Superb Veterinarian and Veterinarian Technicians are super loving and sweet. Call for an appointment and expect to wait a couple weeks. They understand about needing discount fees. Took my older furbaby feline in today (Friday, 07-30-2021), and Dr. Cass said he has Gastroenteritis. Could have charged me a lot of money, she didn't, I was so appreciative of her keen assessment and diagnosis. Mr. Herman left happy and calm.

I have been going to Westcliff for ten years now. I will never go to another veterinarians office again. The staff is professional in all aspects. They really do care about your little guys and look at them as family not dollar signs. The newest veterinarian Dr. griffin is fantastic. We have three French bulldogs and they are officially west cliff animal family and always will be. You will have no regrets going with Westcliff.

Very good with and knowledge about Goldens. Amazing staff that’s very comprehensive and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg. They’re though to get into right now but are in the process of hiring a new vet.

Love this vet. They won me over when they allowed me to bring my Boston in to be put down at a reasonable price. They even lit a candle for him and I was a non customer at that time. I now have moved over 5 dogs to this practice. Thank you! You guys are the best

They're amazing! I have a delicate flower of a cat and they're great about always fitting him in, even if it's just to treat his surprisingly severe seasonal allergies. I also appreciate that they don't push unnecessary procedures, I have been to other vets that immediately jump to the most extreme (and expensive) treatment option, but Dr. Cass and Dr. Heinrichs are great about presenting all possible options and recommending what they genuinely believe is in the best interest of the animal. I'm going to be moving out of state soon and I'm genuinely sad about loosing Westcliff as my go-to vet.

I recently had to have my beloved 15-year-old Jack Russell put down. The vet and staff couldn't have been kinder and more compassionate during this difficult time. She passed away as peacefully as I could have hoped for, given the nature of her illness. It was a big help that Westcliff was able to send my dog's remains on to a cremation service. I received her remains in a sweet little box with her name and a very kind note and some little remembrances. The fee for all this was so reasonable I couldn't believe it.The vets and the staff are just the best.

Westcliff Animal Hospital is my preferred vet because of the staff and the reasonable cost of a wellness visit ($25). The vaccines are very affordable as well. The next place that is close in price is the humane society when they do the once a month vaccines, although limited and you have to wait in a long line. Dr. Cass was very pleasant and took time with me and my cats. She even gave them treats to comfort them. My cats have never been more comfortable at a vet! There is one downside to this clinic. To get an appointment here as a new client can take months since the wait list is so long. And when you are a client, if you need a last minute visit because your animal gets sick, it can be hard to schedule. I will say that the staff was trying their best to squeeze me in and even called me about cancellations. Despite the difficult scheduling, I think Westcliff animal hospital is absolutely worth every penny.

Sometimes not easy to get an appointment--that ought to tell you something . The entire staff is fantastic. Dr, Cass is the absolute best. You can see from the start that it is a labor of love for her. Absolutely amazingly fair pricing, as well (there are a lot of rip-off vets out there, folks).

Absolutely love the Dr's and staff here. I wouldn't think of taking my fur babies any place else. They are the best to be found.

This is the best vet clinic! The doctor always listens to your concerns and provides relevant information. I've never been pressured into pricey treatments when lower priced options were available. I've recommended this vet to many friends. All have had excellent experiences.
