They had a cat and kitten adoption event the day we went which drew us in. Unfortunately there were very few animals to view and potentially purchase in the enclosures around the store. Maybe a sticking issue. Either way was a decent experience.

I Returned an item today. They returned it on a gift card. That is not how I payed for it.I payed for it with my debit card I had a receipt for it showing i payed for it with my debit card. They refused to put it back on my debit card, instead they gave me a gift card. I told them I wanted my money back on my debit card since that is how I payed for it and I had the receipt or it they refuse. So I will not be shopping there no more.

I usually shop via chewy.com, but I do enjoy going to PetSmart when I don't have a large order. I only needed to purchase a container of grass (no, not that kind!), and I knew this store is well-stocked and doesn't seem to be suffering from the current supply chain problem. They had what I needed and, of course, I just HAD to get a toy for my two best feline fur babies, Max and Ebony! I recommend this store for any of your pets' needs!

At first when she gave me my paperwork and not my pet.... I felt some kind of way as I watched her through the glass give the couple their paperwork and pet... But when I brought back my receipt... She brought out Bella and she was looking pretty as always... Hair cut, nails cut and teeth cleaning was on point..... Had to give 5 stars cause the work earned it.????????

Staff is great and they have a good selection of stuff.

Great shopping center, everything you're looking for in a round-trip no matter what you need. Great for a family outing that needs to stop at several types of stores. ????????

The store is clean well stocked with food. They did not sell dog houses, feral cat houses or heated pads. Not even seasonally. The selection of non prescription health products is dismal. Ultimately they will lose to Amazon. But it is nice while it is here.

Omg never been so dissed by a retail associate! ???? She did NOT want to stop and answer my question regarding the animal hospital. i just wanted to know the hours and you'd think it killed her to stop and answer me. Not shopping here again.

I will be glad when the store is fully stocked with Hills Science Diet can dog food.

We've visited several times over the last few months for puppy supplies. Each time we've been in, I've was greeted nicely and asked if we needed any help. We also just brought in our Bernedoodle for his first grooming. Robin did amazing and he looks so great! Before and after picture of his first grooming!

The groomer practically destroyed my bernese mountain dogs coat. She went in for a trim, I wanted it slightly shorter than a trim, didn’t even point to the cut chart, and she came back with about 1/2 inch shave. The breed is double coated and she didn’t have any matting or a medical reason for being shaved. She just did it. A friend who works at a different petsmart salon is livid because she knows they should not have done that. Her coat will not grow back the same it was and it was beautiful. I am moving to Mississippi and she goes with me in august and now I have to do everything to make sure she doesn’t get overheated, or any type of skin conditions. Do not take your double coated dogs here.

I really enjoy my neighborhood pet smart , the employees are always friendly and knowledgeable and they always have what my dog needs.

The cashier was super friendly, fast, and knowledgeable.

Charlie loves visiting this place. My request is to carry more varieties of Vegetarian dog chews and Himalayan chews. Thank you for a friendly experience... always!

Did you know you can go online to Petsmart.com and they will honor the lower prices on store?? I'm so thankful the cashiers never complain when they have to adjust the prices on all of the different toys/treats I buy.

Great place for your various pet needs. Clean, well stocked, friendly very knowledgeable employees. The prices aren't the most competitive compared to Amazon etc so I shop mindfully and compare prices. You get the convenience of everything in one place but you pay a premium for that.

The harness i bought was too big and I returned it with no problem.

Okay kind of disappointment in the lion cut they cut her all her body hair. most leave some of her feet and body they tried now I know.
