We love the vets here! We got to work with each of them over the last several months of our dogs life. Buttercup was so well cared for, and everyone in the office was so kind and compassionate to both our family and our fur baby. Highly recommend them.

I have dogs along with exotic pets and have been looking for a place to be able to take them all. AFV is both experienced in regular household pets and exotics. I went and saw Dr. Dunn and he was amazing. Very professional and informative.

We had an emergency and did not have a vet for our kitten who ripped out her spay sutures. They fit us in (no one else was able to) and took our situation seriously the same day we called. The staff we interacted with, Gillisn at the front, Sam the tech and the wonderful Dr Kong were so attentive, patient and answered every question we had. Dr Kong saved my daughter's kitten, and we will be sticking to Allen Family Vet. Thank you!

We have been seeing Dr. Davis for many years. She is professional, knowledgeable and experienced. Our two dogs love to see her! She provides excellent care and always answers any questions we may have. Highly recommend her for all of your vet needs!

Allen Family Vet is my favorite vet clinic. Everyone there treats me and my pets like family. My snake got super sick and doctor Dunn put his miracle working hands on my snake and healed him. My snake loves doctor Dunn and can’t wait to see him again.

Our current vet was out of the office and my dog was having an issue. I called several vets around Allen and none could see him until the following week. Allen Family agreed to see him then met us with smiles when we brought him in 15 minutes later. Dr. Kong is very interested in getting to the root of the problem and I feel like we are going to have answers very soon and get Madden to feeling normal again. The office is very clean and the staff was so helpful, nice and knowledgeable. We have a new vet for all 6 of our animals!

Visited Dr. Dunn here at AFV with my dog, everyone here is so informative and best of all, friendly not only to me but my pet. My heart goes out to them up there. Am grateful for the personal touch Dr Dunn has given me.

Best vet around. I love my cats and want the best for them. Dr Shiplov was GREAT! The cats wont stop talking about her. I wouldn't dare take them anywhere else but Allen Family vet. If you want first class service for your pets, then this is definitely the place for you. Your animals will thank you.

Love the vet techs, the vets and the front desk staff. They love the pets and treat them with kindness. They've taken care of our 4 dogs for years and we've never had a problem.

My usual vet was full for the next week and had no availability for us. Called Allen family vet and they saw me and my Frenchie that same afternoon. He had a nasty hematoma on his left ear that needed to be drained. Staff was super sweet and friendly. Gave lots of cuddles to my puppy. Doctor found my Frenchie had allergies, gave me meds, performed drainage and more all in under an hour for an incredibly reasonable price. I’m switching clinics to Allen Family Vet immediately. We are very happy.

After reading all the reviews on Google, I decided to give Dr. Kong a try. The first phone call went very well and the front desk made me feel welcomed. The conversation with Dr. Kong was pleasant, so I made an appointment for my cat. The visit was beyond my expectation. Dr. Kong was very knowledgeable, experienced and patient, and she gave her diagnosis after listening my cat’s symptoms and saw his coat with so much dandruff. She was compassionate. My cat was very nervous and breath like a dog with his tongue out and drooling. Dr. Kong told me that could be very serious to a cat and she asked me to put my cat back in kennel and to cover the kennel with a towel. That really eased my cat’s anxiety and he calmed down gradually. She spent quite some time talking through all my concerns and explained every treatment plan. Prior check out, the estimate was provided with all item charges. That was really helpful for me to decide whether to take the tests for my fur baby. I’ve been looking for a good vet who is knowledgeable and able to communicate well. I’m so happy I found one. Dr.Kong will be my primary veterinarian from now on and I can rest assured all my fur babies are in good hands.

Dr. Dunn and Natalie have been so great to work with! My diabetic 12 year old dog had a large mass removed early August and Dr. Dunn was very knowledgeable, informative, understanding, and patient when explaining the ins and outs of the surgery. Asking follow up questions after the surgery was made very easy. If Dr. Dunn was not available to speak with, Natalie or Dr. Kong was available to speak with me about my concerns or follow up questions. Today, my dog is off to a great recovery!! I appreciate the entire staff for making us feel like priority every time we visit!
