We picked up a new boy (dog) at the Abilene Animal Services and took him here for a check up and neutering. They took excellent care of him and were very nice to us when we brought him in all three times. Highly recommend

The vet staff was excellent as well as one of the front desk reps. The second front desk rep was way less than nice. The folks that really count at the clinic are very personable and customer friendly.

Extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and you can tell they absolutely love each animal that goes through those doors.

Sad experience when u have to send poochy to cross the rainbow bridge...but when the doc seems heartless its disheartening to boot. The office lady Mechelle was sweet as ever and warming. But not that dr. Thanks for caring Mechelle

"Dr." Early just refused to help my 9 month old boxer with severe skin issues. I called and was told to come, drove 12 miles to get here, and got turned away! Why? Because my estranged FATHER owes him money!! Not me, not my debt, but this a-hole is fine letting my dog suffer over something my DAD owes from literally- a DECADE AGO!! Wtff???

Really liked Dr Early & his staff ???? had an emergency on a Saturday & they really took care of us!!! Been going there ever since!!!

I had to put my sweet cocker spaniel ...Maggie Mae...down and the Vet and his assistant were amazingly sweet and caring. I've had other experiences at other places and I have never had such a caring Vet before.

I have been a dog owner now for four months. These guys are great!

I love knowing my dog is taken care of and always has the best looking after her! The staff is amazing and friendly and I never think twice about knowing after her visits I know she has the best care! Would recommend this office to anyone looking for a vet!

These people are cold and heartless. The vet here doesnt care about animals. I absolutely do not recommend him at all. Im really disappointed in the lack of care this man has.

Can't say enough about their kindness and compassion. They squeezed me and my aged cat in and treated us like we were long time customers. Their common sense approach in a difficult situation helped with a impossible choice.

Dr. Early is great with the animals he is very straight forward but he truly cares about the animals

Dr. Early has cared for my dogs and cats since he opened his office on Judge Ely. There have been a lot! as I live in the country and sadly, people dump their animals out here. The staff is great—professional but always friendly. They know you at WalMart—even Dr. Early. When a pet has a serious condition, Dr. Early is very clear with all available options and possible outcomes as well as cost. Costs are reasonable even RXs. (I have compared with advertised pet supply stores.). In addition to being similar in cost, you know where they come from. They also do not “get lost” in the mail. You always receive a reminder when your pets needs their shots also. Try them! You will like them.

Staff is super friendly. They've seen it all so my dog's antics were no surprise! After Nina's surgery they made sure I was informed as to her care! Great place!

They really care and explain well

Dr. Early and his staff are very knowledgeable. I’ve brought my animals here for 8+ years. I recently had a very sick pup treated here, he did everything possible to treat him while keeping me well informed. Dr. Early is very honest & transparent about his plan of care, for which I am grateful. Everyone from the front desk to the techs are very much appreciated by me AND my fur babies.

In and out pretty fast

When I call people to get information, I always give my name then say "Hi, how are you". This helps me gage what kind of call it will be, depending on what they say. A lot of folks seem surprised when I ask that too, like people don't ever ask. When the receptionist breezed over my greeting and seemed irritated because i called right when they opened, at 8am on a Saturday, I knew they would probably not try and help me, because of how she responded. I told her my dog has been in labor for more than 24 hours and I was hoping to get an appointment for her to see the Vet. She seemed like she didn't care, and told me the Dr is full with appointments today, and to call the ER Vet clinic. I told her I already called them, as they charge upfront a crazy amount, and is there any way she can be seen. She told me No, and seemed like she did not care and we ended the call. In my opinion, just like a Human Dr, you would want to see a fur baby in distress, because that shows your morals, character and the type of Dr you are. Unfortunately, this review has nothing to do with the Vet(s) themselves, as I didn't see one, since the receptionist turned me away. They could very well be the best Vet(s) in town, but since I got turned away upfront, I'll never know. I was extremely disappointed in the receptionist because it seemed as though she didn't care at all for my situation. First Impressions go a very long way.........

-0000000 STARS!!!!! DON’T TAKE YOUR PET HEREEEE!!! The receptionist was extremely friendly!!! But the doctor was horrible. Wasn’t friendly and didn’t show my baby proper care. If you’re looking for a family friendly vet!! THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!

Good Vet. Just got shots for my puppy and only Ben there twice. The VET and Vet ASSISTANTS were well informed and kind.

The staff there is great. They are understanding and have feelings.

The most knowledgeable vet in town. Doesn't pull any punches.
