Unfortunately, we were not notified that the Gunbarrel office was closed, and the office relocated to Ooltewah. We received TONS of texts and emails stating it was time to take the pets in but still was not told. Guess what? Pets are current and received vaccinations at EasyVet, so why blow us up regarding vaccinations but not tell us about the move? The way we found out was that I called the office and spoke to someone about picking up copies of vet records the same day. SHE DID NOT SAY A WORD ABOUT RELOCATING. We drove from downtown to Gunbarrel and then found out we had to drive to Ooltewah. Shabby customer service.

We called and they got us in same day! Everyone was so nice and explained everything to us in a way that was easy to understand! You can tell they truly care about your pet.

Save your money and drive 6 miles down Hunter to Wolftever on 58. They accept walk ins and have to same hours. Yes you will pay an extra $7 for an exam but you will get an actual diagnosis. They also accept payment plans instead of requesting you sign up for a credit card. You will save money on medications and treatment at wolftever

Disappointed in the change of address to Ooltewah from Chattanooga, as well as to hear that the vet Ms Vicki was no longer there either. I do like the lower prices, but with older pets, there are services they cannot provide.

Fast efficient and high quality visit. Puppy received all his shots, heart worm meds, and a complete wellness check fast in fast out and extremely reasonable. Definitely recommend and will be back for my veterinary needs.

I took my new puppy in for her first visit and the whole three person staff were wonderful. The receptionist and the veterinary assistant were so friendly and loved my little baby and then the veterinarian saw us .She too was so nice and friendly answering all my concerns and explaining everything I needed to know.

This is difficult for me to report. I always like to give a good report, but truly, I was not happy. I was not happy that I was not told the location had changed. I was not happy that I wasn't told the vet my babies were used to would not be attending them. Dr. Rhyne was good with them. This visit Coco could hardly be contained. He fought everything. There was not an "energy" in the clinic. It was impersonal. The assistants were very sweet. The highlight of the visit was seeing Shannon, although we didn't get to visit at all. I didn't "click" with Tiffany. There was very little eye contact. There were no unnecessary comments, no explanations. I was not told that the dogs were in good health. I was not told goodbye by Tiffany; she was on the computer. She did not acknowledge my leaving. Although I absolutely love Shannon, I will be looking for another vet. This one is not a good fit.

Vet was very friendly and great handling my dog. Highly recommended.

I appreciated the time the ladies in the office took to help me obtain the medicated shampoo I need for my toy poodle, Prince Charles, aka Charlie! So pleasant and helpful! So professional! The walk-in feature is most accommodating!

My 2 dogs were very chill compared to their normal vet. It was quiet and the 1 on 1 was very welcoming, professional and quick. Very Happy and Satisfied with how they treated my dogs, my husband and me!!! We will return!!

Brought my cat in for her first ever checkup (she’s 10). I was nervous she would be super uncooperative, but the staff at easyvet took good care of her and kept her very calm. Check up was quick and provided me with information for my various questions! All around great experience!

Just got a new puppy and have not had a pet for some time. Found this location and love it!! Convenient, super clean, such nice people, Doc is a plethora of information and so helpful. Prices are great, puppy plan is awesome, and they always remind me when it's flea and heartworm medication time. Couldn't be happier!!
