The staff and Doctor where very helpful and very nice.

I had a scare with my cat not eating and vomiting white liquid. Morgan was quick to find a same-day appointment for us even though it was a Saturday. Isaiah and Dr. Troppy were awesome at communicating with me, and keeping my cat Draco as calm as possible. Swann in general is an awesome place to take your animals, no matter if it's just a check up or an emergency.

We have had the best experience at all Swann locations with our fur babies! They take such good care of them and remain patient and answer all of our questions. Our dog gets scared of the vet when we go in, but she gets so excited to see the vet and get love and pets. Everyone is very kind and loving towards our animals. A little pricey, but you absolutely get what you pay for regarding quality of care. 100% worth it! Could not recommend Swann more.

Swann Animal Clinic is my regular vet. They're always so caring and kind. They truly care about your pet. The office and rooms are always very clean. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My dog, Georgia, is a distemper survivor and I was really in search for a patient and attentive vet to see her and give me their honest thoughts. Dr. Lurvey exceeded my expectations and was incredibly thorough with her check-up. It feels so nice to actually be heard and not hurriedly seen for an appointment and brushed aside. Thank you Swann for being so genuine and kind to me and my baby ♥️

I took my dog Bella to see Dr. Schilling for her annual visit 12/07/21. I know all the Vets are super good at Swann, but I always request Dr. Schilling for Bella's visits. He is so impressive. He takes the time to answer every question, he's so good with animals and I know he geniunely cares about my dog and wants to address any concerns I have. He has a true passion for what he does. Thanks for what you do Swann!!!!

My old man is now 14 1/2. They give him Amazing treatment. We were just there a week ago and they are so good w him especially when he's hurting. They listen to my concerns and involve me in options, respecting the the years I have being involved w dogs in general, but especially the knowledge I ha e if my own dogs

Had the worst experience with this clinic. We took our puppy there with parvo and they continuously reassured us that she was going to make it. Never once did they actually tell us what was happening to our puppy. She was completely septic and didn’t think that was information we should have known even though we asked them repetitively if she was. In the end our puppy didn’t make it because their care was so poor. When we went to talk to them about it after the fact, they were super unprofessional. We have been with them for the past three years and this is how we get treated. Never going back or recommending them to anyone in the Amarillo area. This goes for all Swann clinics.

They went above & beyond helping me figure out what was wrong with my kitten & made me feel super comfortable & very understanding & sympathetic of my feelings & very professional & courteous in explaining what needed to be done to help her & what the possible outcomes will be. I thank them very much for all they did on an emergency short notice & am very grateful to all of them! They were absolutely amazing!!

Very attentive and caring with our dog……have been to many veterinary offices, and this is as good as it gets.

Our vet actually laid on the floor to look up at our very nervous lab's tummy. She was too scared to lay on the floor and would only stand up. I have never seen a doctor do that before.

Misdiagnosed my doxie said he had hives it just got worse couldn't see him for a week. took him to hope vet. Dr knew what it was by just looking at him ringworm infection!!

We've been to many vet's with our precious baby, but none seem to be a fit for us. Some where poorly maintained, unprofessional staff and the last one over on Mc Corrmic and Sony the Dr. Was just plain rude to us and our pup, our pup just did not like him at all (dog's are a good judge of character). In short we are so glad someone recommended Swann animal clinic. Our pup had major knee surgery and the treated us and especially our baby very well. Some hospitals and clinics for humans should be more like Swann. I highly recommend this facility and wonderful staff to everyone that has a precious pup or animal, these people really care about you and yours.

As a former Critical Care ER Vet Technician, my standards are high in using a veterinarian for all my pets, and I have many. Swann on 45th is clean, their doctors and staff are extremely professional and I am always greeted with a smile and an acknowledgment as I walk in the door. Even if they are on the phone, they make eye contact to acknowledge my presence. Recently, one of my outdoor feral cats became extremely sick and lab results came back that someone had poisoned him with PCP. Dr. Schilling took time out of his busy surgery schedule to come in and talk to me and go over any concerns I had. When you can walk out of their office knowing your pet is in good hands, that says EVERYTHING.

Very professional caring staff we paid in advance and received a significant refund on partial unnecessary services, that was a very pleasant surprise! Keenan is doing wonderful back to his very happy playful self
