The care we have been given here has been attentive and excellent. The compassion we have been shown has been beyond measure. These are professionals with the utmost respect and kindness. Would give 10 stars!

Unfortunately my rat, Remy, become ill, and it was a struggle finding a hospital that would see her on such short notice. When I called on a Saturday, they scheduled an appointment without hesitation and was able to see my rat before their office closed. They provided options in caring for her and we ultimately left with some antibiotics. After fighting illness for a couple weeks, I unfortunately had to make a tough decision. Everyone at the hospital was so kind, and did their best to make me feel better and ensure Remy was comfortable. The day after letting go of Remy, they sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a note in regard to my loss. They were upfront about all of the prices of their services, and they were very fair in making sure I was taken care of. I would 100% recommend this animal hospital for all of your pet’s need. Everyone is so kind and friendly, and very good at making you and your pet feel comfortable.

I THINK THIS IS VERY SPECIAL! I Had just lost a very special cat named Jessie on 6/28/21 who was a recent patient here. Sadly, he had to be euthanized because of a Kidney problem that caused his health to fail after being my BEST FRIEND for 15 years. As painful as it is still for me to write this. I received flowers and a sympathy card The Animal Care Of Ooltewah. Very Classy, respectful and caring gesture. Thank you so much! That meant the world to me and my wife!

We needed a vet for our sons bearded dragon who was very sick and dying. We were referred to a new office that wasn't responsive over the phone and when we showed up in person, they would only schedule us out 10 days. We knew we didn't have that long. We googled other vets who could help with exotic animals and we found The Animal Care Center of Ooltewah. They took her in immediately and called us with updates on her condition. We knew she probably wouldn't make it and in the end, she didn't. The next day, flowers were delivered to our house. We weren't even established patients! We have a zoo at our house and I can assure you they will be the ones taking care of our dogs, cat, guinea pig, and I am sure a new bearded dragon.

I’ve been bringing my golden retrievers here for several years. I’m confident in Dr. Mullins diagnosis & know he truly cares about my babies. The other staff is amazing & caring! My dogs love them!

This facility was recommended to me by my friends and neighbors. It was my first time and unfortunately I had to put my dog (Blackie) down. Dr. Mullins and his staff were so supportive and loving. Last week, we received at home a beautiful bouquet of flowers from his office. All class and all heart!

Very caring staff who were knowledgeable and informitive.They help you make the right decision by being honest about your pet and the many services they do.I felt like they listened to me and discussed the best outcome.I highly recommend their services.

Dr. Mullins and his staff are unbelievably empathic, helpful, and efficient. I have never visited a location in which people genuinely showed concern for myself and my pups. You all make the world a better place!

A calamitybof errors feom the beginning. I trust and respect the Vets professional care of my dogs, as well as there assistants. Office staff is overly burdened with lack of employees....but for them to send my dogs records in the mail, without a letter asking me to find another vet, is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Particularly, after my last visit my vet bill was +$200 more than should have been. Billed for cat vaccinations and flea treatment!

We did our annual vet visit. Dr Mullins and his assistant were great to work with. My dog, Abby is doing great.

Dr. Mullins was absolutely wonderful during our first visit today with our challenged 5 month old puppy. He's knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He took the time to come out to the car to explain everything that was done and answered every question and concern we had. We are new to Ooltewah and chose The Animal Care Center Of Ooltewah after receiving several recommendations to see Dr. Mullins. So glad we did! The staff have been friendly and so helpful on the phone and in person too! Big bonus was the reasonable prices! Thanks for the great care! ❤

We were able to get my dog in on a moment's notice when we had a mini emergency. They very quickly and professionally assessed her and got her patches up and helped us identify a dermatologist to handle our specific needs. Our pup was loved on and made to feel very comfortable. We'll be coming here for the foreseeable future

We are fairly new to the area with a brand new pup. Tried The Animal Care Center of Ooltewah for puppy care, today was our second puppy visit and just like our visit last time all the staff was friendly, we got in and out promptly and all of our needs were met and questions answered. I feel confident that we picked a good vet for the new addition to our family.

Just recently got a puppy and it was her first visit to the Vet. All staff were extremely kind and loving towards our dog. They were great giving a lot of Information specific to the breed as well as tips and tricks. Our dog didn’t even realize she was getting vaccines due to the employees being able to distract her in a caring way! Will definitely be staying and continuing vet visits here.

Always trust the care of my dog, Gracie to these guys. I appreciate their kindness towards my pet & the attention to detail with her procedures & follow up.

I have been coming here for over 6 years. I called on a Wed morning because my elderly dog was having some health issues and I wanted a vet to take a look to see what was happening. I was told they were only doing surgeries that day and I could drop the dog off if I wanted but they had no openings. The receptionist had very poor customer service skills and no empathy. I said I would see how the dog did that day and hung up. The next morning he was having the same issues and I called to make an appointment only to here a message that they did not open until 11am. I called Animal Medical Professionals in Ooltewah where I had taken my dog in the past. I explained who I was and what was happening. They were empathetic and professional, telling me to come in as soon as possible. I was there in 30 minutes, greeted and taken to a room where we were seen, almost immediately, by a Dr. who, after checking the dog gave me some options of care. After a scan they discovered a tumor. I made the decision to put my dog to sleep. The Dr was so kind and caring. We scheduled the procedure for later in the day, giving me time to say good- bye. I returned at the appointed time and was greeted by the staff, who were so kind. The procedure was explained and they walked me through it. I was given time to say my final good bye and he was put to sleep. I say all this in hopes it will help Animal Care Center to re-evaluate their customer care service and people skills!

Dr Mullins and his staff are Great! Dr Mullins, is thoroughl, answers all your questions. You can tell he cares, and your not just a number. Highly recommend, best Vet in the area!

Dr. Mullins, Dr. Jones, and the staff are wonderful. Best of all, my Gracie is not upset to go to the vet & enjoys seeing the staff. They are very kind & compassionate & the pets respond accordingly. So glad to have them caring for my fur baby.

We've continued using this office even though we moved 30 minutes away. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they seem to genuinely care. Their prices are good and they deal really well with my German shepherd that has extreme anxiety at the vet.

Dr. Mullins and every single person I interacted with exceeded my expectations, which are fairly high when it comes to my pup. Dr. Mullins is extremely sharp and knowledgeable, but his humble persona might hide that initially. My dog's surgery went very well and I was pleasantly surprised with the price. They quoted a price range for me initially, but the final price was actually at the very low end of the range. I really can't recommend this place enough for any vet needs. They seem to have a lot of cats around too, but I took in my dog so I'm sure they'll fulfill your needs regardless of species.

Dr. Mullins and staff are the most professional, amazing, caring group of people we have met. They helped us with each passing of our beloved furry ones and showed us such support and compassion which helped us greatly with the grieving process. When we added our next tiny four legged addition to our family we brought him to see Dr. Mullins and staff as soon as possible. They welcomed us as part of the family and helped us with all of his vet needs. Words can not express how happy we are with The Animal Care Center of Ooltewah. Thank you everyone.

I have never met a nicer staff!! They took their time, was very courteous, and took the best care of my Maggie from the front desk to Dr. Mullins. What a NICE place to take part of your family. Great atmosphere.
