I’ve been taking my older dog to Pinnacle since I adopted her 5+ years ago. All of the staff we’ve interacted with since have been so kind and knowledgeable. She has had chronic and acute health issues since her adoption and Dr. Tim has always provided excellent care. Trustworthy, compassionate, friendly folks- I highly recommend them!

I have and will continue to bring all of my animals here! A couple months ago my senior dog, Chevy, got hit by a car. Not only did Dr. McMullan stop everything he was doing for this extreme emergency. He went absolutely above and beyond to make sure that he was okay and even called to check on him every day after. My other pup Shelby has had to have now 2 separate eye surgeries and it has completely changed her life. Shes now comfortable and happy again! Other than my pups, I run a small reptile rescue and he is hands down the most knowledgeable vet around! When I had to have one of my rescues put down I have never dealt with a more kind and compassionate place of business. Dr. McMullan and is staff are the best around!!

We are new to the area and have 3 fur girls. They are so quick and amazing! I particularly love how the vet and techs gets on the floor with them rather than putting them on that table that most vets use. I have one girl who's particularly anxious due to her abusive past and the vet just got down with her, snuggled and made her comfortable. She has never been that calm at a vet, ever! Thank you!!!

The best experience I have personally had with any vet. My pup is a little over protective of me and very loud, and they were so kind and professional the whole time. They made her feel safe and comfortable and quickly figured out what was wrong with her. She is already getting better. 10/10 recommend for your fur babes.

The staff at Pinnacle Animal Hospital always make my dogs Bonzo and Axl feel comfortable. They’re responsive and informative and they always find a way to love on our pups. Would recommend to anyone looking for a smaller yet all-inclusive vet office for their pets.

I took our little Sheltie girl in for an annual check up, which was our first time actually in the office due to Covid precautions (which I appreciated). I also appreciated the care, concern, and the Dr. and vet assistant sitting on the floor with our fearful girl for the exam. Even during Covid I had to bring her in and Dr. Tim came out in pouring rain to discuss her issue with me. They handled themselves very well during this difficult time. The staff was friendly and they all fussed over her cuteness ~ great office!

Best vet hospital in Asheville. I wouldn’t let any other vet take care of my fur babies. Dr. McMullen and his staff are all wonderful, they are all very well knowledgeable and very kind. Any staff members you talk to is helpful like you are talking to the doctor them self and they never rush you and are very thorough with their exams and take the time to answer all your questions. They treat your animals like family and like they are animals of their own. Stephan is a wonder assistant, well knowledge and very caring and kind. I really appreciate how well they have always taken care of my sweet Heeler and two cats. If you want the best care for your fur babies, Pinnacle Animal Hospital is the right vet hospital for you.

After moving from out of state I wanted to find a good vet in the area. I haven’t tried any others besides Pinnacle Animal Hospital because of the especially kind staff and thorough work they do. Whether it’s been a routine visit, immunization, or dental surgery, they’ve always taken great care of our cats and can be trusted with yours. They are up front about costs and available treatment options and have never surprised us with any bills or hidden fees. Dr. Bragg is always happy to answer any questions we have had and Sam is a wonderful receptionist. Every other team member I’ve spoken with has been so kind and helpful as well. Keep up the good work y’all!
