This place and the people that work here are amazing. We had to part with one of our pet family members and the staff and Doctor was amazing. They were very professional and sympathetic to our situation. They explained in detail what was going to happen and what to expect. I don't believe in giving 5 stars to anybody because there is always room for improvement. But these guys hit every mark and enough can't be said. Thank you again for all of your help through this difficult process for us.

I was eating next door, and the receptionist at the vet called the fire department and said I was leaking oil from my water tote in the bed of my truck. An hour and a half later the fire department finishes a test and the water was found to be so low in contaminants, they were undetectable. Finally at that point I was free to go but I was late to work. So based on my interaction with their staff I find them to be rude and unprofessional. I had even told the receptionist that I had personally just filled the tote with water and she still didn’t believe me.

BEWARE!!! I am looking for a new veterinarian hospital for our pet. I researched this hospital online using their website. I thought highly of the staff resumes presented on the website, so I called to make an appointment. The receptionist was very helpful. I explained that I was impressed with the resumes of the staff veterinarians and asked if the founding vet and the other two veterinarians were still on staff. I was very surprised to find the practice had been sold, none of the listed staff was there and they had not updated the website about the current veterinarians and staff. To say the least, with this type of attention to detail, I said I was not interest in continuing to make an appointment.

Wonderful staff, and the doctor I had helped us choose the better and cheaper option so we wouldn't have to waste our money on things we didn't need.

Ownership of the clinic has changed -- Dr. Miller and Dr. Ogle are both gone -- They currently have no permanent Vet, temps only -- I was not pleased with our dog;s 6/1/21 appointment

Everyone at Dr Miller’s office at Pet Care Hospital are always very nice & professional. With this Pandemic going on, per their instructions I arrived to their parking lot like last year & called & spoke with Erin. She was very thorough with all of her questions for Gracie, who was coming in for her yearly vaccinations & heartworm checkup. When Dr Ogle was finished with her she called me on the phone while I was still in my car so we could go over everything. She said, you know what I’m going to say. I said I know, Gracie’s teeth & gums are great & she is all muscle. Then we went over her lab work that we did too & that was great also. Yea Gracie. Another great checkup. Dr Ogle is awesome & great to talk with. She is a great Veterinarian & a wonderful person as well. I just want to say Amy is awesome also for going the extra mile for us!! She knows why. I want to thank all of the staff for their great care at Arlington Pet Care Hospital.

My wife and I have always had dogs, and we've seen a LOT of veterinarians over the years. Nothing compares to the quiet quality of service, care, attention to detail, and sincerity we've experienced at Arlington Pet Care Hospital. Dr. Ogle is the absolute BEST veterinarian we've EVER worked with. She goes the extra mile, calls to speak with you on the phone, carefully explains her treatment plans, and always looks to ensure what's best for your animal. She came to our house to put our eldest dog down a few days ago, and she couldn't have been more professional and compassionate. She's truly one of a kind in our many years of experience. Pricing is very fair for procedures and medications, and they are always following up to see how the dogs are. I recommend that anyone who truly loves their animals, and wants the same from their veterinarian, come to Arlington Pet Care Hospital and ask for Dr. Ogle.

We saw Dr.Chang for the first time last week and she was amazing! She made sure we understood everything that was going on with our pup and was so knowledgeable and loves what she does. We are so glad we got to visit with her.

My cat wasn't feeling well and they got her right in and communicated with me as soon as they examined her. I am very happy with the treatment as well as the friendly staff and doctor. I would highly recommend this group.

I drove from Bedford to Arlington just to have Dr. Chang exam my older dog, Daisy. Dr. Chang gives animals her full attention and checks them thoroughly. She is so patient and kind, and truly cares about her clients! My pets are my family, and I want them to have quality medical care. Dr. Chang and the staff at Arlington Pet Care Hospital provide this and more!

We have three senior dogs and all of the staff make every effort to help our dogs with their aging challenges. I am always touched that they personally know and are comcerned about our dogs' issues. I especially appreciate that we can board our dogs when we go out-of-town and have confidence that they are being expertly cared for with affection.

We have been going to Pet Care Hospital for 10 yrs and absolutely adore every one there! The staff is great, the doctors are great and groomers are great too! They can handle pretty much anything from simple to life changing illnesses. We won’t go anywhere else!

This place is awesome. I am very picky when it comes to my fur babies. This place has hands down the best vets and staff I have ever encountered. They are caring, great at their jobs, and reasonably priced. I can't say enough good things about them. Do yourself and your pets a favor, and take them here.

We have two Greyhounds and now 13yr old golden retriever. The Staff here treats them as if they were their own. We are always greeted as we were family, never need to say who we are even. That to me shows a level of dedication and genuine concern for our girls that you really can’t buy. Our eldest has dental issues and Dr. Ogle didn’t hesitate to refer us to a specialist to ensure we got the best care!! Thank You to Drs. Ogle & Miller and the terrific staff!!

Took our 3 cats there, Dr Ogle very thorough with exams, explanations and treatments. Definitely returning. Staff all very nice to us and family pets. We left feeling our visit was appreciated.

All tails wagging for APC! I have been taking my pets to APC for almost 20 years. Dr. Miller and Dr. Ogle are both conservative vets who take a progressive approach to treatment. The staff is so caring and compassionate. I've had 2 dogs with unusual conditions that required extensive care - Dr. Miller held our paws every step of the way and made great referrals for specialty services when it was time to escalate. Both the two and four-leggers in our house love APC!
