Great place for your fuzzy loved ones. Staff is amazing. Very welcoming and caring, like a family. Everytime we take our pets their they are excited to go. When we pick them up to come back home they are happy and healthy every time!

They offer half-day and full-day doggie daycare, short-to-long term boarding, training classes, and grooming services. They offer a trial visit for daycare to monitor your dogs behavoir while being safely introduced to other dogs one-on-one and in smaller groups of their size category. All pricing is reasonable for the high quality services provided. The staff is friendly, helpful, and they really get to know you and your dogs preferences and schedules. My dog, a 13yr-old Shih-Tsu LOVES his day care visits and gets so excited on the ride there and when we arrive. The staff love and adore him and he is spoiled with attention from arrival to pickup. My dog LOVES the groomers and comes home smelling so clean with even haircuts that are personalize for his facial hair and specific body areas to keep his longer hair manageable between visits. The deep conditioning baths they give him removes all skin flaking due to allergies so less itching between visits. The groomer is super patient when trimming his nails, he is not fond of the nail trimming. I think he had bad experiences before I adopted him 5yrs ago. They have a great scheduling system along with easy credit card charge options for daily, weekly, boarding and grooming charges. Tipping the groomer is separate and not included with credit card charges, so I bring a tip cash for the groomer. I trust my dog is in the best of care while he is there for the day. He usually goes for half day of daycare and then grooming for a late afternoon pickup between 3-6pm. I refer all friends, family, and clients, I am a hairdresser and super picky about who and where I take my furry baby too! The whole experience it is happy, easy, and convenient for the dogs and owners. They really go above and beyond on every aspect of business!! Included is a picture of my doggie on his car ride to daycare and the Holiday picture the groomer took after his bath and trim.

It was great initially, but they raised their prices. A little overpriced now for what they provide.

I took my dog here for training recently and the experience was very one-sided for me. How the overall business is run is highly unprofessional and unorganized. However, the trainer, Broderick, was the only consistently wonderful part of this facility. I never had any problems with him!! He was always willing to talk to me when I had questions, meet me for follow-ups, and even checks in from time to time to ensure the continued home training is successful. While I would not recommend bringing your dog to Ace at all, I would HIGHLY recommend dog training directly with Broderick!! He cares about the dogs and about your pocket book. Integrity seems to be the key for him.

Ace Pet Resort is very clean and well managed. I feel confident that this facility takes care of my cats.

I gave Ace Pet Resort 5 star for their trainer Broderick. A good friend of mine had highly recommended him after training her dogs who were borderline out of control like mine. After I saw how well behaved and how their complete demeanor changed, I immediately contacted Ace for Broderick to train our dogs. From our initial consultation with Broderick for our Great Dane and German Shepherd, he showed the upmost professionalism, listened to what our concerns were, and highly knowledgeable about dogs and their behaviors. From there he formulated a complete training plan for each individual dog. What else we loved was that Broderick incorporated our entire family in the training. Even following up at our home after they returned home from training as well. It’s such an amazing feeling to even be able to walk both of my XL dogs at the same time. Broderick completely changed our lives with the training and compassion he put into our dogs.

Very kind and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make sure all our animals were comfortable and well taken care of. We will definitely return.

We have taken our dog there for daycare and boarding and we have been very pleased. Our dog LOVES going and always comes home exhausted!

Our way high energy 1 yr old labradoodle Dixie Mae loves her day care days!!!! She gets the perfect amount of work out. She loves the staff and her class mates . I’m so thankful to have this very affordable option for our fur baby!!!! Thank you Ace ❤️

I cannot say enough good things about Ace, especially Eric and his training team! After researching training programs for a few months I decided on Ace Pet Resort. Eric was so responsive and professional. He seriously saved my sanity! We had 2 huskies and a rescue hound/shepherd mix all trained together. We had visits with our pups throughout their training and we received video updates and progress. Eric and his team actually know what they are doing and take it seriously! My 3 dogs went from intolerable to AMAZING! All the dogs walk on or off leash without pulling or running away. They listen immediately and if not we know how to handle it. Eric has checked back in with us weekly and has continued to give us in home sessions. My kids love the trainers and we all feel like family at ACE Pet Resort. I never thought I would find community in a dog boarding/training facility but I love ACE and so do my dogs! The new management running ACE has made all the difference and this place is like Disney Land for dogs! Seriously cannot recommend Eric and Ace Pet Resort enough!

I have a high energy dog I take here a few times a week to play for half-day daycare. I’ve also done a few overnights when we’re out of town. The staff is friendly, responsive, and they know us by name now :). Ace has been a perfect fit for us and our family Pointer!

Very sweet and attentive staff

It was my first time taking my dog Lexi to this place and it was awesome. My dog loves it and we will be going to play there every week . They gave me free dental bones for all my dogs and they are wonderful !!!!

Would not recommend. Smells and is extremely large. Noisy as all heck. Dirty too. Prices are outrageously expensive.

Bailey always comes home happy and calm after being at Ace Pet Resort. The staff are kind and accommodating.

Have had my little guy groomed there twice. He comes home happy so its all good!

We have boarded our bigger (65 pound) dog there a handful of times over the last year or so and all stays have been great. He is very happy when he arrives there (he knows he'll be taken care of) and happy, tired, and clean when we take him home. The staff have been kind and responsive and we look forward to bringing our Wylie back next time!

Friendly staff. Pups always comes home tired from all the play. Water feature in the summer for those water dogs.
