Fast and efficient. They helped my moms dog but made us feel stupid for bringing her in. Didn't explain in detail why blood work was needed for which meds.

All about money not very caring when we took on are puppy. I do not recommend

They couldn't answer my question when I called and the gentleman had no idea what I was talking about and was very uninterested in even answering my question.

Great crew on duty during the holiday took great care of our girl and got us out the door swiftly. Thank you!

I just think it's sad that if you don't have money to pay right then ur baby has to die ???? all because the doctor can't trust we need an animal clinic that can help animals instead of letting them die because the owner don't have enough money nit even with 500 dollars.....

To start i understand their policy of worst cases first. My pet cat had a tumor had not eaten for couple days not had a bowel.movement in four days. He was in pain moaning when you moved him. I just wanted something to ease the pain. Then this couple came in their cat wss lethargic and they were taken right in. After two hours and seeing this i left took our c as t home and tried to comfort him best we could. He died in pain ...thank you for nothing.

My small dog Lola became ill on my drive from Michigan to Nevada. We took her to the clinic on New Years Day and received wonderful care. Lola was kept overnight for tests & treatment and we were given a referral for a speciality vet in NV. I can't thank them enough for the wonderful care we received.

They took good care of my dog and were understanding and compassionate. Open twenty four hours

My dog was hit by a car and we believed he had a broken leg, went into the clinic and didn’t feel like we were the priority when we were the only customers there. Charged a large amount for pills and to tell us something we already know. Would not recommend stopping here if your furry friend needs care.

Our cat unexpectedly started acting not himself one day. Took him here to have him just checked out and they stayed calm as I asked way too many questions. Explained everything and made sure we understood everything happening with him, and treatment plans for in the future. They were very busy but treated everyone in the room with kindness. Our little man is feeling much better and is purring away like he usually does.

Our small female dog ate several chocolate pieces around 11pm earlier this week. We called this clinic, they immediately answered so we took her there. When we arrived they immediately induced vomiting and gave her activated charcoal to absorb any residual chocolate. They were available when no one else was. They saved our dog from being poisoned. They were affordable (Less than $200). Highly recommend.

They are very nice people. We had to have my daughters black lab put down because she was in constant pain and unable to get out of her bed. The staff at the emergency clinic had everything organized to make this painful ordeal a little easier. She lived well past the expected years for a lab. Rest in peace, precious Mia

Was very disappointed in their services They were not equipped for the services I Needed. My cat died 24 hrs later.

Expensive, but its an emerg center

If you are ever forced into having to go to a very over priced veterinarian with a rude condescending vet and a very childish helper this is your place. our cat had a draining abscess on her foot. the price quoted was over $666. opted for pain meds and antibiotics . The lady at the front desk was professional and courteous. I will never step foot in the business again.

My 8 month old puppy was not acting right for 2 days. On day 3 she was very lethargic and had been vomiting and had horrible diarrhea. We live in a very small town and have no emergency vet. I called them and told them what was going on, and the staff was amazing and told me to definitely bring her in. I drove 2 hrs to this facility hoping for help. The staff was so genuine and sweet from beginning to end. The vet tech listened to my concerns and explained specifically the first step was to test for parvo and then what the plan was from there. The test was positive and we were devastated. I’ve only heard of dogs dying from parvo, I never knew what it was and that dogs could survive. Dr. Behrends was phenomenal. She explained in detail what parvo was and that it is possible for dogs to make it. She had a complete game plan and gave my fur baby fluids, and meds to get her in a good place over night until my puppy could see her vet the next morning. If it wasn’t for the genuine care, compassion, and amazing vet and staff my dog may not have made it. I am happy to say my fur baby is making a full recovery!!

When we lost our fat girl Jade last week we took her to The Small Animal Emergency Clinic on the Canyon E-Way. It was 3am and lots of emotions going on. They definitely were very sweet and gentle to us all and really made us feel like they cared about our sweet girl whom they had just met. I totally believe they did everything in their power to help her. We received a sympathy card from their office today and that was beyond kind! Thank you Dr. Chase and staff!!

Last night around 10pm we called to see how much it would cost to take in our puppy that was feeling sick and the lady on the phone said it's going to be $150 dollars and a 3 hour wait and they close at 12:00pm so we would have to wait until tomorrow. As my dogs symptoms got worse we knew she wouldn't make it and it's the only Emergency clinic open. Sadly the puppy passed away so we took her in to be disposed and the clinic only had one other person waiting. I am so upset that they just didn't feel like doing their job. She also said it would be 125 for her to be disposed but the other clinic staff was helpful and said no that's not true since she's under 60 pounds it was only $25.00. I am just upset that they said they were busy until closing and not even an hour goes by my dog passes and they only have one person waiting.

I’m am so thankful! They helped my cat Lou.. I love him so much and he got sick but they helped him get better super fast. So caring and loving!! Thank you!

I'm grateful for finding this 24 hrs emergency Vet clinic. I had to drive from Clovis, NM due to my pet not feeling well. They were very caring and professional. I wish they were a non-emergency clinic because I would drive to have my pet seen there. My cat felt so much better after one night of being hospitalized. The staff and doctor were great!

This place is Horrible..... If you take your pet there and needs medical attention, they will make sure to over charge you . They had gave a false diagnosis to our dog and said she needed to be put down.... They had made it very clear that our dog was unresponsive and could not be saved and that it was going to die!!!! Before doing the paper work to put her to sleep, they gave us a chance to say good bye and to spend alil time with her bf she pass........ Our dog was NOT IN ANY TYPE OF SHAPE OR CONDITIONS THEY SAID THAT SHE WAS IN...... We almost put our dog down bc these incompetence health service.... PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL TO TAKE YOUR PET THERE.....PEOPLE WHO HAD THEIR PET PUT TO SLEEP BC THEY SAID IT WAS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY, IM SORRY FOR THE LOST OF YOUR PET.... YOUR PET MAY BE ALIVE TODAY IF THEY DIDN'T PUT YOUR PET TO SLEEP......!!!!! SICK SORRY A** PLACE TO TAKE ANY ANIMAL!!!!!
