Used them for years. Ladies always helpful, Drs are thorough, professional, and explain procedures extremely well.

Great Vets. Never have a long wait, gets us in same day or within a few days. Gives me all the information I need to keep my puppers healthy. Very satisfied with my experience here.

Very Covid attentive. Staff is masked and all interactions are done outside. Our dog was seen on very short notice, and we saw a very caring attitude.

They have always worked my dog in . They have always taken great care of him. Thanks for everything everyone has done for me and my dog.

After the very first visit they was able to get the yeast infection addressed so that my dog would start getting back to his usual self. Been to another vet office for the same thing for a total of 3 visits and still they didn't help. The other vet office said that it wasn't nothing to worry about. Country Lane actually listens to what you have to say and is willing to get the problem fixed. Won't be going back to the other vet office anymore.

Joanne is a very pleasant person and eager to help. Due to Covid I had to sit in car to pick up supplies for my dogs. I'd much rather take my dog in for her vet check and be with her come November . Hoping I can by then.

Dr David McCracken is a very caring vet. Dr. Diane is also amazing. And Dr. Pickens is an amazing surgeon, saved several of our pets.

My cat Bubba has been sick and they got back with me within a couple of hours. Like I said I'm very pleased with them.

They were wonderful with our dog. Listened to my concerns, and made sure to thoroughly explain what was going on and her treatment options. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend Country Lane. I wouldn't trust anyone more with my fur babies.

Went and got Bravecto a 3 month flea and tick medication. Fast and easy they came out to me. The meds have been doing good. No fleas in sight.

I think they do unnecessary "tests" and find something wrong with every animal that comes in that requires hundreds of dollars worth of tests and hundreds more for medicine. To me it's more about the money than your animal!!! I highly recommend you take your animals to Canton Animal Hospital where care for your pet comes before money...they actually care!! I would never take my animal to this vet. Canton is way better care wise as they don't take blood and submit your pet to all these multiple "tests" everytime. Better care for cheaper price at Canton Aninal Hospital.

We were taking our dogs here for years and our elderly dog Pepe we were in the process of the move and the vet prescribed him the wrong medicine even though we were told the research had been done in advance to ensure that are dog with kidney failure didn't have any adverse side effects sadly even though we gave weeks notice for the proper research to be done to ensure our dog's safety When we arrived at our new home after giving him this medicine for the trip it's slowly poisoned him and after four days thinking he was just going to be kind of groggy my family had to watch our beloved dog die all because we were told something was safe and was not now we have to live without our sweet boy to me it's beyond unprofessional that a so highly recommended vet lied to our face and told us all the proper research has been done and were assured that he would be okay we only gave him one dose of this medicine and that's all it took we had to watch him slowly pass helpless before all this I would have highly recommended this vet all I can say is do your research all of the staff on the other hand have always been amazing I just wish the guy would have taken the time like promised in order to ensure our dog's safety

A great Vet that is very affordable.

Inquired about an appointment two weeks ago and still haven't received a response yet. Thankfully Dr. Kern at Balsam Animal hospital was able to work me in with an emergency. Don't waste your time with this place go to Balsam Animal hospital instead.
