Dr. Meaghan Thomas is an absolute gift! I don't know where my special needs cat would be right now without her. If you're looking for a new veterinarian I highly recommend.

Not friendly, not helpful.

Our fur baby (pitbull), is always anxious but on her 1st visit here this morning she was smiling. The staff is so nice and comforting. They explained everything in detail and really care.

I took my hedgehog there today. It was an emergency vet visit. My hedgehog got to see Dr. Knarr and he was amazing. He knew exactly what to do and performed a successful surgery on my baby hog and saved her life. We will be forever grateful to Dr. Knarr and the ever so helpful and gracious staff. They offered unlimited help and even offered to help carry all the supplies I had to get and my Lola to the car. I can't thank them enough.

I had my dog's nails cut here today and on a scale of 1 to 10 they get a zero. 3 nails are splintered and 2 were cut too short. Literally I could've cut them better than this. Come on and take pride in your freaking work. Looking at his nails when I got home from work made me furious! Absolutely no care put into it at all. It's freaking ridiculous!

If you're looking for a new vet, please give this office a try. Meaghan Thomas is a phenomenal, caring vet and the rest of the staff is awesome!

Took my oldest cat Logan for a checkup and blood work. They let him hide in the exam room cabinet while we waited and tge staff was super understanding for a nervous cat.

Dr. Karen Knarr is the most compassionate kind vet ever. She has cared for several of my babies over the years right up to the end.She truly cares for the fur baby and the owner..She has been there for us so many times.

My Chihuahua was very sickvwiith an abdominal issue. It was late on a Friday afternoon when it was determined she would need surgery ASAP or she would die. Our vet had no one in her practicevwho could perform the surgery and could not locate anyone in the Chattanooga area who could do it. It was recommended we drive to UT Knoxville on a Friday night during rush hour. Through a friend, we found Dr. Knarr at East Ridge Animal Hospital who agreed to meet us at 6:00 and evaluate whether or not he could help us. He did an exploratory surgery, removed her ruptured gallbladder and saved her life. Most of the staff stayed with us until after 9:00 to keep us company and to see how she did. What an amazing group of people work there!

Always friendly staff. Handles all types of Situations for all my pets. The doctor is a very knowledgeable. My pets look forward to going to the Vet.

Dr Smith and the rest of the staff were so wonderful! It was an emergency visit and they fit my cat in. They took amazing care of Rumple and kept me updated about her condition before and after surgery . I have never had such a wonderful experience with a veterinary office. I will be back!

I took my dog there for the first time approximately two weeks ago. today I took my friend's White Dove to have his nails trimmed. all the people I spoke with both on the phone and in person I've always been friendly and helpful. They make it easy on the animal even though you can't go in with your pet. They've all been very courteous and very quick. I will continue to use them in the future as my main veterinary service. One really nice thing about their location is you can buy beer right down the street!

It's sad due to covid we couldn't take our puppy into the vet's office, but the vet tech was kind and I sense our puppy knew she was in good hands. The doctor came out with the tech at the end of the visit and did a follow up with us in the van. Over all I'm satisfied.
