We absolutely love Dr Wolfe. She is knowledgeable able and we go to her for all ofnour reptiles. We own an exotic pet store in Clovis NM and drive the hour and a half to go see. She is who we recommend to all our customers.

Try to see my dog that got run over, someone took her in. Was trying to get any information gave my number waited outside 2hours nothing.. No call or anything found out they didn't have her and got someone to foster her. I was told that they will work price with me. Didn't get a chance to see her again. Im so upset my first dog, and her her puppies dont have a mom now. The owner was like I didnt get any information of your. Didnt even give me any choice what to do next.

Very respectful and caring for owners and their pets

Brought in our 15 yr old Daschle. Had urinary issues. Dr Wolf and team were very kind with him, found he had blockage of some type, no stones or similar causes, some blood in urine. So overnight and surgery on a.m. Very professional and kind.

Staff was very personable and kind! Dr. Wolfe was fantastic! Will definitely recommend! And will continue to bring the fur-babies!

Dr Wolf and her staff are always super busy, but take the time to see each and every animal that walks thru the door. We didn't have an appointment but she saw my lab between appointments. I highly recommend Canyon Road Animal Clinic.

Front desk staff was very rude, and disrespectful. My wife felt as if the staff treated her and our puppy as an inconvenience. As my wife waited to see if we were able to be seen she could hear the staff talking about her in the back. The front desk clerk Asked if we have been seen there before and my wife explained to her that we have a normal vet, but they were not open and we were worried about our puppy! she acted put out that she had to grab a clipboard to gather our information since we are not regularly seen there. When the other worker saw our puppy with slobber she asked jokingly if our dog had rabies. My wife felt compelled to prove our dog is well taken care of and fully vaccinated, by going out to the car for his tags. Pets are very much apart of people’s families and to be treated so rudely and disrespectful is not ok. The staff needs to be trained in how to be more friendly and respectful due to working so closely with the public!

Canyon Road is compassionate and really care for our animals and us. I will always take my dogs here.

There is an atmosphere which is pleasant and calming. Sincere interest in clients.

Dr. Wolf went above and beyond to help the injured feral cat I brought in. Animals in our community often benefit from both her compassion and her years of experience.

Scheduled an appointment at 3:30, for a simple eye infection, waited 2 HOURS just for her to look at his eye for five minutes and send us home. WAITING TIME IS RIDICULOUS EVEN WITH A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. DIDNT EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE WHEN WE CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW WE WERE THERE...CALLED TWICE. RIDICULOUS.

Dr. Wolf and Dr Ramy are the best vets we have ever had for our pets. Their staff is incredibly caring and friendly. My little dog is 15 years old and they are so loving and gentle with him. They gave me meds to help with his pain and make him comfortable. I'm grateful for their care. When the time comes they will help me say goodbye with empathy and kindness.

The only problem is the wait time. It's a very popular clinic and is extremely busy.

I have been going to dr wolf for 14 years and never had any problems until now. I needed to refill my dogs medicine a week ago. I called and called no one would answer. Finally someone did I told them what I needed I give them my number to call me when it’s ready waited 2 days no call. I tried to call again no answer and no voice mail so I went up there and they where closed. But there where people outside unloading supplies I asked her if she would give my cell number and perscriptson bottle to her grandma who is the other doctor that works there. She said oh absolutely. Still no calls. Today I went back up there lobby closed must call i was standing at the window people in there not answering the phone finally I knocked on the window she opened the door and oh we closed early today. I told I need my dogs medicine please. You know as soon as my dog goes to Heaven I will not use this vet clinic ever again so sad

They have done excellent with spaying my wife's 4 cats. They even accept vouchers from critter camp to make the financial part such a easy and not have to stress about not affording it financially

The vet is very knowledgeable. The assistants are so friendly. Hopefully she will be able to help our throw-up cat shadow. Only time will tell.
