Riverview Animal Hospital Chattanooga, Tennessee

We recently visited Riverview Animal Hospital for the first time, for a "new patient" exam for our senior pup. The staff seemed knowledgeable and were very considerate. Our wait time was short and our doctor was prompt. Dr. Gina was wonderful and we felt very confident in making the decision in to see her! She truly cared about our dog. The doctor's assistant demonstrated how to use the hospital's online pharmacy for all our needs and she conveniently checked us out from the exam room. We left satisfied that we are in good hands!

I've been going here for over 20 years including their previous location. All the staff are always friendly and always take good care of your animals.

My cat was at the end of her life suddenly and they were so busy but still took the time to give us time to say goodbye as long as we needed. They made her and us comfortable . They went through options compassionately and realistically. I was absolutely impressed.

I've had a lot of uncomfortable experiences with animal hospitals and veterinarians in my past, due to condescending bedside manner, making me feel rushed when I had questions, and unfriendly front of house staff, but that was not the case whatsoever with my first visit with Riverview. Im new to Chattanooga so I was nervous in finding a new vet for my pets, but I can safely say I made a great decision in choosing Riverview. Everyone from reception to our tech to Dr. Lovett herself were all very friendly, thorough, and patient and made sure to answer all my questions and explained everything clearly. I recommend Riverview to anyone looking for a new vet for their furry family members. ???? Thank you to all the staff for a great experience!

Riverview was bought out by a corporate veterinary company and prices have went up a lot.

Dr. Shulman and her staff were very compassionate and answered my many questions and concerns about my dog’s surgery! I also truly appreciate all the time that Jennifer and Dr. Shulman spent keeping me calm!

We have loved Riverview Animal Hospital so far. Even as they have been understaffed, they always work to get us in and out as quickly as possible. All of the staff have been incredibly kind and caring. We will continue to use them for our cat and recommend them to friends!

The staff here is wonderful with ur pets. I would recommend this vet for anyone with needs for their pet.

They are very convenient, as I live downtown. Dr. Felty always takes good care of Sparky. Sparky turned 16 this year. I am fortunate to have Riverview Animal Hospital take care of him.

I brought my dog in for a dog fight, the staff was super friendly in helping getting my nerves under control and my pet comfortable. The doctors thoroughly explained everything they could do and would do with prices that are affordable. Riverview animal hospital is definitely the place I will be taking my pets from now on!

Everyone was really friendly and were very good to my dog. Unfortunately my dog didn't get any better but they did what they could.

1st time boarding my dog here and the staff was terrific. We'll definitely board there again

I have a rescue husky that has a lot of energy and can be a real handful. RAH was great and fit us in last minute for a consult. They were professional and wonderful with my dog and myself. I was originally just going for a dental consult but I will be making this our permanent home for animal care.

I was so happy and pleased with how nice and attentive they were. They were so sweet to my cat, even after the exam they still played with him and loved on him. They listened to every concern I had and explained in detail the things I needed to know and things I needed to change and do for my cat. I will definitely be using them from now on.

We take our dog and rabbit here and I seriously can't say enough good things about them. They take great care of our pets when we board them and bring them in for checkups.They also gave me frequent updates when my bunny needed to be spayed while I was away at work. Overall, a fantastic neighborhood vet!

I had a cat that passed away a year a half ago. Dr.Erin Felty was kind and gentle as she helped me care for my cat in her last months, and when the time came to put her to sleep, the staff was compassionate and let me take all the time I needed with my kitty. Now that I have a new cat, I of course brought her to Dr. Felty! She answered all my questions and made sure my new kitty was off to a great start!
