I love having the option to bathe my own dogs and for those crazy weeks when I don’t have time, I can call and schedule a day and time that works best for my schedule. They trim and round out my dogs nails when they need it without me having to ask. They are very attentive and sweet with our pets and the other pets I see there. They’re quick too! Thank you so much Adam and Vicki and everyone at Mutt Puddle for taking such wonderful care of all of our pups over the past decade!

The staff at this location are awesome! Went for a self wash for my little pup and Kayleigh saw I was struggling with the flea wash and offered to help with no extra charge! Super kind and super professional. Even got a cute little bandana.

Came in at 6:04pm and was told they ran their reports for the evening even though they close at 7pm. If you just didn’t want to serve us, just say that! Won’t be back…

I love this place! I have 4 dogs and they have the worst undercoats. Vicki the bather works wonders on my pets! My dogs will come back smelling amazing and all that loose hair is gone!

Took my Charlie Brown to Mutt Puddle-Allen today for the first time, after having tried 4 other grooming shops in the Allen, Frisco area….including the highest rated, most recommended on my neighborhood SM group. That salon did a beautiful grooming job by the third visit, but also progressively became the rudest, coldest group of people I dealt with to date. My experience with Mutt Puddle today was so refreshing! We had just picked him up yesterday after having him boarded for his first time, so he was stressed! He had an appointment for Thursday, but I was concerned it was too much too soon to get him groomed. I called and talked to Adam who suggested I take him in today since they were slow and the shop was quiet. Best advice ever! CB was not as stressed as usual when we got home! And how can I adequately say that both Adam and Sarita are by far THE kindest people I have encountered in the business. I believe that’s a big reason he was not stressed. Yes, he got beautiful grooming results from the recommended popular salon, but he was obviously very stressed when we picked him up. The receptionist went on to tell me they had to muzzle him…this was his 3rd visit! Not for aggression but because he had anxiety and was “screaming “as she described it, which we refer to as squealing, yes, it’s annoying but NOT muzzle worthy! That was enough for me. I will never be back to that salon, I can not in good conscience recommend them, and I am SO grateful and appreciative of the kindness he (and we!) got at Mutt Puddle. That far outweighs the best of grooming. And by the way….Sarita did a great job on Charlie Brown! He came home looking quite dapper with his red bow tie. So to Adam….thank you for your understanding, advice, and kindness to this first time puppy owner! For taking the time to work with us, and reassure us. I truly can’t thank you enough. To Sarita….your kindness to my Charlie Brown can’t be measured. Thank you for coming out to meet and greet us, for your personal touch, that meant so much. I took my two dogs in today for a full service bath, nail trimming and teeth cleaning. Katy was very friendly at the front counter and Vicky did a wonderful job on their grooming! Usually my boys are very unruly with teeth brushing and nail trimming but she did a great job and they stayed calm with her the whole time. I will definitely be bringing my dogs back to see Vicky and Katy for a stress free experience!

Very clean self service area with an array of products and clean towels! The staff was also very friendly and answered all questions! Highly recommended if your mutt needs a bath! sure beats having to give one in the bathtub and getting drenched!

They never answer their phone when you’re trying to schedule an appointment and never return the call to schedule. There are various other places we will go to from now on. Completely unprofessional.

This is a very cool concept / business. You can call ahead and schedule an appointment to have your pup cleaned up by the professionals, or you can walk in and borrow a tub and cleaning supplies, and wash your dog yourself for half the price. Why wouldn't you always do it yourself if it's half the price? Maybe you don't have time, or maybe you've washed a dog before and know how hard it is and don't have the strength to bear-wrestle your adorable-but-suddenly-overpowered-beast of a wet dog. I don't blame you, because I've now used the self service twice, and had 3 helpers (one adult and two kids), and it was a long, hard process. Still can't use the dryer, or the toothpaste, but we're working towards it. We will definitely continue to use this place when our dog gets muddy at the park. It's just what we needed.

Always a great grooming experience from the reminder text, on-time service and a call to let me know my fur baby is almost ready. So happy we found these groomers!

Today was our first visit & my dog, Layla’s, first time being groomed. Firstly, the inside is so nice and clean. The groomer did an amazing job on my girl, she looks so pretty. The price was really fair too.

Our 5 month old golden doodle just had his first grooming at The Mutt Puddle and he looks so handsome! We recently moved to Fairview, TX and we are so glad we found this place! Their customer service is phenomenal and we are so happy with the results. Nicole did a fantastic job! She is truly a pro with doodles. She made sure our pup had a great first experience. Thank you Adam and Nicole, we appreciate you taking in our little one. We will definitely be back!

We took our rescured doodle into Mutt Puddle last week. We are so pleased! We were met at the door by the groomer upon arrival. She took the time to greet Beau and to discuss the services we had in mind. He was ready within a couple of hours and looks very handsome. The groom was exactly what we requested and Beau had no nicks or cuts. Unlike other places we've used, Beau was happy and not at all traumatized. We will definitely be back.

They have a great staff here and are capable of handling very large breeds of dogs. My Hershey always looks great upon exiting. He goes from rough around the edges to a cuddly teddy bear in no time. They offer grooming services but also allow you to (usually) use the bath tubs, to wash your pup yourself. I say usually because I believe it's not currently available due to COVID-19 but the services are still available. When bathing them yourself, they provide everything you should need: shampoo, conditioner, cologne, toothbrush and toothpaste, cotton swabs, and the large dryers.

Hours for Friday state on the website and the door that they close at 7:00 pm. Website and door also state that last service will be no later than 1 hour before close. I arrived at 5:20 and wanted to use the self wash service for my lab. I was told no service after 5:00. I confirmed with the man working that they close at 7:00. If the policy is 2 hours prior to close then state 2 hours prior to close on your website and door. Don’t post incorrect information. You just lost a customer. I will not return.

Been here multiple times before... no problem, but the lady at the front door was super rude! Don’t think I’ll be returning after that.

We had an amazing experience today! Nicole groomed our 6month old Goldendoodle and did a fabulous job on our doodles first haircut!

They are great - I self-wash my Chihuahua and have them trim her nails. Always a pleasure!????

This was my first visit to Mutt Puddle, after having bad experiences elsewhere with my Goldendoodle. Nicole did an amazing job with him! I expected him to look ridiculous, like he has with every other groomer I tried, but he looked fantastic! She also got mats out of his ear fur that I thought were going to have to be shaved. Thanks so much, Nicole, we are so lucky to have found you!

The Mutt Puddle is INCREDIBLE!! The facility is great and very user friendly. The products, shampoo, conditioner, etc., are fantastic, long lasting, and rinses out with ease. The cost was very reasonable. You truly get what you pay for. The thing that totally blew me away was the staff. Their customer service is second to none. My dog hates bathtime. The staff were a tremendous help in helping my dog settle in to the bathtime. They even put a headband type of thing over my dog's ears so that the blow dryer wasn't upsetting him. I can't thank them enough for minimizing my dog's anxiety and mine.

I took my Australian Shepherd here for the first time and he looked so happy when I picked him up with his bandana. The groomer did an amazing job with him. He was perfectly trimmed in all the areas I requested and I think this was the best groom he has ever had. I will bring him back again and I highly recommend.

Beware. They claim to be open until 7pm, but if you arrive at 6:15 pm they will not let you use the self service bathing facilities. They shut those down one hour prior to the posted closing time.

Great concept and even better service. Allows you to bathe your dog without having to wrestle with the. Especially good when you have a dog that's 90 lbs. I recommend them to anyone else who might want do their own bathing of their pets A+
