Kim Lewis is the best Veterinarian we've ever had. Caring, honest and practical.

We had our Great Dane Graycie there and the appointment was at 2:15 however we were not informed the clinic was drop off/ curbside only and walked inside to check in. Upon entering the front office ladies were very rude and not interested in helping us. Also once we checked in we went back and waited for their call and they argued that our appointment was later than 2:15. We did not go inside til about 3 and left the vet about 4:10. Not to mention we didn’t feel welcome to come in with our pet and it was such a hassle being there. Even humans go places without masks excusing work occasionally, let’s get past Covid this is a vet clinic. Dr. Parker however was very helpful and Hannah the tech was very explanatory and nice once we were one on one. We will be taking our service elsewhere from now on.

This horrible place turned my puppy away when ALL the doctors were there with about an hour before they had to go home. My puppy has a broken jaw was bleeding from the mouth and they TURNED HIM AWAY! Did they not take an oath to help not harm. THEY FID NOT HELP HIM, HE IS STILL HURTING.

I have been with Key City since 2017. Dr. Williams and the staff there have always been good to my babies. I refuse to take them anywhere else!

Medically they are top notch, however the continuation of curbside care needs to stop. Clinics for people are open....hello.

We booked in our dog to be euthanized, we were told we would pull up and our dog would be stretchered in. They would not let me stay with my dog during the exam and when he fell over the lady just stood and stared at him. Finally I told the lady we should just euthanize him so I could stay with him (they allow that), we waited another 10 minutes in the heat and finally the lady told us she was going to refund our money which took another 10 minutes and then we loaded our old dog back in the car. Inhumane disgusting monsters

The best Veterinary Clinic in Abilene period. Our dog has had 2 life threatening events and both times they have been part of her recovery. The staff is outstanding and the doctors top notch. Dr. Williams was able to identify a condition 2 other Vets could not! Within days of the diagnosis our dog was on the way to recovery and back home. Thank you Key City...

Fast service vet was very nice on phone due to covid-19 we were not able to go inside.

We were lucky enough to be referred here when we relocated to the area. Dr. Williams is our vet and is just the best. She takes such good care of our dogs, follows up with phone calls and explains everything in detail. She writes meticulous notes/follows up after our visits and is just so genuine in her approach. A bonus is that they are attached to the emergency vet in the city so you have continuity there should you ever have to use those services. Thank you Dr. Williams, big fan!

I don't like this place. Dr. Williams is rude and unprofessional. I'll be taking my business somewhere else and so will my family members. I don't recommend this place at all.

Staff were very helpful and loved on my dog even though COVID made it hard to interact.
