to the vet and gave him medicine, thank you for that!. I’m only taking a star because I asked and charged for a nail trim and he did not get it. (I did not pick him up, that’s why I did not notice it at the moment)

Highly recommend,very caring with your pets. It's not about the bottom line with this facility Pet's come first.

I take my dog here once a week for all day Play....very affordable, $25 for all day. $15 for 4 hours and under. Very clean, smells nice, friendly staff

This is the only grooming/boarding facility that our family will ever trust. The staff is so kind and patient. You can always tell that they truly LOVE what they do.

They are very friendly and accommodating. My dog loves it here. They even watch for dogs that play too much without some rest and make sure they dont overexurt themselves. If your dog needs a vet Dr Farrell is close by and if you're dog is an attendee here he can make some visits very convenient. He's a great vet that has cared for many family animals over the years.

I was referred to Pet Resort in the Gardens by my vet. Their first visit was for a bath and inquired about boarding. When I took them for their baths, everyone was amazing! I then scheduled them to be boarded for 5 nights. The staff yet again was amazing, super friendly to me and my dogs and the facility was very clean. They have definitely gained a new customer and my dogs loved it there!

First off I want to thank everyone there for taking care of Winston this past week! This is our first time boarding him and since he is still a puppy, we were really worried at how he would handle it. He also did not have any previous interactions with other dogs since he just finished his rounds of vaccinations before we boarded him. However, Katie put our mind at ease by continuously updating us with photos, and he did perfectly fine! He looked like he had so much fun, and we are so glad they were able to get him comfortable and start playing with other dogs. They treated him like one of their own and we are so grateful for that!

My husband and I just recently started boarding our dogs here while on vacation. We get updates, photos, and feel our dogs are in great care! The staff is very professional and you can see they love the animals.
