Dr. Lamb is the absolute best! Her and her staff make you and your animals feel so comfortable and so welcome. Vet visits can be a stressful thing for a lot of people, and her and her staff take all the stress out of it. They treat your babies like their own. Best vet experience I’ve ever had!

Dr. Karen Lamb and staff are fantastic. We are so happy that we brought our Boston Terrier Dolly to Dr. Karen today. It was our first visit and her compassion, gentleness, and attention to detail to ensure she covered all concerns with our Dolly was greatly appreciated. She took the time to listen, was not pushy, nor quick to diagnose but gave her a thorough exam. She even got down on the floor to examine her at her level, and to love on her. We love Karen Lamb! She has taken the best and most pragmatic approach to our pets' well being. Even when our big dog passed unexpectedly, she stepped up and helped us with the things our family wanted to do to honor our pup. And very importantly, she has never tried to juice us for extra and unnecessary services or procedures so that she can fund an additional annex to facilities like her equals down the street. We are never on the defense when going to her. We know she is on our team!!

Our little poodle, Summer, had been a patient of Dr Lamb for several years, and Summer always received excellent care from Dr Lamb and her staff. Summer became very ill, very suddenly last week; unfortunately her health issue was beyond treatment at that point; she had to be put down. Dr. Lamb was so knowledgeable, kind, caring, sympathetic as was everyone at her practice that afternoon and the days following. The compassion and comfort we received eased the burden of losing our precious baby. We highly recommend Dr Lamb and Complete Care for your vet needs.

Karen Lamb discharged me from her practice because her employee didn't order my dogs prescription medication. I called and ordered it at the beginning of the week, called to check on it and they didn't have it. I asked if I could get it from another vets office and the employee said Dr. Lamb would call me back. I was at work when she called me back, yelling at me and saying I was a difficult customer. I was sitting with other nurses, on my lunch, and they could hear her going off. I asked them if I was at all mean or nasty when I called the office about the medication and they all said not at all. She discharged me and my dog was out of her medication. Very irresponsible. I thought she was a great vet until this happened.

If you have a real dog, don't bring them here. They literally called and said they were incapable of handling my Belgian Malinois which is extremely submissive. …

I took my Sadie to Complete Care with severe dry eye in one eye (due to previous injury) and severe skin allergies that my previous vet has made 0 progress in treating over multiple visits (and hundreds of dollars) over the last year. They were wonderful about scheduling my appointment around my work hours. Dr Lamb was awesome...understanding of my frustration and taking time to explain possible approaches, timelines, hopeful results and alternatives we would try until we find my girl some relief. I'm so ecstatic to say it has only been one week and Sadie's eye is AMAZINGLY improved and we are following a strict diet in hopes that by the time we go back for a follow up, I'll be able to say the same about her skin. I honestly cannot wait to go back and thank Dr Lamb personally!!! I have found a new vet for life!!

Very good vet. I have a big dog who is in pain. She doesn't make him get up on the exam table. She gets down on the floor with him and loves on him. Compared to other vets we've seen, he's not so scared in her office; My dog trusts her so I do too!
