Nolensville veterinary hospital has been there to help us keep our dogs healthy for 12 years now. All of the doctors are thoughtful and proactive. They understand that pets are often family. Highly recommend. I also appreciate that they give a military discount.

We have been with Dr. Brad for around 14 years now. He and his staff have always been wonderful, caring, and reliable. I've always been able to get our pets in right away with emergencies, and never wait more than a week for regular appointments (usually next day appts). When our English Lab got into his senior years and developed health issues and cancer, we were pretty much weekly clients. We never had any issues, and Dr. Brad was so wonderful. 2 years later, we got a puppy, and I couldn't take him anywhere else, but back to Dr. Brad. Highly recommend!

My family has been here several times and had no problems past years. This one incident however cannot go ignored. One of my family members went in for an appointment for one of our pets and 2 of the employees were whispering something negative about her. We later on complained to the manager of this incident but to of course they did not take action . I’m not sure if race had anything to do with this but this story should tell you that these people do not have any respect for their customers. If you want respect for your money, this place will spit on you and demand double.

I worked here for a month and thought I found my forever home, but boy was I wrong!!!! I was never trained properly and therefore trying to get me retrained to THEIR standards was impossible. If you are a high maintenance client/ owner you will get top notch here however if not then you are an average Joe! Sure wish this hospital well in their Growth in hopes that their front management doesn’t run everyone away, now I understand what high turnover really means... loyalty doesn’t matter here! My thoughts and high recommendations of this hospital was so WRONG!

My decade old dog, Providence, had a couple of clots in her ear, and considerable swelling. Dr. Randolph was able to get her in and fix her up on super short notice. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend this office!

I’ve taken my dogs to Dr. Barry for 25 years and he’s the best, hands down. I’ve driven there from my old home in Franklin and my current home in Thompsons Station and it’s worth the drive. Wouldn’t take my babies to anyone else.

I just moved to the area and my kitty developed a case of cystitis from the stress. I needed to establish care with a vet and ended up at Nolensville Veterinary Hospital. I was apprehensive because of some of the reviews on google, but I’m so glad I chose this vet! They have been so kind and compassionate, and are affordable (in terms of vet care). My cat recovered with medication, but when we moved into our permanent house (we’d been waiting to close on it while staying with a family member) her symptoms came back. The vet approved a refill of medication, which is great because I know some vets would make us bring kitty back in even with established care & diagnosis. We live about 35 minutes away now from the office but are willing to make the drive even with a cat in the backseat.

We have been going to Nolensville Animal Hospital for seven years. We have run the span from spaying our daughter’s kitten to putting our beloved Maggie to sleep. We currently have 9 and 15 year old dogs. We see any of the three vets and have consistently had positive experiences. Over countless visits we have never been rushed and they have patiently answered every question I have. As far as cost-it is expensive to own pets and that is a consideration we have always made before adding another furry family member. We have lived and owned pets in four states and the pricing is in line with the other vets we have used.

I feel like they did take care of my dog well. End product was great quality. But, like most others I operate on a budget. I was quoted SEVERAL times $375, “$500 tops” and when it came down to checkout time my total was $842.

To say I'm upset would be an understatement. I took my senior dog in to have his eyes looked at for some gunk that had appeared ($300+ later...) and also asked Dr. Brad to take a look at a sizable mass on his tail. He felt it for 1.5 seconds and said it's no big deal, not cancerous, not bothering him and messing with it would only result in him losing his tail. Fast forward three months and it's grown and guess what...it's cancerous. So thank you Dr. Brad for not taking the time to look at something so big on his tail, thank you for not taking a single sample, and thank you for likely cutting his life shorter. I went to another vet because I definitely felt the need for another opinion and because every time I was in there with either of my dogs, I felt so rushed. I'd have to tell the vet why I brought my dog in and quickly learned to follow that up with "and I have questions" because if I didn't ask them in the beginning, he was whisking my dog into the back and I would never see the vet again, because a vet tech always brought my dog back into the room to deliver whatever info. I always had follow up questions, so they'd have to go ask the vet, or sometimes just the front desk ladies filled me in. I regret having taken my dogs here.

I wouldn't give this place 1 star, it is required to leave a comment. Dr.Barry Fly, you are the most unprofessional Veterinarian I have ever come across.Work on how you treat customers, that are willing to visit you regardless of how bad your reviews are. Beware if you have any animal that is different, they won't find a solution to take of your pet.

I have been going here for 23 years; I trust no one else with my babies! Brad, Barry, Jake and I have been through so much over the years with all my dogs; they are the warmest and most knowledgeable professionals I've had the experience of knowing. The staff is incredible. Everyone there loves my dogs as much as I do. I will never go anywhere else.

Dr Randolph is great BUT the young lady working the front desk needs an attitude adjustment! Or maybe just stick with animals... people skills are definitely not her forte!

What happened to this place? It used to be great, now they are very tricky with pricing and have a rude lady upfront taking the money. Time to move on to another vet!

My 16 year old cat had oral/sinus infection. I thought his days were numbered. Dr. Brad took his time to carefully assess the situation and did not rush into any unnecessary tests or procedures. His clinical acumen and experience helped us avoid surgery when others may have gone to the OR when the cat may not have survived the anesthesia and procedure. My little buddy is now better than ever. There is something to be said for clinical experience and knowing when to wait it out. I have been so pleased with the care they have given our animals and would not go elsewhere. They have definitely earned my trust.

I first brought my dog in for treatment for an infection. At first the Dr Brad Fly was pleasant. At the end they told me they just needed to take my dog to get weighed. When they brought him back I was told that while they had him they administered medication, without my consent or knowledge. Then I get up to the counter to pay and they bait and switch a second mediation the doctor prescribed costing me now double because all of a sudden they were out of the other medication after they had already charged me for. When asked about going to my own pharmacy I was guilted by them saying it would only delay my dogs treatment. This place is a typical vets offices that scams pet owners.

I took my golden retriever there for a couple years. They seem knowledgeable but I hated that they would always take the animals to the back (away from their owner) to treat them and while back there, would do things without prior consent and then just tell (and charge you) after the fact. One day they gave my dog a steroid injection and performed several other tests without talking to me first (which was totally unnecessary, she had routine skin allergies that took us there often) despite me telling them not to do anything without talking to me first. I challenged Dr Fly on this and he was NOT happy...he told me to find a new vet, and we never went back!

The front desk staff was friendly, and the lobby was nice and clean. Dr. Randolph was very helpful and informative during the exam. My dog needed a few stitches and he was able to get it done in the same day for a very reasonable price given what all had to be done.

Today was Otis’ first visit to Nolensville Vet Hospital. We called this morning because his paw bothered him all weekend. They got us in an hour later, quickly diagnosed him, gave him shots and antibiotics, and we were on our way. Top notch service all around. Reasonably priced

This Veterinarian killed 2 of my dogs. When I took my dog back for an explanation of the problem he sat at the desk and didn’t even have the decency to turn around and look at me or the dog. He talked to me with his back turned. Absolutely the worst I have ever been to. If you love your pets go somewhere else

do not take dog to get spayed unless you want a leaking dog. I don't know if they took too much out but my dog leaks like a faucet, this is after 8 years of being performed. I am sure they are good vets but this is crazy. even after pissing still leaks. just don't go!!!

The Fly brothers are arguably the best veterinarians in Middle Tennessee. Ask any dog or cat expert in the area, they are the gold standard. My wife and I have been seeing Dr Barry and Dr Brad for decades. We live in Nashville and gladly drive the long distance to have our dogs treated by these brilliant, caring gentlemen.

I have been going to Dr. Barry for over 18 years for my pets' needs. He is the BEST VET I have ever used. No nonsense, to the point, compassionate and goes out of his way to help animals and their owners. You simply will not find better and more knowledgeable care anywhere!
