Can't get in always booked up too far in advance,if your pet is sick don't bother w/them, it's always weeks down the road to have your pet seen unless u belong to their secret club I guess

Interesting and informative for a history buff!

Office is depressing, Dr. is long winded, likes to hear himself talk. Needs course in bedside manner for a medical professional. Kept putting my animals on back burner after vacation.! Staff seems to be afraid of him very controlled environment. I would suggest another vet.????

I had to wait about 15-20 minutes after my appointment for someone to come out and get my kitten for her first booster. The clinic was super busy and a long line outside when I parked. Prices are very affordable I was glad my fur-baby could get her nails trimmed. She did get a fever and was not feeling well for the next 24 hours but that was expected. I hope the next booster effects are not as bad. Thanks for taking care of my kitty.

Great customer service while taking extra covid precautions. The doctor walks you through everything over the phone as you wait in the car. This place is also very reasonably priced.

This place save my baby Braley he was near to death. I will forever be grateful to this Clinic and the Dr. He talk to me to calm me down he took Interest in what I had to say. And how I was feeling he showed compassion he had sympathy. And empathy for me that meant a lot to me. He made me feel confident that they had my best interests at hand and they wanted to do everything they can to take care of my baby. I've been a client since the clinic was barely larger than a closet over on Hemphill, their expansion on Pennsylvania & now their location on South Frwy. These Guys are THE GREATEST. Dr. Snodgrass is the BEST. They will work as much as possible to address your pets needs and your budget constraints. I've loved them since the 80s and I'll continue as much as possible (from Denton now...WORTH IT!).

I have had 2 of my dogs spayed at this place. I am getting ready to take my granddaughter dog to get spayed the receptionist was rude not very informative money money is all they talked about. If I hadn't already paid money I'd cancel. All I know is they better treat her well before and after surgery

They didn't tell me I had to pay 175. Twice.

ABC Animal never disappoints, they are always so helpful, informative, and Dr. Snodgrass is informative/patient and is never trying to push you into expensive test/treatments unless it’s absolutely necessary. They really look out for both the fur baby and owner. The staff is always organized, informative, and kind also. And very affordable compared to some overpriced pet hospitals in the area.

I just went there with my dog Lola,best decision ever. The staff were so kind and helpful. My Mom and I were saying we wished he treated humans because of how caring he is and what a calming energy Dr. Snodgrass has. If I had taken Lola anywhere else I would have ended up paying so much more. Your not give up quality for a lower price. If your looking for a place that cares for your dog as much as you do look no further.
