The best experience I have ever had. They truly care about my dog and I am so impressed. I will never go anywhere else.

Was nervous at first, but they were a joy to work with. First time owner and they treated my cat with love and care. They were all very kind and polite. Would recommend them again and again.

I have been going to McArthur’s since I was a kid. Having 2 dogs and five cats, McArthur’s has been helpful and kind. Dr. Paul is very knowledgeable and helpful, has always shown my dogs kindness and patience. Dr. Kennedy routinely saw my cat through kitten hood and was very knowledgeable and sweet. Angie has always the sweetest on the phone. The assistant, Taylor, is often there and very nice to me and my animals. They have been very lenient through family emergencies and sickness where I could not make it to appointment times. The office is always clean, and I am able to come during quiet times usually. They helped me through pet custody, missing pets, and hard times. Fantastic staff.

We've been going to McArthur Animal Hospital since we moved here in 1996. Our fur babies passed away and hasn't been back in a couple of years. We decided when we got our new puppies to go back, and we are so glad we did. The staff are friendly, helpful, and really cared about our pooches, and us. Dr. Paul is truly amazing. We recommend their services for any of your pet needs. Bert and Ernie, our Decker Terriers, loved them as well.

Very nice animal hospital. My family went here for years for the black Labrador we had when I was a child, and years later, now that I have two cats, I take them here. The staff and vets seem very nice and caring. The prices are also reasonable.

I have tried on three separate occasions to get a same day appointment for one of my cats. Each time they are unavailable to see them. If I call for a last minute appointment the cat needs to be seen same day. A routine check up I am happy to wait for, but not for a last minute in my opinion needed same day visit. From now on I will go directly, at my convenience, to the Emergency clinic on Kingston Pike just off on Pillissippi Parkway. They provide emergency care and will take care of pets whose owners cannot get appointments In a timely manner elsewhere. The number is 693-4440 .

Dog grabbed a broadhead skink and fell ill. They were able to get her in and treat her. Dr. Kennedy was great with my pup and I've found our family's new veterinary service

I'd taken my cat 5 times in the last 2 months for the same issue with no prognosis. Mutliple duplicate tests were ran from 3/13 to 4/26 until the decision was finally made to make a referral to a specialist for an ultrasound 4/26. He advised me nothing could be found, nor what they were looking for. She was too sick to get a prognosis without hospitization, by the time Dr. Paul put in the referral. The hospital informed me her vitals were off, when I had just taken her for a check up and outpatient support the day before, 4/26 What was checked? What exactly did I pay for with all of those visits? Why were duplicate tests ran before submitting a referral? I'd taken her on 3/13, 3/29, 4/10 4/16 and 4/27!! I don't feel like Dr. Paul was attentive to my cat in finding a prognosis or keeping me informed or realized the severity of her condition. I walked into the hospital feeling uninformed, after I thought I was being proactive, with a dying cat. I made the decision to end her suffering. My heart is broken and I feel naive. I've been a client for 6 years

Dr. Paul is caring and kind. You can tell he loves what he does. The whole staff from the front desk on are phenomenal.

Dr Paul is the best vet in Tennessee! Extremely caring and always goes above and beyond.

The office got us in the same day for our Jack-a-bee dog. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. The Cookie Man helped our baby so much!! He even made recommendations to help in the future. Excellent place! Making this our new vet hospital for all of our animals!

Took our newest puppy for initial check up, they took great care of her! She fell asleep right in the exam room.

When my first dog got cancer Paul was great when my second dog got cancer I was heartbroken because I had to end up putting my jr down but Paul was very helpful and compassionate about the whole thing I end up getting xena and jr cremated and both of my precious dogs death really hurt but Paul made sure that my six was tested cancer free so far and he goes beyond with my dog know he has stranger issues but Paul takes time with him and my cats to Paul is the best vet I've ever been to and I would not ever take any of my pets to another vet Paul and his staff are the best in the business

I always judge my vet by my dog's reaction to them. My dogs actually love going to the vet. They are extremely thorough and extremely caring.

This is an excellent veterinarian office. Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable, incredibly good with both cats and dogs.

Personally I think they are great having worked for several vets myself, they treat you with respect, a treatment turned into a care program for my 3 year old pup really impressed me I went back with them. Love them!!! From the receptionist to the Veterinarian!!!!!
