I love my animal health care center. My dog is my baby, and they treat my baby Akira, like family. Dr Rachael, is the best, and staff is so great. When my family was going through a very difficult time. They helped us, with surgeries for our dog Akira. And cared for my other baby until he passed. They are knowledgeable, and give impeccable care. Nothing but love and respect, for these caring people.

I Like what they do etc. The dog care is excellent and their follow up. But the covid policy they have in place is ridiculous. The only thing that makes sense if someone there has a autoimmune disease of some sort. If not? Why don't they follow the science. We have 5 or so additional vectors that help us survive an infection. How about mono-clonal antibodies. Its time to stop being fearful. Even bad flu seasons over the years did not constitute this kind of reaction. The world and US have always survived pandemics and they did not run and hide in the bunker. I'm over 65 and I've had Covid, plus MRNA 2x Shots and booster but still have to act like I'm woke and politically correct. This COvid rule has got to go, we have to live it so "get a grip".

So glad I stumbled upon this vet's office! They are so sweet with my dogs, are reasonably priced and very personable!

We have been seeing Dr. Rachal for acupuncture on our dog, Gabby’s spine. Dr. Rachal has really helped Gabby with her spinal pain. We recently went to a veterinary specialist and found out our dog Gabby has several tumors on her brain, liver and spleen. It has been very stressful and scary. On top of that she had symptoms of a UTI. I called the Animal Health Care Center and they were able to see her the next morning. Dr. Hubbard saw Gabby and diagnosed the UTI. Then she spent 30 minutes explaining all the results from Gabby’s test that we received from the specialist. She was very helpful and supportive. She reassured me that I was doing all I could do for Gabby. Dr. Rachal and Dr. Hubbard have been wonderful!

Loved the staff and fa ability and amenities for my cat. Only problem is they no longer take Pet Assure Discount program and nobody mentioned that prior to my appointment, so I will have to look for a vet that does.

They are always busy, but I leave feeling like I am a valued customer. Entire staff is friendly, professional & whenever I have questions or order medicine the staff calls back right away. Most important part is THEY TREAT MY LITTLE ONE like there family. I won’t take my doggie anywhere else!!!!

Very professional team focused on providing a plan of action to ensure healthy members of many families. What I really found refreshing is the eagerness to share their expertise. This is essential for the continuation of a healthy pet in the home. They genuinely enjoyed taking care of my dog Ohana I really felt confident she was taken care of. Dr. Newton and the whole staff are great! I know my fur babies are in good hands. I never feel rushed or unsatisfied with any questions or concerns. Dr. Newton was kind enough to personally reach out and check on my cat after she had gotten sick, and make sure she was doing better. God bless them! :)

The staff at Animal Health Care are very concerned for your pet's well being. The really care and they do their very best to help your pet to be healthy and offer treatments to get and keep them well.

Covid protocol for safety. Polite and friendly staff. Informative and through with explanation of the procedure. Highly recommend this office.

Great curbside service. Did a wonderful job with our ailing German Shepard. Dr. Newton is the best! Prices are very reasonable & they really care about your fur baby. This will be our one & only pet friendly veterinarian.

We were just on our way through town and Dr Rachal gave my puppy the perfect check up as if he would be here every month. I was so appreciative of her attentiveness to our needs specific to our situation. Highly, highly recommend!

This vet clinic has been the best one I’ve taken my two kitties. Both of my cats have quite a bit of medical issues, especially the older one and they have been able to solve the issue and get him on the right track to be healthy! He’s been doing great after worrying about him for so long. They’re super kind here, get our cats in when needed, and I would always trust this vet clinic with all my animals! The total cost for everything is very reasonable, they’re professional, and overall the best place to bring your animal to. I couldn’t thank them enough for all they’ve done for me and my animals. If you’re looking for a new vet clinic to take your animals to and if you’re worried about them, please give this place a chance, it is so worth it!

Animal Healthcare Center has always gone above and beyond to take care of my babies. They're responsive and knowledgeable about treatment plans and preventative Healthcare.

They were able to get my cat a same day appointment and fixed her stomach issues easily. Good quality service and great prices.

We have been seeing Dr. Rachal since Boudreaux was in the Bassett Hound Rescue 12 years ago! We LOVE the love and attention our dogs and cats receive here! ????

Set an appointment for my day off. Filled out the online forms, waited in the car. Called to be let in and did the Covid forms. They brought us in where we waited for 30 minutes before coming to tell us there was an “emergency.” Both doctors were dealing with it, so we could continue us to wait or reschedule. They are NOT an emergency clinic. This would not happen in a doctors office, so why here? Now I have my own emergency of finding a new vet so MY dog can get the shots and meds he needs. Not professional and no contingency plan for emergencies for their clients.

What a loving and caring organization! The techs had a wonderful demeanor that put my anxious black lab at ease. All the vets know and are proficient in their ability to heal their patients. Dr Cassie Newton was especially thorough in her examination, diagnosis and treatment. I drive many miles to make sure my best friend gets the best treatment available at this awesome Animal Health Care Center!

All the staff were very nice and the vet spent a lot of time getting to know my dog. Just moved to the area and was very impressed on my first visit.

Wonderful service!!! My appointment was for 4:00 by 4:35 I was on the road after they checked both of my dogs and completed their check ups!
