I love how my dog can enjoy the company of other dogs so he's not lonely. I love how they separate dogs by energy level and personality. You can view the play areas from 7am-9pm. There are a lot of different options that best fit your dog's needs.

I rarely feel the need to write a review but City Dog club has continued to disappoint me. Because of the great reviews I was very set on taking my two dogs to get groomed here. The first time I tried to set an appointment it took me over a week to get someone to answer the phone or give me a call back. I took him in a he just hit a trim and a bath but since it’s so close to my apartment I decided to give them a second chance. I made an appointment online for my other dog and a couple days before I was supposed to take her to get her hair cut I received a cancellation email that they weren’t able to process my request. So then I called to schedule another appointment, this was back in February. They told me that their only groomer had been let go so they didn’t have any availability for haircuts. I continued to call for a solid 3 weeks and they kept telling me the same thing. I am usually very patient so I just waited until the had availability again. Three weeks ago I called in and finally secured a spot for tomorrow (5/3). I just received a call from them saying that they “unfortunately” over booked my appointment and had to cancel on me. I explained to a lady named Shelby that works at city dog club that one of my dogs lives with my aunts and I had made arrangements to have her driven 45 minutes to come here for her hair cut and that I had secured this appointment three weeks ago. All she could do was tell me she was sorry and that she couldn’t help me get another time tomorrow. I have given them the benefit of the doubt over and over but realized they are not profesional at all.

Large and small dogs are kept in the same room, separated with a fence. The room is way too small, hardly any room to run and play. You have to pay to view the live camera. When we picked up our dog, he was just sitting in the corner of the room and looked frightened because there was this big dog in the room barking non-stop very loudly and the whole room echos. The dogs were unattended, no human in the room with the dogs. When we got home, our dog immediately had to pee a lot and drank a ton of water, like he hadn’t had any in a long time. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

They had us in and out in about 5 mins for a quick nail clip definitely was worried about my dog being a little fearful but she did great, and the staff seemed to know what they were doing. I know my dog felt fine during it because I was able to watch! Thanks city dog. ????

We brought our dog to city dog for the first time and we were mischarged due to a new employee and some confusion. I called to ask about the charge and even before I finished asking my questions, Dakota immediately found the error and quickly resolved our issue. Thanks Dakota!

It's a good place. The management and staff are kind to me and my dog. They don't allow my dog to misbehave. They also been really good with the grooming and baths. Only con is price. Since it's in an expensive growing area it is pretty pricy. Packages are your best bet.

We are always very satisfied with Max’s grooming at CityDog. They do an excellent job and the facility is beautiful and clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

We loved everything about this location! From the friendly staff, to the personalized service for my Morkie, to the report cards they give after your service. Sydney did an amazing job on Ari's cut. The facility is very clean and everyone was very involved with the dogs which I loved. Ari and I will definitely be back! :)

We love this place!! Sydney did such a great job on my dog! all of the staff is very professional, kind and caring! We look forward to bringing back our dog for her next bath and grooming. We wish they were located in more places since it is kind of a long drive for us but it’s worth it.

I loved bringing my lil' baby Elsie here to hangout for the weekend while we had to do a boring human wedding for the weekend lol! The service was great and they show you around so you can see the facility and where they keep them, feed them, their lockers and the three different sleeping areas that you can choose from and one of those being the daycare playpark area which is another service they provide if you dont need to border and just need someone to watch them during the day but we needed boarding and that's where Elsie stayed because they get to sleep with other dogs and I didn't want her to feel alone since she has a little dog sister Rosie she sleeps with at home. The only reason I would get a private area is if you want you dog to sleep alone. They all play in the play park according to size and temperament. They take them for walks for 9 dollars for 15 min around the beautiful vitruvian park where the club is located in lovely Addison Texas. They have many different packages to choose from including style and grooming bar. They feed them their normal diet if you bring it pre bagged for each meal labeled with their first and last name. They also have a web cam service you can use but it costs a 1.99 for 30 days or 4.99 for a year so depending on how much you will go there depends on what you will need. Keep in mind it isn't like a steady live feed it's like pictures and the dogs look like they are teleporting so really you cant tell anything more than they are there but that's ok cause that's all I wanted to know anyway lol. My little girlie wasn't as excited to see me when I came to pick her up as I thought she would be and was almost sad to leave all her new friends she had made dog and human alike, but dont worry, she cant wait to come back and she definitely will!!!

The Team at City Dog is just outstanding. I have the utmost faith that my dog is not just well cared for, but loved and paid attention to both during day care and boarding experiences. Excellent grooming services, very clean facilities, well vetted clients so the dogs are all happy. City Dog has made working and owning a dog possible in a way that makes both me and my dog happy!

The service here is great, just overpriced. I ended up spending the same amount for two nights for my two dogs as I did for a wonderful B&B in Austin. Dogs were happy, I like the "stalking" option to view the Dog park. Just be sure to get grooming before you get them back. Mine were so stinky, I had to give them a bath ASAP.

After many years of taking my husky to different groomers, I feel I have finally found a place that both husky and I like. At other places people would act like it was an inconvenience on them to have to work on a husky. This place was recommended by 2 husky owners and they were absolutely right. From the girl at the front desk to the stylist everyone and everything was 5 stars!

I LOVED IT!!! they did so good with my 8 year old labrador. he’s smelled so good, looked so happy and the staff was so professional and extremely friendly! definitely going back!

Elroy went for his first grooming experience of his life At CityDog! Club, he came home calm and in a good mood. I was worried because he is usually scared of everything. His nails were cut perfectly and he was SO soft. I will highly recommend and I will be back.

Had a wonderful experience here with our first grooming of my Scottish Terrier Zoey. We had become accustomed to ridiculous wait times and lukewarm customer service at Studio Pampered Pets. What a pleasant surprise to have an exceptionally high quality grooming experience in a reasonable window of time that did not create strain on my senior dog.

Clean, professional, a little pricey, but worth it. My dog was very happy to be there.

My husband and I booked a grooming appointment for our Golden Retriever (Marlin) and we couldn’t have had a better experience! The facility is clean, the dogs all seem to be happy and loving life during their stay, and the staff is very friendly! We will definitely be returning customers and we are so happy to have come across CityDog’s website when we did! Highly recommend 10/10!

Always so wonderful with every dog. They are accommodating and very helpful and patient with all of the puppies there!
