WNC Pet Care looked after our cats for a week while we were on vacation. Caroline was very professional and knowledgeable, and had excellent suggestions for helping to mange our cat who was feeling quite poorly due to progressive kidney disease. She went above and beyond to help "our girl" eat better and rally while we were gone. She sent great pictures every day and her reports let us know exactly what was happening with our cats. I would recommend their services without hesitation especially if you have a pet that needs specialized care such as medication or subcutaneous fluid administration.

WNC Pet Care took care of our elderly dog and cat while we were away for 10 days. They were so loving to our pets and were reliable and professional. LOVE their app, which showed us photos of our pets and updated us on every visit. Gave us total peace of mind to know our pets were so well cared for ...... and that they could stay in their own homes and have their typical routines even though we were on vacation. I highly recommend WNC Pet Care!

Great experience! The staff are very nice and the service was great. At first i was skeptical having someone walk my dog but i will definitely be using them again. They update you during the walk with photos and comments using an app. Highly recommend!

Caroline has made life so much easier! She’s reliable, very communicative, professional and great with my cats. Caroline has done pet sitting for us and does a fantastic job. It makes traveling so much more enjoyable knowing that the cats are in caring and capable hands. Caroline and Katie are also helping to care for my 19 year old cat, stopping by every other day to administer fluids. I highly recommend WNC Pet Care.

Caroline came to my place we both wore masks, she was safe and professional. I have a rottie mix with black nails who has some mental issues. She was gentle and comforting to him. She did a great job getting all his nails trimmed up. She also came back a couple of weeks later and did my 14 year old girl. Highly professional. Would recommend.

I highly recommend WNC Pet Care. They are very trustworthy and reliable. I feel very comfortable leaving my dog in their care. I have a shy dog that is a picky eater. They dont mind going the extra mile to accommodate him. He also hates the rain, and they will stay inside and play with him. I enjoy the texts and pictures that they send me assuring me that he is fine. Your beloved pet will be in good hands. They love all animals.

Caroline provides excellent service. And my cockatiel has only glowing remarks for how much she appreciates the attention. Good value; reliable; and dependable. She's always my first call when preparing to be out of town.

Caroline is the best! She takes such good care of our two dogs- both are older and one is quite fearful of new people but he warmed up to her very quickly (which never happens). Caroline is always very responsive, sends pictures of our dogs while she’s with them, and shares a detailed report of every visit. We’re so lucky to have found her.

Caroline and crew at WNC Pet Care have literally been a lifesaver for me and my crew of animals over the last 3 years. Her knowledge and skill has brought to my attention serious health concerns with my older dog and cats and has helped my vet diagnose and treat some serious issues. I can travel and feel confident and secure in knowing that Annie, Callie, TumTum, and Dalai, and our home are well taken care of and are safe. She's the best!

Caroline was great with all three of my senior dogs. They absolutely loved her. She sent me periodic updates and photos, and it was so reassuring to have someone stay at the house while I was out of town. A much better option than a boarding facility. I will definitely use her again!

So accommodating with my ever changing schedule. My Yorkie is very picky when it comes to who he's going to trust. He's not had an issue with any of the staff, loves them all! Great find and highly recommended!!!

Love love love this business. My dog has health issues and requires daily medications and walks. They genuinely care and do anything and everything to make her happy and comfortable. In the past year they have always shown up on time, sent me blurbs about their visit and updated me if Bentley was having any problems. If I had last minute needs or changes, they always worked with me to get things covered. I highly recommend WNC Petcare and can’t say enough good things
