Took my client here for his dog. Clean place, and friendly staff who tried to upcharge him for his nearly 15 year old dog.

I was literally having the worst day of my life--my furbabies daddy had had a stroke 6 days before their appointment and I nearly cancelled, but they really needed their heartworm preventative. I told the staff I was not in a great place and they were so kind and patient with me. They go above and beyond to make sure my babies get their meds through PetMeds and that my girls are treated with care. I'm so grateful and glad I opted to chose Shallowford Animal Hospital and it is worth the drive from Soddy Daisy. I love Shallowford Animal Hospital so much and how they care for my dogs.

Wonderful experience at this doctor. Very knowledgeable very caring very helpful. The wait time can be a little long due to the amount of volume they do but besides that I give it two thumbs up.

Shallowford Hospital has taken care of Gentle since she was 10 weeks old. They explain everything that I need to know, and how they going to treat her. And when I have to travel, I board her there and she gets the best care.

Love this hospital! Our fur babies are always taken good care of by staff and Dr.'s! Everything is itemized as far as cost, and thoroughly explained before hand so there's no surprise! Sadly, they don't do birds! Our cockatoo has to see a different vet!

The Doctors and staff are EXCELLENT at what they do. I cannot think them enough for helping my sister and I end the suffering of her little dog Puppy. She was 15 years old and suffering. They helped her get to Heaven and now we know all of her pain is gone... I loved how they explained everything to us beforehand and how they genuinely cared for us and our pet....

Shallowford Animal Hospital is the best Vet I’ve used. They are confident, easy to talk to, and won’t drain your wallet. I use Dr. Mabe, and love going there. During this pandemic; they come to your car & get ur pet, and there is no personal contact. All the help are kind, caring, and make you think Ur pet is their favorite. You also get a print out of charges for each Test AND a print out of all things the Vet checked (And there are LOTS), plus what she found out on each thing she checked. Groupon has a coupon for $20 off of your bill. I highly recommend them. I want MAX (my mixed Chihuahua) to have the BEST of Everything. I’m sure you feel the same if ur pet.♥️

Shallowford Animal Hospital is the best place to take your beloved animal companions. The doctors are accessible and knowledgeable. The front desk staff and vet assistants are also knowledgeable and friendly.

The Staff and Dr. Mabe were so very kind. We are new to the area; our appointment was longer than normal; but worth every minute. We have two older cats and needed a little TLC. Moving from WA to TN was a bit much for them. Every thing was handled with the best patience and care anyone could ask for. The Staff was simply remarkable!
