Great experience! The Vet and techs were super sweet to our Senior Dog. From start to finish they paid attention to him and listened to what we had to say. The clinic is beautiful and very clean. The cost was very reasonable and we will continue to bring our furnace here.

I board a horse next door, so can't speak of actual services, but all I hear from the daycare at Covepets is constant screaming at the dogs, and employees banging on things to get the dogs quiet. I've heard and seen dog fights almost break and even employees almost hit dogs. Would NOT even consider taking my dog here!

I voiced my concerns directly with the office. My complaints have fell on deaf ears so I have to go online. I'll be changing doctors now.... 1. Dr offers me pain pills for my dog that isn't experiencing pain that either of us can detect. Dr says I'll give you a sample just in case. When I look at the receipt, they charged me $28 for that sample RX I don't even need. 2. My dog gets skin tags/growths. The Dr did a surgery removing about 10 but missed one under the taped area where the IV was. That is the one that bothers my dog the most. He bites at in constantly making it bleed. I have asked on two subsequent visits and it gets no attention. 3. Every other Dr that has cleaned his teeth in his life recommends and has cleaned his teeth every couple of years. Now, since going to this office for a couple of years, he needs it every 6 months and had to have 3 teeth extracted. My dog has never had teeth issues until now. We have always taken care of his teeth. 4. I emailed and asked for a copy of my dogs last blood test. Fell on deaf ears with the email being ignored. Had to drive over and insist a copy be printed out. They said the test showed my dog MAY have cushings disease. I sent the blood test to Auburn Vet school and they say there is no indicator of cushings disease. Just to fully test for it is a day long expensive procedure. If feel like they are just trying to soak more money out of me. Ever since our regular doctor went out on maternity leave and announced she isn't coming back, along with the major, expensive remodel, all this place wants to do is drive up the bill and really not take care of my dog. I have lost trust and confidence.

Love love love! The girls are amazing with my dogs... and they are a handful! I have three very large breed puppies and every single one of them loves going. The ladies know them by name. The renovation on the office is amazing and has made this probably one of the nicest offices I have ever seen (dr or vet). They also have an outstanding daycare program and boarding. I worried about finding the right vet for my fur babies, and I found it!

Great place and people. They basically saved my dog Gunners life. He was hit by a car and had a wound that nobody would touch except major Universities around the southeast. He needed a special skin graft followed by weekly laser treatments. We were literally about to put him down when they called and said we can treat him and he’s a good candidate for this treatment. I pass this place daily on my way to work and now my dogs will not go anywhere else. The staff loved Gunner all the way through his healing and still continue to care for him. After less than 6 months he’s 90 %. It was an amazing experience and they all went above and beyond their duties and I’m truly thankful for them all. If you are new here or lived here for years and have pets, this is where I’d suggest taking them for the best care possible.

Had our cocker groomed. The best service, never disappointed. Also, we use the animal hospital - the vets are excellent.

We brought our fluffy golden retriever in for a grooming appointment and when we went to pick him up he was inexplicably shaved completely down to his skin - no fur left whatsoever, except for his head and tail. We didn’t even recognize him. We asked for his fur to be cut shorter but in NO way asked for him to be shaved; it’s common knowledge that you should never shave a golden retriever because of their double coat. He looks absolutely ridiculous and wasn’t even shaved well; it’s choppy, uneven and just all around terrible. Management was responsive and refunded our money but still, we are so upset and beyond frustrated that this happened in the first place. Will never return.

My Maltese attends doggy daycare at this facility. The ladies love Drake and he seems to enjoy going there for leisure time. The young ladies who work at the daycare and grooming center are personable and professional. I definitely recommend Cove Pets daycare for your fur baby(ies).

So I have been on hold for 30 minutes, it's rang twice then went back to the music. Finally it rings and they hang up on me. Nice... I'll go somewhere else thanks.

We brought our dog for a bath and nail trim today and when she got in the truck she was panting uncontrollably. They had left her out in the heat too long. The vet verified her temperature had gotten too high so they cooled her with wet rags and kept her for a while. I had no idea they put they dogs out after a bath and ours doesn't tolerate heat well, so we watch her carefully in the sun. They should not have been careless this way with our girl. They just brought her out to me as if nothing was wrong, though they should have seen she was in distress. I feel they were dangerously careless. This is a serious issue.

Moved here recently with two dogs; one diagnosed with cancer and the other with digestive issues. Dr. Nicely and staff took care of my lil one with cancer to the end. Every time I called or send an email, I received a prompt response in a timely manner. We found a home and extended family with Hampton Cove Animal Hospital. Hampton Cove Animal Hospital, a place I have no regrets in bringing my two boys and having such a professional staff and Dr.’s.

We use both the veterinarian services and weekly daycare here for our two dogs. We have never had anything other than a fantastic experience. Our older dog has had some pretty serious eye disease as of late and they handled it professionally and timely. You can't ask for more in a local veterinarian. The day care facility is fantastic. Our puppy has been to daycare hundreds of times and has never had even the smallest problem. I can't recommend Hampton Cove Animal Hospital and CovePets enough!

Veterinarians were amazing and took care of our pet after his accident. Entire staff was professional and caring to him during his visit.

I really like this place and I really like the lady who grooms my dog. This was my 3rd visit and I made another one when I picked up my pooch. Highly recommended.

After being overseas for years we needed a vet when we moved here. The staff was wonderful with our dog. The doctor even called personally the next day to see how.he was doing and talk about results. They even made sure we knew where the emergency animal hospital was if we ever needed them. Our family will continue to go here.

Recently started having issues with a vet we had been using for over 20 years. Something was wrong with one of our cats and he just did not want to help find out what was going on. I took her to Hampton Cove Animal Hospital for a second opinion. They were wonderful!! Found the issue in less than an hour with just an x-ray. Unfortunately she had cancer so we had to put her our of her misery. These people are the best. We will be using them for our pets from now on.

We take our pup to doggie day care here, no medical, and she absolutely LOVES it! The first 3 days are free and they require all vaccines and proper flea and tick prevention (which covers intestinal parasites) so I feel safe bringing her …

recently moved to the area and chose them as our vet after a lot of research. lots of questions and an overly excited German Shepherd Dog puppy. they took their time assisting me and not rushing me out the door. we also have 3 cats we will be bringing here and hope the doggie daycare works out for our pup

This is a high end facility with a fireplace and waterfalls for aesthetics. Staff is very friendly as helpful, they are very busy with daycare for pets and at times you have a little wait. It’s a little pricey but well worth considering.

My daughter in laws small dog was attacked by a larger dog and needed emergency care. She took him here and couldn't have dreamed of better service and super fast complete care. Affordable pricing as well.

Took awesome care of my dog; very friendly and professional. Even called the next day to see how she was doing. I would definitely recommend them!
