I loved Frontier it’s organized affordable the staff is amazing they’re gentle with the fur babies and everyone there is very knowledgeable!

I am giving 5 stars because I absolutely love this vet office but I will have to say the lady that works the front desk I think Bethany just came off very rude. I have been coming here for a while and what convinced me to start coming here was the brightness of smiles and greetings at the front desk. I think customer service makes or breaks it and I think the front desk needs some changing.

So I finally found a veterinary clinic I like. One thing I've noticed here in town is we seem to have a shortage of vets, or something. Most vet clinics I've gone to, it's very in and out and I feel like my concerns weren't really addressed. It was very rushed. Heck one, you don't even get to go in to the clinic, the techs come out, get your animal, and when they're done, they bring it back out. I haven't had that here at Frontier. If I call and tell them what is going on, whether I'm concerned for my pet about something, or it's just an annual check up, they allow enough time, come in and listen, and they take your thoughts to consideration. We first came here when one of our cats was throwing up, and only their Express clinic or of all the vets in town could see her that day. They were concerned about Pan-Leuk, so they called the main clinic and sent us over. We spent the next 4-5 days bouncing between here and the ER vet because she did have Pan-Leuk and required constant supervision. They took care of our Spot so well, called us with constant updates when she was there, and when we inevitably had to put her down, even the staff was sad because they'd all seen her so much that week. They now see all our pets, taking the time to address any concerns, catching things we haven't even caught (dog broke a dew claw and it was swollen and infected). They're not the cheapest in town, but they're not expensive, either, and you definitely get what you pay for. I highly recommend.

I’ve been going for the last year since rescuing my Marley and I couldn’t ask for a better vet! You can tell they love and care for every animal that comes through their doors!

They were so sweet with my puppy. They took the time to answer all my questions, believe me there were tons. They even gave my pup a treat after a good visit.

The entire staff is so friendly. Our puppy Rex gets so excited when we walk through the door because he knows he is about to get all the love!

I went to another vet clinic they estimated 250 to 450 i knew I couldn't afford that price being a single mother so I called Frontier. Once we got there the same day might I add they gave me an estimate no more than 200. Faith was really sick with kennel cough we waited out in the car only for a little while the vet did the check up outside and got anti biotic all for $70 this will be the place I take my animals thank yall

If I died and went to heaven I would want it to look and feel just like Frontier vet resort. This place is an Abilene treasure ♥️

Frontier provided wonderful care to my cat. Every person I interacted with is professional and kind. I am hapoy with how this establishment treated me ans my cat. Thank you to the amazing staff.

Our nineteen year-old-cat had to be euthanized yesterday. Dr. Goodblood and the wonderful tech that I was too emotional to remember her name were so gentle and compassionate with both Mickey and us. Thank you so very much.

The vets here are great. They love your animal almost as much as you do.

Took great care of my husky

I was very pleased with our care at Frontier Vet Clinic. The tech was super knowledgeable and patient with our questions and concerns. The vet also took her time and did not rush us during our time. We were able to bring both dogs at the same time which was also super convenient. Our dogs took right to everyone on the staff and were greeted with lots of love and treats. I am a travel nurse so My babies see vets all over the country. This place is easily top 5 and we will be returning while we are here on contract in Abilene.

Frontier Vet Clinic has the best staff. I really can't say enough good things about them.

From the moment you call till the moment you check out you and your pet is loved on. I 10/10 recommend them and will be returning for all our fur friends needs.

Even though one of my dogs suddenly had a heart attack and died while we were there - I can't imagine taking my pets anywhere else. Everyone is very nice and they treat my pets like their own. When Jazzy died they wrapped her tight in a towel and let us hold her for a little while. They were very compassionate.

Best vet practice I’ve been to. The entire staff is amazing! Helpful, friendly, and treat your pet like their own! Highly recommend :)

Very busy and the waiting room is very small with very little seating. But the staff is wonderful. Everyone we've interacted with was great, from admins to tech to Dr's they've all been great. They really care about pet and owner. So the chaos of getting in and out is well worth it. This will likely be my vet from here on as we just moved into the area.

The staff is awesome ????

We love that they have the daycare/ boarding facility attached! My dog can get their shots or be groomed while they are at daycare and the vets are available during daycare, in case my dogs get hurt. The vet office staff and the daycare office staff are so nice and welcoming too!

Very nice staff, very clean and well kept rooms as well. They take amazing care of your animals and genuinely care for them. Super fast as well.

The people that work there are all animal lovers. They answer any questions you might have. They explain the vaccines and prescriptions before they give them to my dog.

After one of my vet appointments for my puppy's booster shots I was told by the doctor to schedule an appointment at the front desk and that she would see me in a couple weeks. I came back to find that at the previous appointment he had received all of his vaccines. The doctor apologized and said she must have misspoke and I was still charged for my visit. Mistakes happen and I decided I would still use this clinic because of the great reviews. The next encounter I had was with the front desk. I had my nervous puppy that was barking in the main lobby. I was greeted by a vet tech that told me that I could wait outside in my car and the medication would be brought out to me. I didn’t have a problem with this until I waited outside for quite a bit of time, walked back in and they had forgotten about me. Each time I have gone I have been disappointed. The staff, particularly the receptionist, seem to be quite impatient and rude.
