Awesome shop! The owner and staff are wonderful. They are very in tuned to specific breeds. I have an old male mini schnauzer and I wouldn't take my old man anywhere else. I would also recommend to friends and family.

Billie was a whole hoot to meet enjoyed the moment we met suggested a cut on my dog that turned out amazing also they have affordable pricing. Once you become a client it's free nail trimming whenever you need it

Called and asked about free nail trimmings and was told to come in. Sure why not? Upon walking in I am not greeted, staff is rude, and Billie herself (whom I thought was a random person because she was just walking around) also did not greet me or introduce herself. She came right up to my dog and proceeded to say that my dog was unmanageable even though all other reviews say she is good with dogs. Most people know dogs can sense a bad vibe and when you don't even introduce yourself to me, let my big dog sniff you, or be patient with my dog I can't give you a good review.

They care about every client and the people who bring them in.

I love Bow Wow Billies, they have always done an amazing job for us. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I have very sensitive skin and allergies, but Bow Wow Billies uses hypoallergenic products that have no effect on me. If you love supporting local small businesses, I highly recommend going here.

My girl gets so excited when I tell her she's going to Billie's to get purty. She literally runs to the door, ready to go. The staff is so kind and gentle with the animals. Best service, Best Staff - highly recommend

Everyone here is amazing at what they do. I always take my babies for nail trims and baths (like a lil spa day for them) and every single time it's a wonderful experience. They remember my babies and especially when my baby girl started having health problems. They helped me on different ideas and thoughts for who to see just do to experiences They may have had themselves. Made me feel good and that my babies are cared about.

I have been going to Bow Wow Billies since they opened. They are professional, caring, reliable, and on time with their services. Obviously the biggest thing customers miss is the communication. The communication from you, what you want from them with your dog. Let them know and they will deliver. When things are not exact, they do their best to accommodate you and next time you go they will get it right. My 3 dogs get treated really well, maybe a little too well. I recommend them to all my friends who are looking for a groomer.

People are courteous and do tremendous work. My dog loves going in. They treat her right.

I love Bow Wow Billie’s! I drive all the way from East Dallas just to take my pup to a place I know I can trust. My dog can be slightly difficult as she hates to get her nails clipped, and Billie’s team always takes good care of her. When I come in they treat me nothing less then their main priority even with a place full of pets, as I’m sure other clients can agree. I absolutely recommend Billie’s!!!

Babies’ first grooming & i couldn’t be happier!! They gave me exactly what i wanted in his first cut!! Drop off was quick & easy. Appointment scheduling was easy. They even worked with me on pick up! Found my guys groomer!! Glad i followed all the recommendations i received from multiple poodle people in DFW!

This is a great place to get your dog groomed at a reasonable price. I take my little Eddie there regularly!

Worst grooming job I have ever seen! Brought our chocolate cocker spaniel in for grooming, the groomer called soon after we got home and said our dog had mats under her legs and had to be cut out but we wouldn't be able to see it. We said OK just don't comply strip her. Went to pick her up and she was completely stripped with one of the trimmer cuts on her back right down to the skin! Totally don't recommend this groomer!

We asked for a dog not to be stripped & thr groomer totally stripped our dog. Just not a happy customer.

We didn't have a great experience! Nothing was communicated to us, and we felt blindsided when our 45 pound Sheepadoodle came out looking shaved and then the $150 bill later! It wasn't what I had asked for and I never was given the expectations! There were extra expenses not communicated beforehand. It was just not a great place to go too with a busy family when I just can't pick up and get my dog whenever! I have children and it's not an after work pick up! They close at 4. Needless to say we won't be going back! I appreciate the response from the owner, but unfortunately they changed on why I was charged! They said at first for being late for pick up, and later said drop off was what was charged. When in a text message it said after 15 min late you’ll be charged...so they did help to cover a $10 expense but considering the bill was $150 I’m not interested! As for the explanation of the quote at the beginning of setting the appointment, that never happened! I was never told based on matteing, temperament he might be charged more! Plus, that’s completely vague! Regardless, it’s great they love dogs but as a business it needs to be improved! This is a business with people and all I was asking was more through information at the forefront and had I known the price and time to pick up my dog I wouldn’t have done it!

I took my seven month old chocolate lab for a wash and nail trim (which was free!) and she came back with the softest, shiniest fur. Everyone working here was incredibly friendly, and the owner took several one on one moments with my baby to calm her down with her first wash. The price is reasonable, the appointment was easy to schedule, and they texted me as soon as she was ready for pick up. I will be coming back here every month for bathing and nail trimming.

This is the only place I've ever taken my dogs. I appreciate their knowledge and experience with dog behavior. They do what is best for the dog to make sure they are as comfortable as possible in a new environment. I have never been displeased with their services. They offer competitive pricing and free nail trims. They respond to my texts quickly and have a more than reasonable time frame for appointment bookings. One of my dogs has a cone head and they put a year of effort into finding the best way to cut her hair so she'd have that fluffy poodle head. When we started out neither of my dogs really enjoyed the process, but they've developed a tolerance more and more as their trust built with Billie and the shop. The shop itself is inviting and vibrant. I trust the staff with my dogs and never worry about leaving them. Always remember that they are limited by what your dog will allow. Some dogs do not have the patience or comfort to be in environments with other dogs and unfamiliar noises, this is no one's fault, especially not the groomer that they see 4x a year. I'm so very appreciative that the employees are actively concerned with avoiding any traumatic experiences while providing the best service they can. Making your pup's visit the least stressful and most enjoyable as possible is the goal that Billie meets everyday. They do have drop off times and a cancelation policy (like a majority of professional, locally owned service providers). Please familiarize yourself! They include it in your appointment confirmation text.

Bow wow Billies is awesome.. They truly love dogs... I have a huge pit and Billie goes above and beyond to clip big boy's nails... as well as my nippy chihuahua...I take my mom's dogs here to get a bath and a haircut... Auggie dog looks so pretty when he is done .. You drop your dog off and dont worry.. They are super clean... Super sweet.. I drive all the way from Cleburne to Arlington for them... I highly recommend them...

Always does a great job on my momma's 3 doggies. If it were legal I'd bring my boys here for haircuts!

I’ve been going to Bow wow Billies for the last 4 years! I am so thankful for them as my dog is so timid and often scared when outside the home but she loves the staff here and they have always made sure to account for her being timid and now she is so used to them and does great here! I love taking my pups here and know they will be taken care of here and refer all my friend s here because I know the quality of service they deliver! Thank you!

Outstanding customer service! Billie and her team are diligent, hard-working, talented, and sweet. There is no where else I’d rather take my dogs to. They get the job done, quickly and efficiently. Billie’s compassion for animals is inspiring and comforting. She responds in a timely manner & always has a smile on her face. Stellar management with fair policies and very fair.

Horrible customer Service.. if they treat me like that.. how are they treating our dogs! NEVER will I go there and I would think twice about about ever going back!!! Some places THINK they are all that and they can talk to you as if your four.. Ridiculous! Bad apples luke that will ruin a business!

Heard really good things about this place and how they handle big dogs, but was really disappointed with how our dog was treated. We informed staff that she’s difficult but never said anything about her snapping at staff. We have a very sweet 60 lb german shepherd mix and came in for a nail trim. Our dog is very anxious about nail trimmings and we thought this place would handle her well. Once we got there they muzzled her without even petting her or attempting to calm her down, then just almost put her in a chokehold (which isn't smart with a scared large dog) on the ground by the door in able to hold her still. At this point my dog is thrashing around and bumps into the face of the person holding her. Visibly angry and without even attempting the trim they say they are unable to do anything and walked away. Would have been nice if they were kind to her (and us) or even pet her, but a really bad way of handling a very anxious large dog and would not recommend this place if your dog hates nail trims.

They were very nice to my dog and did a great job on taming his wild hair.

I don't trust anyone else with the care of my Rosie. Billie is a dog whisperer!
