This was our first time using Bethany Pet Hospital for our dog's dental cleaning. Such friendly staff and so good with pets. You can tell they truly care for your pets, they treat them like their own. The process was easy, and they call you if there are additional concerns during process. Definitely will be coming back for additional services!

Took my dog to be examined and ended up being charged $381.98 for services we were not even asked if we wanted and DEFINITLY NOT INFORMED of their pricing per service. Instead of waiting for the results of a blood test, they added X-rays, teeth cleaning, and ear cleaning, WHEN ALL SHE NEEDED WAS THE BLOOD TEST. Again, non of which I asked for nor told the cost. OUTRAGIOUS PRICING!!!

I took my puppy here for her spay. They are kind and caring and even called the next day to check on her. So far she is recovering quickly and doing great. Thanks to the staff!

There’s no other vet hospital that we can trust our precious dog with but with Bethany Pet Hospital. Everyone seems to love being there and love what they do. Dr Haq is the best vet you’l ever find. From grooming to boarding and to medical care, you don’t need to search for a bette replace.

All the vet technicians are so helpful and knowledgeable. They explain everything very thoroughly and are very up-front about costs of procedures and if they are necessary. I will definitely bring my dog here for any needs he has!

Our family loves Bethany Pet Hospital! I can’t say enough good things about them! Dr. Huq is very experienced and always willing to answer all of my questions (and I always have tons). His hospital has all of the top of the line equipment, so anything is possible for your animals. All of Dr. Huq’s staff is amazing, supportive and friendly! Pam at the front desk is so nice and she always remembers us, our dogs names and any details about their health. Vet tech Christy has helped us the last few times, she’s very patient and gentle with our dogs. Bethany Pet Hospital is one of the best places, they’re truly there for you and your pets. I highly recommend them!

We took our dog to get her teeth cleaned and she limps with her right front paw where the anesthesia was inserted cannot get a straight answer and no not hip dysplasia it is her right paw not right or left hip. We know the difference and we are not veterinarians. My husband is so hurt and sad this is dog and I have to hear him being upset from the time he gets home from work. Really don’t know what happened before, during or after surgery. ????

Took my some dog in for a baby tooth attached to a canine tooth and it needed to be removed. Performed surgery, dog came out breathing extremely fast and kind of lethargic. Called a few days later and was told that it may take a while for that to go away and that he would be fully healed within 4 weeks. Two week went by and it was getting worse, called to get him back in… told it would be a month, even though we explained THEY had done the surgery and we already informed them of this when he came out. Took him to another vet, was told it was fungal pneumonia he caught while at getting surgery here. Ended up having to put the poor guy down as the emergency vet said there wasn’t a whole lot they could do, it had progressed too far in the time after the surgery and his quality of life was poor. I’m sure that are great for a routine checkup or grooming but for anything serious, I’d recommend someone else.

They charge for every little thing including $10 to get a prescription sent to Costco. Already paid for an annual exam 3 months ago, rabies was not due till Nov. I was told to just bring my dog back and they would give it quick. Come back in Nov. and got charged for another exam fee and the doctor never even came in the room. Dog was taken in the back for literally 2 min. Charged $75!

We’ve been taking our rescue dog there for 8 years. Dr. Huq is a very caring veterinarian.

They are great with my Winnie girl and are very quick to respond and great with communicating.

Bethany Pet Hospital got me in promptly and took care of my dog. The staff was very nice and took great care of us.

We took our rescued Great Pyrenees in for grooming. She’s frightened of anything new and I let them know she would probably need to be sedated. To my surprise, they knew exactly how to handle her and she came out quite happy and clean and pretty. And they didn’t need sedation! The office staff and groomer were so kind and easy to work with. I’m guessing the veterinary services are also top notch. This is where we will always bring her and I highly recommend them.

They do a great job with the pets. Their people interaction is a little weird. Had me come into an exam room, but the doctor called me from the back to tell me how the exam went… why did I have to come inside to stand by myself in a little room?

I had an urgent request to have my puppy tested for parvo and called during a very busy day. The staff worked me in and gave my puppy the care she needed. Precautions were taken by using curbside service and the vet even came out to my car to explain the results and treatment. I highly recommend this place!

This is the vet my son's family goes to. My usual one was too busy to scan for a chip on a stray dog, but these people were very nice about providing this service. I had a good experience.

I signed up for the puppy plan that they offered for my German Shepherd, and it was to my surprise that the price was a bargain! The staff here are super friendly and you can tell that each and everyone of them loves animals and their jobs. I live 39 miles north, but I still drive to this place for all my pet needs. Definitely recommend coming here :)

The vet and staff have always treated Lucky in such a compassionate way I feel truly thankful and blessed to have found a veterinarian that looks out for his well being every single time. Thank you so much for all you do!

I appreciate the service every time. My last visit was me calling at last minute for routine service while my Boxer was next door in boarding. They had already emailed me, but I forgot until the last day of boarding. BPH staff worked him in and I was able to pick up at my scheduled time. I went to pay and they saved me from walking next door by bringing my Boxer over and letting me pay on the BPH side. The boarding staff and BOH work together as one unit. Even though the inside had been closed to public for months due the COVID-19…the staff was just as warm and welcoming as they always had been. Dr. Huq is a world class care provider with education and experience second to none. I could go on and on about how BPH has really been a blessing to my family in regards to the health of our Boxers.

Our first visit to Bethany Pet Hospital. We had our older Cavalier King Charles Spaniel groomed and they did a terrific job, listened to what we wanted & understood his "quirks" He looked great, seemed happy and not stressed. We'll definitely return with our other dogs and will be moving all of their grooming & veterinary care to this practice. Love them!

Our cat Loki had to have a mass removal in his ear today. He is doing really well and we had confidence that he was in good hands.

As always everyone was nice and courteous !! They even called the next day to check on Angel to see how she was doing after surgery !! Great place to take the 4 legged family members !!
