My dog had an engagement on ear she had surgery they were great

After going from one vet to another, this place was honestly the sweetest veterinarian office I've been too, not only did they take their time to work with me financially. They made the whole situation I'm about to face a little bit easier. You have no idea how genuinely grateful I am, thank you so much

I have been bringing our puppers for a long time now, the staff is always very friendly. Dr. D'Anne Stephens is super thorough. Prices are also very affordable.

Dr. Stephens is so kind, knowledgeable and personal. She gave us her cell number to contact her if ever a need arises. We are thankful that we found her for our English Bulldog babies!

I have been taking my, now 14 year old pitbull here for over 10 years. He was injured really bad on his neck and they were able to save is life. They are very professional and you can tell how much they truly love doing what they do and loving all the animals.

This staff is so covid scared thatthey would not treat my dog with a rash that has spread all over her body from head to toe....for safety of their staff I had to cancel appointments due to my COPD. They absolutely went orbital when I asked if they could get my dog from my car. The receptionist is so overblown with herself, she has no care for your pets. My poor baby is so bad and I was just told they will not see her. This woman needs a valium. She needs to understand the worry that comes from your pet being in horrible physical condition. The Vet had Covid and is allowing her staff to disrespect my pet and myself. I've been using them for at least 15 yrs Dr. Stephen's is not the same person, she is working with fear and defense. I was told Covid could be on my dog and she would not allow her staff to care for her. I've had to cancel many appointments while trying to overcome my sickness too protect everyone. There is no time stamp on when a sickness will leave your body. They should know that. So, if your on disability with a fixed income and 60 or older, stay away from this clinic. It's small, old, unclean and they treat you with no respect to your situation. If you cant take the feelings of pet owners into more consideration get out of the business. I will be posting this on all my social media plat forms possible.

Friendly staff and the Vet is AWSOME! She really loves animals and takes the time with them and explains everything to you. I appreciate that because my animals are like my kids.

Best vet I’ve ever had! I recommend so many to go here with their babies! I’ve gone to an ER vet to be forgotten about and explained what was going on to her and they managed to squeeze me even while over booked! This is my number one choice of any animal!

This review has been down graded because of my most recent experience. I have been taking my cat Coal to this vet for many years. The vet was always nice, knowledgeable and caring. Since covid we were only able to interact with the staff. I have not seen or communicated with the vet since before the pandemic. For almost two months we were told they didn’t have the 6 cans of food we had paid for. They said they would call when they came in. Then when making his last appointment the person on the phone yelled at me and got an attitude when I didn’t respond well. Today Coal had and appointment and I called to inform them that I had left my job about 5 min late and would possible be behind 5-10min for his appointment. After being put on a brief hold I was informed the appointment would need to be rescheduled. I yelled at her that 5min would cause a reschedule. She said if I was there at 10:35 it would be ok. So I drove above the speed limit and put the cat who has lots of fear into his kennel and got him there at 10:33. After bringing him in I was asked what he was there for. Since I could not recall the test or exams they said he had to have I was told I had an attitude. I inform her I simple didn’t write down that info, only wrote down to bring the cat to the vet on this day and time. She then handed me his records and told me I could give it to his new vet. The papers were already printed and she had already decided to end the association. I am glad my cat will get a new vet. They denied that they owe us 6 cans of food and we didn’t get any writen receipt so I won’t bother to ask them to be honest. But I am upset because my cat didn’t have to be put in a cage in a hurry and driven without haste to get there before he missed the appointment. If they no longer wanted my business they should have saved my cat the trauma. Animal people should care about the animals they treat even if they don’t like the owner.

5/5 what else is there to say. Staff was compassionate and attentive. Location is a bit eh but that's Arlington for you.

I can’t brag enough. The prices were so reasonable. I felt completely comfortable waiting in the car as they took care of my fur babies. They truly love what they do and picked up on my dogs little quirks that most don’t. It made me feel like they truly paid attention to them.

Great place for your pets! Took my 11 week puppy and they helped her right away. Everyone here were so courteous. I was able to get her in from one day to the next! Place was really clean. Wasn't too pricey either. All in all I totally recommend this place!

Since you are doing curbside veterinary care only you should make your customers aware of that fact and let them decide if that will work for them and on top of it I had to explain yet again over the phone why we were there, I guess you don't keep notes. It's unprofessional not to explain that the door will be locked and to call from your car, at least pur a note on the door, jesus...I sat in my car for 35 minutes waiting and lost an hour of drive time..If you are running that behind and refuse entry you should be professional and courtesy enough to make people aware of the wait time ,I don't like to sit with my car running to that extent, I have been here a few times but I will not ever be back..

I use to like this place ...but the prices are going up to much for me....example....i took my other baby to a different place and my other baby here....there was a 50 dollar difference....and they did the same at both places....and when i go to get there nails trim they miss some of them....been going there a long time....but i want miss them.....

This has nothing to do with the doctor who owns the place, whom I've had good and professional experience with previously. But this last time she was not there. I was very unprofessional and the girl who was at front desk was very rude. Instead of discussing my complaint she mocked me by repeating what I said to someone else standing there in a mocking voice. Will never go back there again.

I would highly recommend Park Plaza Animal clinic. I have a dog (pit bull ) that no other place is able to handle for check ups and shots, for the doctor at Park Plaza this is not an issue, she is very experience. I also have a Rottweiler mix that had hart worm , the doctor put her on a treatment that cured her. This is my to go place for all my dogs.

I love Dr. Stephens and her team. I have an English bulldog who likes to eat everything and has a few genetic health issues. Dr. Stephens always makes time for him even with a booked schedule. If you have a bulldog, look no further, this is the vet you need. She knows all about this breed and has a bulldog of her own. I love love love our vet. Her manager, Brandi, is so knowledgeable and so patient with my sometimes troublemaker bully.
