Creature Comforts Waynesville, Tennessee

The staff at Creature Comforts were terrific! I had never boarded my babies before, one is almost 7 the other is almost 5 so I so worried about boarding the two of them. When I returned, after 3 days, they were happy to see me but were not at all sad or stressed, just happy go lucky as if they had been at home for those 3 days. I definitely suggest anyone needing this service, please give them a try. I won't hesitate to have them boarded there again.

I just want to say I appreciate Creature Comforts looking after my dog Coco and my bunny stash. They took very good care of them while I was on vacation

I would actually rate this place a zero. My Basset Hound has had 2 hot spots in his 3.5 years of life, both of which occurred after staying at Creature Comforts. The first time we thought "stuff happens." This time, after being boarded for 7 days, we returned home to find our dog with a rancid smelling severe hot spot that required immediate vet attention. The vet had to sedate him in order to clean the infected area (his whole neck). He is on an antibiotic and spray and is in a lot of pain. The owner of Creature Comforts, Michelle, failed to acknowledge any wrong doing or opportunity on their part after telling me that a staff member had noticed a red area on his neck and then preceeded to scrub and wash it during his bath. She then told me he could be allergic to their shampoo, but denied they were at fault. She then told me it was because he drools and is messy when drinking water. Well, he drools and drinks every day and this NEVER happens. We have also boarded him at other places and this has NEVER happened except when he stays at Creature Comforts. So disappointed in this business who claims to take care of our pets. They refuse to credit our account any amount or pay any portion of the $260 vet bill. I do not recommend this place at all. Take your business elsewhere where your pets are taken care of and the owners do right by their clients.

Wow I used many kennels in my lifetime but this was the absolute best one ever. We travel a lot and always take our fur babies with us but sometimes when we're out I have to kennel them for a few days. I always worry but when I in this are this is the place. they were treated like royalty and had no health problems either. I highly recommend Creature Comforts for your babies as well. Thank you so much for such a great job. When in your area I will be using your services everytime.

They take such great care of our Bella. We have used them many times and feel very comfortable being away.

The Creature Comforts kennel and the staff are amazing! I will not take my dog anywhere else. She is excited every time I drop her off and is even happier when I pick her up. Their grooming services are wonderfully efficient as well.

Best place to take your pet

You guys are so good with our dog (Cocoa) and our bunny. Thanks for being there when we need you.

We left our 3 dogs for 4 nights. One big dog and 3 fur babies (15 and 7 years old). We were very pleased with their care. CC gave meds and bathed them and trimmed their nails before we picked them up. We're taking them back tomorrow for another visit. I would recommend these fine folks to anyone!

Great services and a joy for both humans and animals.

Had a great first experience with having our german shepherd groomed. Especially during this COVID pandemic where everything seems upside down, the entire process of dropping Schotzie off and picking her up was smooth and easy. She smells amazing, is super soft and she's so happy! Definitely plan to stick with Creature Comforts in the future!

This wonderful family kept my mom's sweet girl Daisy and made her look so amazing and even younger!???????? she has a really tough time being left anywhere for grooming or vet care, but she absolutely loves it and wasn't in the corner cowering and frightened like she has been every time we have walked in the grooming salon and of course the vet lol, but she doesn't feel safe or comfortable anywhere else but with family and closest friends. I walked in to pick Daisy up, expecting her to have her head and tail down and trembling, even whimpering at times, and just a mess of anxiety that takes an hour to get her out of, but I walked in and out of the corner of my eye I saw a dog, thinking that Daisy would never be wagging her tail in the situation and place, and kept walking past her, till she came to me and was just beaming! Tail up high and wagging and head high and eyes gleaming, she had a squirrel toy that she was gonna fight for to the death, and I tried to get her mind off it and onto another toy or treat but, nope wasn't going to happen lol...I don't think they even sell the squirrel toy in the shop but she had a death grip and locked jaw, for a yellow lab anyway, and after a few minutes of me trying to coax her to give it up for something else, I decided to admit defeat and just pay them for it and she refused and told her to enjoy it! All round great experience

Best gym in haywood county..

The owners are so nice! Well kept and nice facility. Tucked back on its own property. My shepherd stayed with them for the weekend and had was groomer as well. He has a thick undercoat and it was all brushed completely out! They did a wonderful job and are very affordable! Will be using again for sure!

I love Creature Comforts, I have 2 Great Pyrenees that I was having trouble finding reliable boarding and/or grooming that didn't cost me an arm and a leg because of their size and Creature Comforts came up in my search and I haven't looked back 2 years later. Owners Jeff and Michelle and all of their staff (Becky in grooming!!!!!!!!) are all amazing and attentive to my boys needs and mine regarding them. I recommend them to anyone and everyone that I can. LOVE Y'ALL!!!

Really nice people, they keep in touch with you and tell you how your pet is and can send you pictures of them too???? really happy with them for it being the first time with them.

Thank you for all the times you took care of Cooper, he loved his time there! When he comes home he is so worn out from playing!(and he is a very active hunting dog). Cooper always came home clean and happy.
