We booked cat sitting services over the Thanksgiving break and were very happy with the service provided by our sitter. They were prompt, took care of our cat's food, meds, and litter, and even brought in our packages that were sitting on our door step. We plan on using Prestigious Pets again in the future.

They explained there services and rates fully. They disclosed that they are insured and bonded which is great to know. My dog, Dawson, is needing more exercise as he gets older. Since I work from home and cannot take him for an extended walk during the day, I needed some help and I found Prestigous Pets Dog Walking service. It was very easy to navigate their website and see the pricing options options, etc. I messaged them on the website and had an answer back within a few minutes. They are very punctual for scheduled appointments and Dawson loves seeing his dog walking partner. I would highly recommend using this service.

I’ve been having them walk my dogs and they very professional and reliable. My dogs are always looking forward to it and it’s so helpful when I have a busy day and just am not able to walk them. I’ll be going out of town next week and am having my pups stay with them and I couldn’t be more at ease taking my babies there. I know they’ll be well taken care of.

I am new to the Prestigious Pets ( about 6 months or so ) and I find them to go above and beyond!! I have not come across one employee yet that has not gone beyond my expectations. Prestigious Pets is an amazing company! They truly care about your pets and go the extra mile to make them feel safe and comfortable at home when you're away. I'm not a big fan of boarding my pets because of the anxiety it causes them, and this is the perfect option! Very reasonable rates too.

Great place to have your "little ones" taken care of. Love that they do more than just dog walking. You can have a variety of durations on visits, overnight care and even waste removal. With a Great Dane, that is impressive. Another great feature is the online client portal. Definitely check out!!

Called Prestigious Pets to setup a day/time for the sitter to come over and meet the pets and check out the house. She was great about checking in and verifying the day/time and had lots of good questions for us about the dogs and the house. As soon as I met her, I knew everything would be well taken care of. The week we were out of town we were sent updates, which I really appreciated. We had had a couple of bad experiences with other pet sitters in the area, and I am beyond thrilled to find Prestigious Pets. I highly recommend!

Prestigious Pets is top notch. They have some late walks available for people in the service industry like myself, so my dog isn't nuts when I get home at 3AM. I and my sister’s family wanted to go out for vacation for a week and I had no one to take care of my cats. I booked Prestigious Pets to take care of my cats. They answered my questions very professionally and I felt they are the right caretakers for my pets to hang on for the days of my vacation. I shall say I had a great experience and the service was as expected. We were in constant communication and shared pictures of my cats. Timely food and water were given. I felt like there is someone who cares for my cats. Worth the money and I highly recommend them.

Great people and extremely communicative!! Super super pleased with how they cared for my pup! They were on time and very patient and sweet with him! They kept me updated and any questions they had made sure they communicated it with me ! They also told me how his leftovers were on his walk which was really nice to hear so I knew he was having a Healthy poop! They took photos and videos per Request and also made sure he had water and food when done and checked up on him to make sure he was doing alright ! Really love their diligence and carefulness with everything ! Really worth the value and will be using them again!!

My dog is very special to me. He's a part of our family. When we look for dog service, we like going somewhere that treat our dog nice and kind. Being very busy with two kids getting with with my dog was very important. I like the dog Walking Service and Pet Sitting Service. This is a great service. I've used Prestigious Pets a few times now for pet sitting. They give me immense peace of mind when I'm out of town. My pets are my CHILDREN and I feel good knowing they're taken care of in the comfort of their own home. (They're also considerate about little home things which I LOVE--they get my mail, water my plants, etc.) My pets' routine is pretty...how shall I put it...rigorous, and they always do a thorough job. Most importantly though, it's the social interaction that I care about for my senior kitties and the sitter is always so sweet with them (via my petcam, sorry for being a creep, sitter! ????)

Best pets sitters in Dallas - we have been using Prestigous Pets for several years and they are the best, reliable and most caring to our furr babies. They are very prompt and go out of their way to ensure your pets are well cared for while you are away from home or for daily routine care. They are also great at handling multiple pets such as we have 3 dogs and cats in our house. They will ensure that they follow all of your outlined instructions, including medicines. One great feature is that they communicate and send pictures of your babies while you are away and give you updates. I couldn't recommend any other pet sitter - as they are the best!
