I’ve brought my pups here for years to be groomed. They do an outstanding job with all my pups and I appreciate the love, care, detail they give to each pup. They are top notch in my book.

Used to be really good. However, the last 6 months or so have been terrible. I take a dog I rescued and she was always terrified but I could never figure out why. The last 3 times we’ve taken her we’ve asked them to file her nails instead of clip them (the clippers split her nails and make them even more jagged) and they haven’t. The first time we understood. The second time was a little irritating, because she was bleeding when she came out. The third time however, she was bleeding so bad it took 20 minutes to get it to stop, and the guy didn’t even seem to care. We asked them not to use the special shampoo for shedding because it doesn’t work, and they still used it 3 times and tried charging us even though we said we didn’t want it before we took her in! I will not be taking her back because she is absolutely terrified of them and they don’t seem to listen to our concerns. The owner was kind enough to give us a free wash because of the trouble, but I don’t think we’ll take her back due to the fact she’s so scared now.

Took my little Malshi Prince here yesterday to get him groomed. They got him in on short notice, AND he looked so good!!! This place is awesome. I will be a returning customer!

I have a small 10 lb dog. Was quoted 40 and charged 65. Will not go back. Had her 4 hours completely shaved. Called to ask about it. Didn't mention price.

We purchased our little shih tzu from Coronado Pet Shoppe, and we’ve never made such a better decision! We’re absolutely in love with our pup and enjoy going for grooming, accessories, and tips on caring for our fur babies! The workers are extremely sweet, knowledgeable, and docile when working with pets! 10/10 recommend!

I have used Amarillo Pet Shoppe for years.I have a schzauzer who is 15 years old.They are so kind & gentle with her.I have a rescue dog That other groomers have refused to groom.He has to take anxiety meds before he is groomed. They are great with him.I love the way they groom him.They dogs always look great especially lately, they must have a new groomer.I would recommend them. Judi Long

If I could leave negative stars I would. This place is unprofessional to say the least. First off, I understand people make mistakes or slip ups. That's fine no problem there. But here's what happened. We have a miniature schnauzer that had a nice standard schnauzer cut before we took him here. He just needed a trim nothing more. Never had a problem with other groomers before and we've used several. They claim he moved and the messed up a small spot on one side of him, on the skirt part of his hair. No problem, dogs are animals that move and we've all had a slip of the hand. That's no problem. Here's where the problem is. They decided to shave the rest of his hair off! They did not call to ask what we would like to have done they just went with what they felt was "good". He looks nothing like he did. His hair is all shaved off. It will take years to grow back like it was. They were unwilling to take blame for their mistake and I do NOT recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional and a worthless grooming service.

They are so sweet and love your babies as their own. My girls love them.
