I can’t properly rate this animal hospital because I visited during Covid and I couldn’t meet the vet face to face. That being said, they gave my girl a wellness exam and answered all of my questions. My dog was picked up and returned to me by a very friendly tech. I talked to the veterinarian on the phone and that went very well. I am glad to have my dog as a patient there so she can be seen if there is an emergency or a health problem. I was very pleasantly surprised and am glad of my choice.

Absolutely LOVE the staff and Doctors here. I'm so blessed they accepted us as their clients.

When we recently needed to euthanize our elderly cat, Dr. Reinecke and staff helped make a difficult day bearable. I'm very grateful.

They treated my Bella very well. They explained what was wrong with Bellas eyes and what was going to happen if we did not do surgery soon. Very nice and caring staff. Bella will have her surgery soon.

I just love this place! They are always so good to our puppies. They fit us in at a moment's notice if we're worried about anything. I think my puppy Starla actually enjoys going there. She whined while we were waiting, but once she saw the doc her tail was wagging and she slept all the way home. They're super convenient and genuinely seem concerned about the health of our fur babies. ???? ???? ???? ???? ????

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and so very compassionate. They helped us through a very difficult time when the only alternative was to put our precious Lexie down. Dr Reineke even sent us a hand written sympathy card a few days after our visit.

Should not have charged me after what happened to Lilly while in their care.
