My dog absolutely loves this place. The grooming dept.is the best!! Thanks Nicole and Tori for taking awesome care of Willie!! Update 11/24/21 People/Staff members may come and go as we all know, ultimately its still up to my dog, Willie. His personality becomes so silly as soon as we hit the pavement. It's so obvious that he's very content with being at the store that is his home base. It's worth it to me knowing my buddy feels happy! Special thanks to Tori and staff in grooming dept. I can't thank you enough for always working with me and my crazy schedule and for the reassurance that I know Willie is always going to be OK whenever I have to leave him(believe me he'll let me know otherwise ha~)WE LOVE YOU????????‍????????????????????????????????❤????????????????..... The staff was helpful with information on training for my adopted dog.

While they do have some. Use things for small dogs , I can't give them five stars. It's always dark in th we re like the lights don't work and everything I sloppy and thrown around. It is a shame I would like to give them a better rating.

Very helpful setting up aquarium

Great helpful people. They had what I needed and helped me take it to my car as it was very heavy.

Scheduled a Haircut and bath for my dog. Was charged $60+ , and the dog looked the same way. Barely trimmed anything. I spoke with the person, was told I would have to reschedule and pay again for another appointment to get more hair cut off the dog. Ridiculous. If I scheduled a haircut, I expected a haircut, not a trim. ????

Good service great groomers always stocked.

We have had mixed experiences with Petco. In Salem Oregon the groomers can be arrogant, rude and lazy. We gave up on Petco years ago. We took our 13 year old dog to the Petco in San Angelo, TX. The experience was a total reverse. The groomer was the only one working at the time, she was very courteous and helpful. Their was a gentleman that handled the bathing and clipping. In Oregon we would get charged for services that were not done like clipping the dog claws. I was skeptical may have even had a bit of an attitude because of the mistrust and opinion Petco had given me in the past. We are new to the area and finding a groomer has been difficult we didn't want to but we gave Petco a try. People make the difference. I feel rude not knowing the young ladies name now. She was exceptional, friendly, courteous. When we picked our dog up she was not only bathed and clipped but air brushed. She looked like she had been cut. An outstanding job. We will be scheduling our dog for regular grooming at Petco now. I can't say enough how good people make all the difference. I will gladly tip when service is like this, good customer service like this should be rewarded and appreciation should be shown. San Angelo Petco will handle our dog grooming needs from now on.

Quick and easy. When there were two people waiting in line one of the stockers came up an ran a register.

Clean store. Healthy and happy selection of animals. Good variety of snacks and food for animals.

Bright, clean store. Good animal selection. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Good return policy. This is the only pet store we patronize now.

Items I needed were in stock and able to be picked up within a matter of hours after placing the order. Then, I had made a mistake with one of the orders and had ordered the wrong size item. It was quick and easy to cancel the order while at the store to pick up items and then find the correct sized item in stock. Very happy.

The Sales Associate was very helpful in helping me locating exactly what I needed and when she saw me waiting 3rd in line to check out, she jumped in and asked if she could assist me getting on my way. Great Job!

This where I go to get dog food. It's got friendly staff and it's pet friendly.

Amazing place, very friendly staff, all animal habitats and ranks are very clean. There is an employee named Valerie, she is amazing ????, very knowledgeable on fish and reptiles, answered everything I had a question about and recommended products that I now love! She gave great costumer service and made me feel very welcomed, unlike Petsmart. Thank you Valerie! Gained a loyal customer. She definitely deserves a raise or something! ????????

A little over priced on minor items of the same quality as Walmart or 5 below like leashes, collars, and toys but almost everything you'll need is here.
