Love Stadium Dog Grooming. They always make my boy look so good.

My dog came out a scared, i used them for the first time, because i coulnt get in with his regular groomer. i never like to post reviews but this is different its a living creature affected #1- most important- dog paw over trimmed and injured #2- wash was not good didnt take away the smell completely #3- staff not that excited to meet people #4- left trauma on our dog- just left him with our regular groomer and he did not want go in, shaking, so i am scared to know what stadium did to him. Not cool. 0 stars is better If not good with animals why work with them?

They always do a great job grooming our two Australian Shepherds. Forget a corporate shop, bring your pups here.

I usually don’t post negative reviews but I am in actual shock and so sad for how awful this whole experience was. My dog has been cut here several times and nothing has ever been this awful. Her last cut before this was a big odd for her but the fam just kind of laughed & embraced it. I have added pictures of before her grooming and after so you can see just how awful this grooming experience was. Not only was my dog crated for hours (which I understand she’s big & energetic) but she was just shaved last minute, at least that’s what it looks like. Her eyelashes were cut off (they were so long and beautiful) & they completely shaved off her top fro. They also shaved her ears completely down, they were not matted. All we asked for was a head TRIM & to TRIM her paw pads and sanitary areas. If you’re a doodle owner I know you know how they should look or at least try to look. I will not be back and I will make sure when my dog goes to daycare I will let other owners know where not to go. So very disappointed.

Our doodle was given a very patchy shave and not bathed.

I’ve tried several groomers in Allen and they are all just kind of mediocre, I tried this place on a whim because they had great reviews and now I know why! My border collie boy had an awesome experience here, not only did he leave so perky and happy because the staff treated him so well but also SO clean and soft without that wet dog or salon smell, you could genuinely tell they bathed and dried him thoroughly. We will definitely be back!!

DO NOT USE THIS GROOMER. At 9:30 this morning I took Winston, my 4 year old poodle, to this groomer. At 4:00 I get a call that Winston was cut during his grooming and may need stitches. Instead of taking Winston directly to the vet, the groomer called my wife and asked if she would pick him up and take him, even though he was bleeding enough from his neck that he would need stitches. After we arrived at the vet and Winston was examined, he needed 7 stitches in his neck to fix the damage the groomer had done. On top of this when we were checking out at the vet the groomer asked us to pay the bill and then bring them the receipt for which we would be reimbursed. Even the vet thought this was a joke, they let us leave and forced the groomer to wait in the office till she got in touch with her boss for payment. So in conclusion, if you want your dog to have his neck sliced open, this is your place. If you would like a groom, maybe find somewhere besides this super classy establishment.

Our elderly basset hound gets his nails clipped at this wonderful company STADIUM PET GROOMING. The employees are very professional and gifted at their work.

I love coming here to get my dog groomed they always do it perfectly and he smells so good after. this time they gave him a little doggy bandana and he looked adorable!!! Definitely take your dogs here, they are very trustable and a good business.

I’ve visit here so many times, everything was fine until this time. My dog came home frightened and didnt feel well. the grooming shape was bad and i noticed the hair near her neck is dry red. Around her neck and eyes are also red. I know it was just accidentally, but they should’ve told me so i could take care of her injuries at least.

I'm giving this place 3 stars because they got me in last minute and they did a nice job on the groom of my dog. However, upon arrival, I was not happy with how they left my dog loose up front in the same area groomers are grooming other dogs. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called back later to see if this was intentional, and it was. I told them it made me uneasy and wanted my dog put up. When I came to pick up my dog she just let her run on up, no leash or anything, and opened up the gate to the front where I was standing by the door to the outside. Meanwhile, im trying to get her collar back on and leash on before somebody else comes in and she tries to run out the front. This was my first time here so I was going based on good reviews. With that being said my dog should have never been left loose. They don't know how my dog could have behaved and that poses a safety issue for not only my dog but other peoples dogs too. Im a vet tech and have worked at different clinics that provide grooming and day care. I have never seen anywhere else have dogs loose while groomers are grooming dogs. And its that way for a reason. It is safety issue. I will not be coming back here for any of my four animals.

This was our 2nd visit for Toby to get a haircut. Staff is fantastic and Toby looks great!

A few missed places on her fur but the service, response time, service time were all great, will definitely continue to use them.

I've never been disappointed in a groom for my Airedale. He's a bit ADHD yet they seem to have the patience of Job and get him done, something I could never do as the owner. I've never seen a happier dog or bunch of groomers!

They did an excellent job, and seen my little girl was very nervous and seemed to take the time with her to make us both comfortable. The last grooming she had in MN at Petco was very dramatic on her, so we were concerned. She's a 1 1/2 yr old toy poodle, I'm always sceptical of giving a 5 star to any one, but they deserve 4.8 from me!!

They were so patient with my dog. Kendall worked on my dog and she is amazing!!!

Tried this place twice and I just don't think this is the right fit for my dogs. My daughter was disappointed in the cut that was given to her shih tzu. The cut was patchy, uneven and didn't seem like there was a lot of care put into it. The girls there are nice and accommodating especially when we asked them to trim her dog down a little more. This just isn't the right place for us.

We love these groomers. They are awesome! My dog is always happy to come inside and they do a great job.

They groomed my Great Pyrenees Sophie today and did an amazing job! Very nice people.

They did a HORRIBLE JOB grooming my dog. If I could give them a Minus Five I would. Aked for Puppy Cut on the Body, Ears and Tail to be TRIMMED. They Barely Trimmed his ears but SHAVED his long beautiful Fluffy Feathery Tail. This is on a miniature Spaniel. Who shaves a Spaniels tail. I was horrified when I saw him, I was somewhere between crying and cursing at them but I pulled it together and just left. Here's a visual, imagine you take your daughter to get a trim but instead they shave her head the day before class pictures. Can someone really say I'm so sorry and make it ok. I think not. Was I offered a Free Cut, a discount, anything?? NOPE Shame on You Guys. I shouldn't have had to pay for the service they did such an Awful Job. I will be sharing this review with my neighborhood site, every social site I can and personally with all of my friends. Hopefully, maybe I can spare someone's dog from getting the hack job I got.

I like this groomer. I like the way they handle my pet.
