The AHOW is Awesome! They are so caring and responsive; we would not go anywhere else! They called several times to check on our pet and communicated genuine care and concern! We love Dr. Bull and Dr. Smith (I’m sure the others are great too!) and the rest of the staff!!

The entire staff is awesome. They genuinely car as much about our pets as much as we do ourselves. Very comfortable with our furry family being cared for by them

This was my first visit. My dog is very nervous and they were just fantastic with her. They took a long time with me to get to know me and my dog. There was a billing error and they found it and started correcting it before I saw it myself. They called me three times with updates. I couldn’t be happier.

Very caring and competent. We're very thankful for Dr. Bill, she came in on Thanksgiving to take care of our old pup. ????

All of the doctors are wonderful. The staff is excellent, friendly, and helpful. A special thanks to Dr Cox who is one of the smartest, caring doctors I have met. She always goes the extra mile.

We took all 3 of our senior pets to AHOW for the first time this week and had a fantastic experience. The vet and vet techs were knowledgeable and personable and made sure our babes were comfortable throughout their visit. They even got on the floor with our anxious cat when he wouldn't stay on the exam table. We are incredibly happy to be part of the AHOW family and look forward to continuing to receive care from them.

Dr Plemmons is simply 5 stars always. Very attentive…genuinely cares …she’s been our main Vet a while now. She’s wonderful!

Everyone was really fantastic! I saw Dr. Olivia Cox, and she was wonderful. I’m a first time pet owner, and she set my mind at ease. Not only was she great with my sweet little cat, but she really set my mind at ease. I had a lot of questions, and she was incredibly thorough about answering them and volunteering even more information.

This is my absolute favorite vet office that I’ve ever been to! I’ve had both my dog and my cat receive care here and their service each time is phenomenal. All the staff is super sweet and professional. Would definitely recommend this vet!

I couldn’t have more positive things to say about the staff and our experience! We are in town from Savannah, GA and at the recommendation of our hometown vet, we needed to have our lab seen due to an infected suture site that he had been treated for last week. AHW was able to get us in first thing the next morning, clean, insert a drain and re-suture the area. They were so careful with him, monitored him after the procedure and followed up immediately upon evaluation to let us know their preferred plan of action, later that day and this morning. Everything from their friendly attitudes on the phone, ease of working us in as new clients, the care and happy greeting by the tech who came to get him from the car, Dr. A on the phone, the detailed “report card” from the visit— truly everyone and everything could not have been more perfect. If you’re local to the area there is no way I would not come back to this office; we are seriously considering making the drive once a year to have both our dogs seen for their annual exams. Our lab is 9 and our chihuahua mix is 10. I’ve never heard of this until now but their “fear free certification” couldn’t have been more spot on. Thank y’all so so much for everything! Our boy is happy and healing and it’s all thanks to you!!

Excellent care for our cats, dogs and puppy’s. Staff is exceptional, your pets will be well cared for. I highly recommend the pet coverage plan it is a great value????????????????????

I really like the Fear Free aspect of their practice. It's a great approach toward making the visit stress free for my dog.

They helped get our dog attention in a timely manner & gave much feedback. Also good follow-up.

We just moved to the area, and we have five dogs so it’s important we get a good vet! Open on Saturdays is a huge plus. Very nice staff, spent a long time talking to me while examining my dog. I would recommend them.

I'm a new customer. I liked the vet & techs very much. Staff very nice. My only issue would be prices seem high. I wanted a vet that was a little more reasonable, price wise. Will continue to use this practice for now & see how it goes.

I love how caring and patient the staff is with my dogs and cats. Everyone is so kind and attentive and loving to our animals. One of my pups is super anxious and scared due to his past being a rescue and the staff takes their time and makes sure he is 100% nurtured and loved on to feel safe. Absolutely recommend AHOW to all!

A large facility that operates with compassion and professionalism. We have used the Animal Hospital of Waynesville for the care of our animals for at least 6 years now. These folks care about the animals in their office. They are very patient with owners, compassionate, professional, organized, personal... I could go on and on. I also have a hidden window into the back end of their operations due to my professional life and can speak to the integrity and focus of their employees. Also a major effort is the cleanliness of the facilities.

I love the women who work at the Animal Hospital of Waynesville SO MUCH!!! They are always so sweet, and have always taken excellent care of my babies. The doctors and nurses here are so attentive, and always show so much compassion towards their animal clients. (Even towards my elderly & cranky pupper.) They make sure to ask about previous problems, making sure the doggos are still doing good, as well as addressing any current issues. I recommend them to everyone that I can. We moved out of town a couple of years ago, but have kept the same vet simply because they are awesome, and I have no doubt my babies are ok when under their care.
