The vet service is really good here but booking an appointment or having to see a vet for an ear infection or anything minor but know that your pet is uncomfortable is Ridiculous they will make you book an appointment on a day that they have available. They always recommend your pet To go to the emergency which cost 2 times more then the usual.

I came to this office after my dog being diagnosis with pancreatitis and diabetes a week ago by Mansfield Emergency Hospital and all I wanted was to board my dog and for them to give medicine. Instead, they tried to charge me 2100 for three days of boarding and to give my dog medicine. Stay away from these criminals. Also, the vet turn my dog's neck extensively and refused to help give the dog pain medicine that was right in front of her because I refused to pay for a criminal $2100 proposed treatment bill. She only cared about money and not the well being of my dog. My dog had a neck injury 2 years previously that was documented on his chart.

The staff and Doctor were outstanding. They took great care of my boy Leo in his last moments before crossing the rainbow Bridge. They allowed me time to spend with him before he took his last breath and let me stay with him as long as I needed. It was a hard day and I thank them for being so gentle and kind.

On Dec. 2nd, I called the clinic at 630 pm, answering machine came on said they were closed. My pet had a bad seizure, he had never had one, he died 30 minutes later.

I won't take my pups to any other place. Dr. Franklin has been our vet for 20 years. He is the best!!!

We arrived at 3:50 for a 4:00 appointment and we were not called back until 4:35. At around 4:12 I asked the front desk clerk if there was a better day come to be seen more closer to your appointment, she said she couldn’t say and that all days are basically the same. I responded and said it seems they could do better with scheduling. She proceeds to one up me by saying yeah I’m still waiting at my doctor’s office. First of all I didn’t ask you about your human doctor’s office, don’t try to deflect. And I beg to differ… there are literally thousands of doctors, dentists, and veterinarians that respect people’s time and their support of the business that allows them to thrive. Why wouldn’t she respond first with an apology and say today is unusual and we’ll try to get you back as soon as possible. I’m truly amazed at the low levels of customer service in the world today. These businesses act as if we owe them something and they’re the ones in the service industry. You go in these places expecting high quality service, but they disrespect you and take your money. It’s disgusting to say the least. I’m so glad consumers have choices. I, for one, will not be going back to this place.

Vets are always tough to find. My wife's has used these guys for years. Only recently did we change vets and we really didn't want to. The only reason we did was because we now live over am hour away from them.

Caring staff and try hard to fit you in on urgent situations. They've fixed two acls on one of our dogs. She's fully healed and happy to play and have fun. The Ceta and staff on hand really make our pets feel safe and welcomed.

So far so good. I have taken both of my cats up here several times now, They had flexible scheduling of appointments, got me in and out quickly, took care of the issue, genuinly seem to care about your pets and the prices are not rediculous like some other vets I have tried to use. Doctors took the time to explain everything in terms I understood.

Everyone has been great both times we've been in. First time we were in was to get the dog child's teeth cleaned - the doctors were awesome. They explained everything really well and were kind and gentle with my girl. We had to come in earlier this week because Hendrix decided she was an acrobat while jumping off the couch and hurt herself. They squeezed us into their very busy schedule. Dr. Poole was great - she and the tech got down on the floor with my anxiety ridden rescue dog to help her feel more at ease. She was very thorough in checking her over. The tech (I cannot remember her name) kept Hendrix calm and was very friendly. I can't thank y'all enough for taking such good care of my baby girl. ????????????

We had to put our Dog down because she had cancer. They were very sympathetic and supportive through the process.

The customer service Lisa is very rude upon answering my inquiries. I basically asked her the fee they charge for the problem they did not fix first time. She raised her voice told me my cat’s condition progressed to something different which need different treatment plan, I know it is not true she did not see my cat, I was the one with her for 10 days after first vet visit, the symptom is the same. I took my cat there for upper respiratory infection thought one antibiotic shot would do the job as I had the same problem before took her to my old vet, problem solved. So this time at gully, we have to go back another time for the same problem as nothing improved. Be aware of this business model, of course they make more money if you bring your pet back couple of times.

I brought my temperamental dog and they knew just how to handle her. I came for vaccinations. I would give them a higher rating, however, i wish they would have presented me with the itemized receipt before or explained the charges BEFORE they vaccinated her. Receiving the bill after and not giving me the option to not get my dog the pricey flu shots would have been more transparent and made me feel like it was my choice. We all have budgets.

Great experience!! My dog was very nervous and the dr came in and she immediately sat on the floor with him and made him a little less nervous. So thankful for them

Thurs around 8 pm i noticed my dog started to limp. Something either bit him or he stepped on something. His paw pad was red and swollen. I called Gully's animal hospital but they were closed. I sent them an email stating this, hoping to get my dog in 1st thing in the morning. I called at 7:05 am and staff told me they had nothing till 4:45. Short of begging to get him in earlier, i was told they couldnt get him in. When I asked her what I should do, she said I could always go to another vet. And no one addressed my email request. This is not the 1st time I have had trouble with staff. Today i went into the clinic asking for a manager and I was given her business card. I expressed my dissatisfaction to front staff only to be told that since Dr. Gully retired, the clinic no longer takes on too much to overwhelm their staff. And aftwr all this, not ONE of the staff even asked about my dog.

They went above their duties to help us through the process. This was our first dog we had ever had to put down and it was more painful than I could’ve imagined. I really appreciate them letting us grieve the way we needed to in the moment. They also sent us their memorial item afterward that we didn’t purchase.
