Love the people who work here...they take good care of my kitties. Friendly atmosphere. Even when my cat was super nervous and stressed out, they are comforting to her. Which keeps me calm too.

Unfortunately we did not receive favorable results. We had to put our fur baby down. I can say that we were treated with care and compassion. I won't hesitate to bring our other pup in. Thanks Arlington south!

I am so grateful for this vet and assistants. Two of my dogs got in a fight. The smaller one lost. He lost bad enough that his molar was broken off and hanging by a piece of his gums only. To make matters worse, this was just before Christmas! Luckily, we have an awesome friend that is a vet and she was able to see our dog that night and call in some pain meds and antibiotics. Thank you Dr. Duncan!!! I called everywhere the next day. Many vets do not mess with teeth at all. It is a special skillset. I was advised by I20 Animal Clinic that Dr. Bloom was out until 12/29 and had appointments booked through January. I walked into Dr. Gully's office and was simply advised that they would not do any surgeries. Unfortunately, they had zero desire to even look at my dog to understand the severity of it all. I called a few others and final reached a place in Grapevine that could take a look on 12/27. I know our sweet baby was in pain and it was obviously that a hanging tooth was driving him crazy. I googled vets with dentistry and located this place. From the 1st call they immediately asked if I could bring him. I remind you that this was 12/23. I met the vet a 4p. The location was down a vet for the holidays. When this angel of a veterinarian (I think Dr. Susan. I am so sorry if I got that incorrect) looked my digs mouth, I knew she was already 1/2 way committed to help! She had her staff going into creative mode and they had our sweet baby on the operating table at 8a on Christmas Eve. What a great Christmas present. The vet had put all of her personal needs aside to help our family and we will be forever grateful. They called on 12/26 to check on our pooch as well. I was at Costco at the time and decided the deliver cookies for them and treats for future patients! This location will hold a special place in our hearts and is now our chosen vet for future needs. But please, let's home for no more fighting. Our Jack Russell does not have a chance against a pitbull/boxer which is so loving, and we know he does not want to hurt his smaller but older brother! Thank you Arlington South Veterinarian Hospital! You guys are the real deal!!!

Absolutely positive and calm experience. Dr. C is an amazing doctor and our dog felt more at ease with her than any doctor she has previously been examined by. When she brought a blanket out for Martha we were very impressed with the beside manner. Julie was absolutely wonderful as well. Both our dogs loved her and loved the bandanna she gave them. Wonderful doctors office! ❤

We love South Arlington Veterinary hospital. The staff is so friendly and awesome. Dr. Mason and Dr. C are very knowledgeable and love how they treat our dogs Rocky and Milo. Thank you for everything ❤️

I was very pleased with everything about this place. They're an accredited hospital. It's very clean. The staff is fabulous. I was very impressed with them, beginning with my first call. The initial call really sets the tone for an office doesn't it?. Front office staff is superb. Dr. C was very knowledgeable and very nice, Great with our dog. We really loved her. This is the kind of personal service I was looking for and they really do seem like they care. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. C. For all your vet needs.

Long story short, we were leaving town and my 17year old cat woke up having issues. I called her vet and they could not see her until the next day. I called everywhere and no one could see her until I called Arlington South Vet Hospital. They were so nice and understanding over the phone, and they have great reviews. Everyone from the front to the back was AWESOME, and they now have my business for life! They took great care of my baby, and I will be bringing my other fur baby for his checkup next week.

I cannot say enough good things about Arlington South. They are my dog’s second family, he needs services fairly regularly and every time I call the staff knows who I am and what I’m calling in for. Even on times when it’s urgent for him to be seen, they do their best to accommodate us. My family is moving and I wish I could pack up Arlington South Vet to take with me! Special shout out to Jenny who has been with us from the beginning and is always super friendly.

This office is more like family. From the minute I walked in, they introduced themselves, took us straight into a room and we were seen quickly. They comforted my kitty who was very stressed. Dr Mason was very thorough with her explanation and gave me 3 different options on how to treat my baby. I am so thankful we went there.

They seem good enough, never had issues, clean facility, nice staff. No complaints.

Out of all the facilities with the best review scores, your facility was the only one to answer back to us in a timely manner and seen when we thought we were in an emergency situation with our cat. I would most definitely recommend this business to anyone! Not only was the wait time short, but the staff, both front and back, were superb and just filled with positive energy. If our cat ever has a problem or needs a routine check up, and when she's visiting the Arlington area, I would go to you guys hands down, without hesitation. Thank you for everything you all have done yesterday to put my family's worries at ease.

Love doctor Mason... staff and the recent new doctor that joined our family... ???? My 14 yo Shih Tzu has been coming here all his life and I could ask for better than care and compassion.

The layout is nice, spacious and ideal for every nervous pet that comes through the doors. I also like that treats are given to pets to alleviate anxiety and every option was explained to me so I could make informed choices.

Dr. Mason and her staff are professional and caring. We could not ask for a better vet team for our pets. They have seen us through losing several elderly and much beloved pets, and the compassion they have shown has been outstanding. I feel like the entire staff of Arlington South treats our animals as they would their own.

Every single staff member was absolutely amazing! They are all so kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They made my dog (who is still very afraid of new people and environments) feel safe and cared for, and she left the appointment calm and smiling. I could not have been more satisfied with our visit!

We have been going to Arlington South Veterinary Hospital (ASVH) for 31 years, and they have taken care of multiple sets of dogs for us. Today we were totally disappointed and shocked in their service or lack of it. ASVH had been taking care of one of our dogs for 14 years who was in the final stages of his life. We arrived at their office today at 8:00 a.m. with no other cars in their parking lot. We contacted the receptionist and told her our dog's deteriorating situation....which they were aware of from a visit the prior week. The receptionist told us we would have to wait until 9:00 a.m. when the veterinarians arrived and they might be able to work us in but could promise nothing. I asked the receptionist if she could call Dr. Mason, who we were told was most likely on her way in to the clinic, and tell her of our situation. The receptionist replied that she would not put in a call, and when I replied that we have been coming to the clinic for 31 years, she said that she did not care and would not call the doctor. This conversation was heard by both myself and wife as we had the receptionist on speaker phone in our car which was parked outside their office. Instead, we took our dog to Veterinary Specialists of North Texas (VSNT), who had been treating our dog for several years. Even though they had 10+ cars in the parking lot, they got us in and helped us. Dr. Derek Burney at VSNT is a wonderful doctor and person, who took a personal interest in our pet. Needless to say, we will never be returning to ASVH.

We love Arlington South. My wife and I both have been bringing our pets here for years, even before we got together. The doctors and technicians are knowledgeable, kind, and patient. They take the time to give you all the information and options you need, while also patiently and fully answering all questions. Dr. Mason always makes us feel comfortable while helping us make the best decisions for our pets.

Everyone I talked to from scheduling, to intake, to the vet was very nice, very pleasant, very kind. The vet was very knowledgeable, and patiently walked me through my all dogs' medical needs. The whole experience was excellent. I feel like my dogs were treated with kindness and great care.

I love taking my cats to Dr Mason as she does an excellent job of calming both their nerves and their owners. She truly loves her customers' pets like her own and she was a big help when it came to our oldest cat's passing due to her bad kidneys. The prices are somewhat high, but I find it worthwhile for the experience.

The best vet clinic in the area. Courteous, kind and loving to our dogs, always great recommendations/advice, and top notch service. The front desk people are great and always on top of everything, techs are the best around, and Dr. Mason is without a doubt the best vet we've ever had. I never feel rushed and they are very thorough, detailed when they answer our many questions and concerns. Do your pets a favor and use this clinic.
