my mom took her cat there.The dr didnt sanitize the thermometor before or after he used it on our cat.When giving her iv fluids he just rammed the needle in her neck.They didnt do xrays or blood work just gave her steroid to give at home.The next day the cat cant walk or stand up she is having seizurs..NO WOULD NOT TAKE MY PETS TO THEM AT ALL

I brought my service dog in due to a possible UTI (urinary tract infection). She also needed flea/tick and heart worm medication. I loved the friendly care, from the receptionist to the doctor. I felt the prices were very reasonable. They gave me a written estimate ahead of time, letting me choose what services I wanted and when I wanted them. We have recently moved to Scottsboro from out of state. Scottsboro Pet Care will be Bella’s vet clinic moving forward!!

Brought my cat to in to get aurl hematoma surgery and was very pleased with the results. The staff and doctor is very nice and caring. Very affordable pet health care. This is my new vet office. Thank you❤

My friend took her fur baby in today and nothing was done until the $572 was payed for which was fine but the dog was in need of help and they were just worried about the money. sad :(

I took my baby here today. She’s was having a seizure and she was hanging on to her life and they wouldn’t touch her until they got $572 from us. We asked about payments, we asked about care credit. They wouldn’t do any of it. I picked my baby up and took her to Phillip’s, she’s doing better but she’s still not herself. Phillips took her back immediately. I am extremely disappointed in this “Vet” so sad they care more about money than the animals that get brought in. You guys are ABSOLUTELY pathetic. It’s so sad that you have ALL THESE PEOPLE fooled. I hope you get shut down and you ALL lose your license. These people should never ever be around your animals, especially when they were WILLING to let my sweet baby die before they got their money. There’s a nice spot in hell for you guys.

I did them no favors by taking my half feral cat to be neutered. They handled the job and there were no issues with the surgery. Very friendly bunch of folks.

I will never ever ever take my cat here again. He was sent home to die. The nurses and vet are all uneducated.

Very poor customer service Mr. Crowell treated my dog like he was just another penny, sent us home and he wound up going blind. Do not recommend ever going to this place!
